performing cell measurement according to the LAI information during the joint attachment of the multi-mode card to obtain a measurement result;
judging whether the measurement result meets a residence condition;
if the measurement result meets the residence condition, directly falling back to the cell identified by the LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached; and the number of the first and second groups,
and establishing a call with the mobile switching center MSC after the mobile terminal falls back.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the directly dropping back to the cell identified by the LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached comprises:
sending a direct fallback indication to the MME so that the MME sends a paging response to the MSC according to the direct fallback indication and informs the MSC that the mobile terminal can fallback;
and after sending a direct fallback indication to the MME, directly fallback to the cell identified by the LAI information when the multi-mode card is attached jointly, and not updating the position.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the LAI information when the multi-mode card is attached jointly does not exist in the inter-system cell information, sending an extended service request to an MME, so that the MME sends a mobile terminal fallback cell indication to a base station based on the extended service request, and the base station sends the configured fallback cell information to the mobile terminal according to the mobile terminal fallback cell indication;
receiving configured fallback cell information sent by a base station;
according to the configured fallback cell information, the information is fallen back to a proper cell according to a conventional fallback flow; and the number of the first and second groups,
and establishing a call with the MSC after the mobile terminal completes the fallback.
5. A system for establishing a Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) call is characterized by comprising a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a storage module, a receiving module, a judging module and a call establishing module;
the storage module is configured to store location area identifier LAI information when the multi-mode cards of the mobile terminal are jointly attached after the multi-mode cards are jointly attached, wherein the LAI information identifies a cell in a circuit switching domain CS network;
the receiving module is configured to receive inter-system cell information sent by a base station; receiving a paging request sent by a mobility management entity MME;
the judging module is configured to judge whether LAI information in the multi-mode card joint attachment exists in the inter-system cell information after the receiving module receives the inter-system cell information sent by the base station and the paging request sent by the MME;
the call establishing module is configured to establish a call based on the LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached after the judging module judges that the LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached exists in the inter-system cell information.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the call setup module comprises a measurement unit, a cell fallback unit and a call unit;
the measurement unit is configured to perform cell measurement according to LAI information during the joint attachment of the multi-mode card to obtain a measurement result;
the judging module is also configured to judge whether the measurement result meets a residence condition;
the cell drop-back unit is set to enable the mobile terminal to directly drop back to the cell of the LAI information identifier when the multi-mode card is jointly attached if the judging module judges that the measuring result meets the residence condition;
and the call unit is set to establish a call with the mobile switching center MSC after the mobile terminal falls back.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein said mobile terminal further comprises a transmitting module;
the sending module is set to send a direct fallback indication to the MME so that the MME sends a paging response to the mobile switching center MSC according to the direct fallback indication to inform the MSC that the mobile terminal can fall back;
the cell drop-back unit is further configured to enable the mobile terminal to directly drop back to the cell identified by the LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached without performing location update after the sending module sends a direct drop-back instruction to the MME.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a transmitting module;
the sending module is further configured to send an extended service request to the MME if the judging module judges that there is no LAI information when the multi-mode card is jointly attached in the inter-system cell information, so that the MME sends a mobile terminal fallback cell indication to the base station based on the extended service request, and the base station sends the configured fallback cell information to the mobile terminal according to the mobile terminal fallback cell indication;
the receiving module is also configured to receive configured fallback cell information sent by the base station;
the call establishment module comprises:
a cell drop-back unit configured to drop the mobile terminal to a suitable cell according to a conventional drop-back flow according to the configured drop-back cell information; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the call unit is arranged to establish a call with the MSC after the mobile terminal falls back.
9. Computer arrangement comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor, when executing the computer program stored by the memory, performs the method for circuit switched fallback CSFB call setup as claimed in any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising: computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of circuit switched fallback CSFB call setup according to any of claims 1-4.
