Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
In a mobile communication network, network elements exchange system information through transmission links. In order to ensure the reliability of the link transmission information between the network elements, the source side network element sends link detection information to the target side network element connected by the transmission link at regular time, and once the response information of the opposite end network element is not received within the specified time, the link between the source side network element and the target side network element is considered to have a fault, and the source side network element reports 'link fault alarm' information to the superior network management system.
When a network element device fails (such as power failure), all network element devices connected with the network element device generate link failure alarm information due to the fact that response information of the network element device cannot be detected, and the link failure alarm information is respectively reported to the unified OMC network management system, a large amount of link failure alarm information reported by the network element can be received on the unified OMC network management system, redundant alarm information is more, the failed network element device cannot report an alarm to the network management system due to failure, the alarm information reported by normal network element devices connected with the failed network element device can only be received on the side of the OMC network management system, and the problem of a large amount of alarms caused by the failure of one network element device connected with the failed network element device cannot be correctly positioned.
The idea of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: an alarm rule merging module is preset at the OMC network management system side, information with the same network element identification and the same abnormal reason of the network element in the link fault alarm information reported by the multi-network element equipment is merged according to the alarm rule merging module, so that the same link fault alarm information is eliminated, the report of redundant alarm information is reduced in real time, and the network element with the real fault can be positioned according to the network element identification information in the link fault alarm information, so that maintenance personnel can maintain the network element equipment conveniently.

After the at least one target network element abnormality monitoring time is obtained, at least one target link abnormality warning message may be obtained from the link abnormality warning messages, and sub-step S3 is performed.
Substep S3: and acquiring at least one link to be merged abnormal alarm message with the same identification information and the same network element abnormal reason from the at least one target link abnormal alarm message.
The link abnormality warning information to be merged is target link abnormality warning information with the same identification information and the same network element abnormality reason, for example, the target link abnormality warning information includes information a, information B and information C, the identification information of the information a is information 1, and the network element abnormality reason is S; the identification information of the information B is information 1, and the network element abnormity reason is N; the identification information of the information C is information 1, and the network element abnormity reason is S; the identification information of the information a and the identification information of the information B are the same, and the reason for the network element abnormality is also the same, that is, the information a and the information B are the abnormal warning information of the link to be merged.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be taken as the only limitation of the embodiments of the present invention.
After obtaining the at least one target link abnormality warning message, at least one link to be merged abnormality warning message with the same identification information and the same network element abnormality reason may be obtained from each target link abnormality warning message according to the identification information and the network element abnormality reason included in each target link abnormality warning message, and substep S4 is performed.

It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be taken as the only limitation of the embodiments of the present invention.
Of course, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may also use other merging processing methods, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
After calling a preset merge rule template and merging the abnormal alarm information of each link according to each identification information and each network element abnormal reason, step 203 is executed.
Step 203: and acquiring at least one merged link abnormal alarm message according to the merging processing result.
The merging processing result refers to a result obtained after merging at least one link abnormal alarm information, and the number of final link abnormal alarm information obtained after merging one or more link abnormal alarm information is less than that before, for example, the link abnormal alarm information includes information 1, information 2, information 3, and information 4, when merging, information 1, information 2, and information 3 need to be merged, and information 4 is merged by itself, and the finally obtained merging processing result is any one of information 1, information 2, and information 3, and information 4, that is, the three pieces of information are the same, only one of the information 1, information 2, and information 3 needs to be retained, and information 4 needs to be retained separately.
The merged link abnormal warning information refers to information obtained by merging at least one piece of link abnormal warning information, as can be seen from the above example, after information 1, information 2 and information 3 are merged, the merged link abnormal warning information obtained may be information 1, information 2 or information 3, that is, any one of the three pieces of information is reserved, and the remaining two pieces of information are removed, so that the redundancy of the link abnormal warning information on the network management system side is reduced.
After at least one merged link abnormal alarm message is obtained according to the merged processing result, step 204 is executed.
Step 204: and storing the merged link abnormity alarm information in the network management system.
After the merged link abnormity warning information is obtained, the merged link abnormity warning information can be stored in a network management system.
In the embodiment of the present invention, dynamic optimization may also be performed on the link abnormal warning information subsequently received by the network management system, and specifically, detailed description is given in the following preferred embodiments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step 204, the method further includes:
step K1: acquiring at least one next link abnormal alarm message reported by a next network element; the next link abnormity warning information comprises the next identification information of the abnormal network element and the reason of the next network element abnormity.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the next identification information refers to identification information of an abnormal network element included in the next link abnormal alarm information.
The next network element abnormality cause refers to a cause of the network element abnormality included in the next link abnormality warning information.

