The filter element 35 has a centre of gravity located on the axis X-X, which generates substantially no moment, and the filter element 35 has a low weight and can also be arranged at the front or rear end of the axis X-X, i.e. the position of the filter element 35 has a small influence on the counterweight.

The detachable connection of the battery assembly 33 and the filter element 35 is achieved through the first connection structure 331 and the third connection structure 351. After the filter element 35 is mounted on the battery assembly 33, the filter element 35 is slid forward and into the housing 31 from the open face 3111, and then the battery assembly 33 is detachably connected to the housing 31 through the third connecting structure 351 and the fourth connecting structure 3112, so that the battery and the filter element 35 are fixed relative to the housing 31 at the same time.
The vent 313 is formed in the sidewall of the upper portion 311, and when the filter element 35 slides into the housing 31, the filter element 35 faces the vent 313.
