Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The patent application No. 201810965920.5 discloses: aiming at the comprehensive screen structure of the OLED display screen, the infrared emitter is arranged in the sound outlet of the receiver and used for emitting infrared light; the infrared receiver is arranged below the display area of the display screen and used for receiving the reflected infrared light and realizing the approaching function according to the emitted infrared light and the reflected infrared light.
In the prior art, there are two ways to determine the brightness information of ambient light:
the first is to transmit the external ambient light to the surface of the photosensitive device by using the light guide pillar, which needs to ensure that the screen light of the display screen cannot interfere with the photosensitive device, so that a large black edge is needed to avoid the interference of the screen light signal to the photosensitive device. When the terminal is specifically a mobile phone, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a partial screenshot of a plane where a display screen of the mobile phone is located, a left circular region in fig. 1 is a camera of the mobile phone, a right small circular region in fig. 1 is a position region of a photosensitive device, an annular region outside the small circular region is a black edge region, and a region above the photosensitive device is a receiver of the mobile phone.
The second is to directly place the light sensing device below the display screen, as shown in fig. 2, the terminal obtains the screenshot information of the current display screen through the total brightness information of the screen light and the ambient light collected by the light sensing device, and obtains the screen color information and the screen brightness level on the current display screen from the screenshot information, the terminal fits the screen color information and the screen brightness level in a linear fitting manner to determine the display brightness information on the display screen, and then the terminal determines the brightness information in the current ambient light by using the total brightness information of the screen light and the ambient light and the display brightness information obtained by the light sensing device, and adjusts the brightness of the display screen according to the brightness information in the ambient light, because the screen color information on the display screen obtained by the terminal is color information and not single color information, the local data obtained when the terminal performs linear fitting is nonlinear data, and the accuracy of the display brightness information calculated by the terminal according to the nonlinear data is low, so that the accuracy of the brightness information in the ambient light determined by the terminal is low.
The brightness of the display screen can also be adjusted by a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode, and the PWM adjustment adjusts the brightness of the display screen by changing the time of the display screen alternating between on and off. When a PWM brightness adjustment mode is set in the terminal, the terminal can directly use the optical signal obtained by the photosensitive device below the display screen as the brightness information of the ambient light under the condition that the display screen is not bright, and adjust the brightness of the display screen of the terminal according to the brightness information of the ambient light.
The problems in the prior art can be solved by the methods in the first embodiment and the second embodiment.