Step K2: and sequentially calling the merging rule template aiming at each next link abnormal alarm information, and judging whether the link abnormal alarm information with the same reason as the next identification information and the next network element abnormal reason exists or not.
After at least one next link abnormity warning message reported by the next network element is obtained, a merging rule template can be called to judge whether link abnormity warning messages with the same reason as each next identification message and the next network element abnormity exist in the link abnormity warning messages pre-stored in the network management system.
Specifically, the following four cases can be classified:
1. link abnormity warning information with the same reason as the next identification information and the next network element abnormity does not exist;
2. the link abnormal alarm information which is the same as the next identification information and is different from the abnormal reason of the next network element exists;
3. the link abnormal alarm information which has the same reason as the next network element abnormal and is different from the next identification information exists;
4. and the link abnormity warning information has the same reason as the next network element abnormity and the same identification information as the next identification information.
Under the condition of the above 1-3, if the alarm information of the next link abnormality is different from the alarm information of the link abnormality acquired in advance in the network management system, the alarm information of the next link abnormality can be saved.
In case 4, step K3 is executed.
Step K3: and if so, deleting the next link abnormal alarm information.
And deleting the next link abnormal alarm information when the next link abnormal alarm information which is the same as the link abnormal alarm information acquired in advance in the network management system exists.
And the judgment process is respectively carried out aiming at the acquired at least one next link abnormal alarm information, and the same next link abnormal alarm information is deleted, thereby reducing the redundancy of the link abnormal alarm information stored in the network management system.
In the process, the same link abnormity warning information is merged, so that the redundancy of the link abnormity warning information stored in the network management system can be reduced, and great convenience is brought to maintenance personnel for positioning the abnormal network element.
The method for processing the network element exception, provided by the embodiment of the invention, comprises the steps of acquiring link exception alarm information reported by a plurality of network elements, calling a preset merging rule template according to the link exception alarm information including identification information and network element exception reasons of the abnormal network elements, merging the link exception alarm information according to the identification information and the network element exception reasons, acquiring at least one merged link exception alarm information according to a merging processing result, and storing the merged link exception alarm information in a network management system. The embodiment of the invention combines the link abnormal alarm information with the same identification information and the same network element abnormal reason through the preset combination rule template, thereby reducing the alarm information stored in a network management system, and the abnormal network element can be directly positioned through the identification information of the abnormal network element, thereby being more convenient for maintenance personnel to position the abnormal network element.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for processing an exception of a network element according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method for processing an exception of a network element may be applied to a network management system, and specifically may include the following steps:

