Background
The high-voltage cable is a key component for connecting the traveling wave tube and the EPC in the space traveling wave tube and is the only path for high-voltage power supply of the traveling wave tube. The reliability of the high-voltage cable connection directly determines whether the whole traveling-wave tube amplifier can stably work. The unreliable high-voltage cable fixing flange can lead the high-voltage cable to be loosened under the action of external force in the test and use process of the travelling wave tube, and further leads the internal high-voltage lead to be stressed, damaged and failed.
The common space traveling wave tube high-voltage cable fixing flange disc at present generally has the following defects: 1. the copper wires are not firmly bound and fixed, and the shielding net is easy to separate; 2. the shielding net is bound and fixed on the cylindrical cylinder, and when the cable is twisted under the action of external force, the shielding net can slide on the cylinder, so that the cable can be twisted randomly; 3. the insecurity of the binding and fixing of the copper wires also causes poor grounding of the shielding net. Due to the design defects, cables are frequently loosened and separated or even internal leads are excessively twisted and stressed to be damaged in the process of delivering a certain type of space traveling wave tube developed by the factory to a user, so that the space traveling wave tube fails.

As shown in fig. 1, the flange for fixing the high-voltage cable of the space traveling wave tube comprises a mounting seat 2, a pressure ring 4, a nut 3 and a heat-shrinkable sheath 5, wherein the mounting seat comprises a cylindrical body and a flange, the flange is fixed on the cylindrical body to divide the cylindrical body into two ends, and one end of the cylindrical body is provided with an external thread matched with the nut 3; the thermal shrinkage sheath 5 is arranged at the other end of the cylindrical body, and the pressing ring 4 is arranged between the cylindrical body and the screw cap 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the pressing ring 4 is an umbrella-shaped structure made of stainless steel, i.e. a thin-walled cylinder, one end of the cylinder is flanged outwards, and one surface of the flanged edge, which is close to the cylinder, is provided with two rings of toothed rings. When in use, the cylinder extends into the cylindrical body of the mounting seat 2, and the flanging is pressed at the port of the cylindrical body. The main function of the press ring 4 is to press and fix the cable shielding mesh. Two rings of toothed rings are processed at the edge of the umbrella-shaped compression ring, so that the cable shielding net slightly deforms in the extrusion process, and the fixing firmness is improved.

After the flange plate and the cable are assembled, screws penetrate through 4 holes in the flange of the mounting base 2, and the flange plate is assembled and fixed on the space traveling wave tube body.
The high-voltage cable of the space traveling wave tube is a key part for connecting a power supply and the traveling wave tube, and mainly comprises a plurality of internal high-voltage leads and an external shielding net. The internal lead is connected with each electrode of the space traveling wave tube and the power supply to form electrical connection; the shielding net forms mechanical protection and electromagnetic shielding for the high-voltage lead. In order to reliably connect the high-voltage cable to the traveling wave tube, the flange plate for fixing the high-voltage cable on the traveling wave tube needs to have the functions of firmly fixing the high-voltage cable, shielding the high-voltage lead, grounding the shielding layer of the high-voltage cable and bending and buffering the root part of the traveling wave tube of the high-voltage cable. When the flange plate is used for fixing and assembling a high-voltage cable and a traveling wave tube, a high-voltage lead inside the cable is required not to be stressed all the time to cause damage or damage.