In the embodiment of the present invention, the network management system refers to a system for performing management and maintenance on each network element (i.e., base station), such as an OMC network management system.
The link anomaly warning information refers to anomaly warning information reported by all network elements connected to a certain network element when the certain network element fails (such as power failure), for example, as shown in fig. 1, the network element includes ENB0, ENB1, ENB2, …, and ENB n, the ENB1 to the ENB n are all connected to ENB0, and when the ENB0 fails, the ENB1 to the ENB n report the link anomaly warning information to the network management system.
In a specific implementation, the abnormal cause may include a failure of an X2 interface link, a failure of an S1 interface link, and the like, and specifically, may be determined according to an actual situation, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
The identification information of the connected network elements is pre-stored in the two connected network elements, and the reason for the abnormality of the connected network elements can be detected according to the data transmission process when the data transmission process has a fault.
Each network element under the management of the network management system is preset with conditions that when the network element is abnormal, the identification information of the abnormal network element and the abnormal reason are added into the link abnormity warning information, and further when the link abnormity warning information is reported to the network management system, the identification information of the abnormal network element and the abnormal reason of the abnormal network element can be added into the link abnormity warning information.
The identification information of the abnormal network element refers to a network element identification of the abnormal network element, each network element has a unique identification, and different network elements have different identification information, for example, a network element includes a network element a, a network element B and a network element C, the identification information of the network element a is identification 1, the identification information of the network element B is identification 2, and the identification information of the network element C is identification 3.
The identification information of the network element may be a digital identification, such as identification 1, identification 2, identification 3, etc., or may be a capital letter identification, such as identification a, identification B, identification C, etc., or may be a lower case letter identification, such as identification a, identification B, identification C, etc.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be taken as the only limitation of the embodiments of the present invention.
The network management system may receive the link abnormality warning information reported by the multiple network elements managed by the network management system, and execute step 302 after receiving the link abnormality warning information.
Step 302: and calling a preset merging rule template, and merging the abnormal alarm information of each link according to the identification information and the abnormal reason of each network element.
For example, referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a multi-network element alarm merging rule provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the provided merging rule template is rule 1, and the monitoring time in the merging rule template may be set in advance to be 1-600 s, that is, from a certain time, merging processing is performed on the link abnormal alarm information monitored in 600s or 500s, and the specific monitoring time may be set in advance by a maintenance person. The merging rule template is also provided with a start time and an end time, that is, the network management system will perform merging on the link abnormal alarm information within the start time and the end time, and the link abnormal alarm information outside the time is not considered, for example, the start time is: 11 days 2 and 10:00 in 2019, and the end time is as follows: and 12 days-9: 00 in 2 and 11 months in 2019, namely, the link abnormity warning information received by the network management system is combined from 10 am in 11 days in 2 and 11 months in 19 years to 9 am in the next day. The merging rule template is also preset with an abnormal reason item, that is, link abnormal alarm information of different abnormal reasons is merged, for example, link abnormal alarm information whose abnormal reasons are all X2 interface link failures is merged, link abnormal alarm information whose abnormal reason is S1 interface link failures is merged, and the like.
Of course, in a specific implementation, one or more merging rule templates may be preset, and specifically, a developer may determine according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.

After the same identification information and the same network element abnormal reason contained in the link abnormal alarm information to be merged are obtained, the latest identification information can be matched with the same identification information and the latest network element abnormal reason with the same network element abnormal reason.
Namely, whether the latest identification information is the same as the identification information and the latest network element abnormal reason is the same as the network element abnormal reason is judged.
If the latest identification information is the same as the identification information and the latest network element abnormality reason is the same as the network element abnormality reason, step 308 is executed.
If the latest identification information is different from the same identification information, or the latest network element abnormality cause is different from the same network element abnormality cause, then step 309 is executed.
Step 308: and deleting the latest link abnormal alarm information.
Under the condition that the latest identification information is the same as the identification information and the latest network element abnormal reason is the same as the network element abnormal reason, the latest link abnormal alarm information is shown to be the same as at least one link abnormal alarm information to be merged, the latest link abnormal alarm information is not stored in the network management system any more, but the latest link abnormal alarm information is directly deleted, so that the redundancy of the link abnormal alarm information in the network management system is reduced.
Step 309: and saving the latest link abnormity warning information.
And under the condition that one or both of the latest identification information and the same identification information and the latest network element abnormal reason and the same network element abnormal reason are different, the latest link abnormal alarm information and at least one link abnormal alarm information to be merged are different, and the latest link abnormal alarm information can be stored in the network management system.
Specifically, when the latest identification information is the same as the identification information and the latest network element abnormality reason is different from the same network element abnormality reason, the latest link abnormality warning information may be stored.
When the latest identification information is different from the same identification information and the latest network element abnormality reason is the same as the same network element abnormality reason, the latest link abnormality warning information can be stored.
And when the latest identification information is different from the same identification information and the latest network element abnormality reason is different from the same network element abnormality reason, the latest link abnormality warning information can be stored.
