Alternatively, when the transaction processing request is a deposit request, it is determined that the source storage device is the deposit device 300 (in the embodiment where the bill handling apparatus 010 includes the deposit and withdrawal device 450, the source storage device may be the deposit and withdrawal device 450); the first target storage device is a target circulation box 100, the second target storage device is consistent with the source storage device, and the first target storage device is also a target circulation box 100; the third target storage device is a recycle bin 200; the transfer device is a temporary storage device 500. In the embodiment of the present application, after receiving a service processing request from a user, the banknote processing apparatus 010 often needs to transport banknotes in one storage device to another storage device according to the service processing request. For example, after receiving a withdrawal request, it is necessary to convey the banknotes in the target circulation box 100 to the banknote dispensing device 400; after receiving the counting request, the banknotes in the target circulation box 100 need to be transported to the empty circulation box 100 for counting. Therefore, in the embodiment, the control device 900 determines the source storage device and the first destination storage device according to the business process request, in the first flow, during the circulation of the paper currency, the paper currency passes through the recognition device 600, the recognition device 600 recognizes and checks the paper currency, and if the paper currency is the first paper currency, for example, the paper currency which is suitable for circulation, the paper currency is conveyed to the first destination storage device; if the paper currency is the second type paper currency (including the paper currency which cannot be identified), the paper currency is conveyed to the transfer device. In the case where the banknotes in the abnormal conveyance state such as the double-fed state and the continuous-fed state are entered into the recognition apparatus 600, the banknotes are partially overlapped with other banknotes, completely overlapped with each other, or closely conveyed when the banknotes pass through the recognition apparatus 600, and therefore, the recognition apparatus 600 may fail to recognize the amount of money of the banknotes and to determine whether the banknotes are appropriately circulated, and in this case, the banknotes are conveyed to the relay apparatus. In the case where the banknotes having been fed through the recognition device 600 in the abnormal feeding state such as the double-fed state and the continuous-fed state may affect the normal feeding of other banknotes after the banknotes enter the circulation box 100, the banknotes are fed into the banknote inlet/outlet port, which may affect the user's experience. The relay device is a storage device that can be used for relaying banknotes, and can be determined according to the specific configuration of the banknote processing apparatus 010 and the specific service processing request. For example, when the service processing request is a request for counting banknotes in a target circulation box, a request for filling banknotes into the target circulation box, or a request for withdrawal, the relay device may be determined as the temporary storage device 500 in the embodiment of fig. 4; when the transaction processing request is a request for counting banknotes in the target recycling bin or a request for filling the target recycling bin with banknotes, the transfer device may be determined as the in-out banknote device 450 in the embodiment of fig. 6. Optionally, along the input direction of the paper money, the lengths of the accommodating cavities of the temporary storage device 500 and the paper money inlet and outlet device 450 are greater than the length of the accommodating cavity of the circulation box 100, so that when the overlapped and continuous paper money is conveyed to the temporary storage device 500 or the paper money inlet and outlet device 450, due to the fact that the accommodating cavity for receiving the paper money has enough accommodating space, the problem that the overlapped and continuous paper money is not easy to be bent and folded and the like and is not easy to be stacked is solved, and the probability of clearing the overlapped and continuous paper money and other abnormal conveying states of the paper money during secondary checking is improved.
After the first process is finished, the second process is started, the paper money in the transfer device passes through the recognition device 600 again, the recognition device 600 recognizes and checks the paper money conveyed by the transfer device again, so as to realize secondary checking of the paper money in the transfer device, and the abnormal conveying states of the overlapped paper, the continuous paper and the like of the paper money can be changed through the accumulation intervention and the separation intervention of the accumulation and separation mechanism of the transfer device and the conveying intervention of the conveying mechanism in the conveying channel in the processes of the paper money entering the transfer device, the paper money output from the transfer device and the conveying of the paper money in the conveying channel, so in the embodiment, the second paper money is temporarily stored by using the transfer device, the abnormal conveying states of the overlapped paper, the continuous paper and the like of the paper money can be eliminated as much as possible through secondary checking of the paper money in the transfer device, the recognition and the recording of the amount of the paper money are realized, and can avoid the paper currency that suits the circulation to be carried to the collection box as far as possible, consequently, through applying for paper currency processing apparatus 010 that the embodiment provided, can improve the accuracy that paper currency was checked at the circulation in-process greatly, can also improve the utilization ratio of paper currency.
FIG. 7 is a flow chart of a banknote handling method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7, the banknote processing method provided in this embodiment can be applied to the banknote processing apparatus 010 provided in this embodiment.
The banknote processing method includes:
step S100, determining a source storage device, a first target storage device, a second target storage device, a third target storage device and a transfer device in a plurality of storage devices according to the service processing request.
Taking the banknote processing apparatus 010 provided in the embodiment of the present application as an example, the control device 900 receives a service processing request input by a user through the human-computer interaction device 800, and determines the source storage device, the first destination storage device, the second destination storage device, the third destination storage device, and the transfer device according to the service processing request.
Optionally, when the service processing request is a request for counting banknotes in the target circulation box 100, the source storage device is determined as the target circulation box 100, the first target storage device is determined as an empty circulation box 100 for counting, the second target storage device is determined as the target circulation box 100 (the same as the source storage device), the third target storage device is determined as the recovery box 200 or an empty circulation box 100, the transfer device is determined as the temporary storage device 500 in the embodiment of fig. 4 or the in-out coin device 450 in the embodiment of fig. 6, and optionally, the transfer device may be determined as another empty circulation box 100. In an alternative embodiment, one of the plurality of circulation boxes 100 may be fixed for inventory only, i.e., as an inventory box, which is normally kept idle except for the inventory process, such as the inventory box in the related art of fig. 1. In the embodiment of fig. 4, the leftmost circulation box 100 is set as the circulation box 100 dedicated to inventory, as the first target storage device in the inventory process. Of course, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, the empty circulation boxes 100 for counting (hereinafter, simply referred to as counting boxes) may be any one of all the empty circulation boxes 100 after receiving a request for counting the banknotes in the target circulation box 100, instead of using a fixed circulation box 100 as the counting box.
In an alternative embodiment, the bill handling apparatus 010 may further include a filling box (not shown) for storing bills to be filled into the target circulation box 100. When the transaction processing request is a request for filling the target recycling bin 100 with the banknotes, the control device 900 may determine that the source storage device is the filling bin, determine that the first target storage device is the target recycling bin 100, determine that the transfer device is the buffer 500 in the embodiment of fig. 4 or the in-out device 450 in the embodiment of fig. 6, determine that the second target storage device is the target recycling bin 100 (the same as the source storage device), and determine that the third target storage device is the recycling bin 200 or the empty recycling bin 100.
In an alternative embodiment, when the transaction request is a withdrawal request, the control device 900 may determine that the source storage device is the target recycling bin 100 for dispensing coins, determine that the first target storage device is the coin dispensing device 400 (or the coin dispensing device 450 in the embodiment of fig. 6), determine that the transfer device is the temporary storage device 500, determine that the second target storage device is the target recycling bin 100 (the same as the source storage device), and determine that the third target storage device is the recycling bin 200 or the empty recycling bin 100.
It should be understood that the business process request may also include more varieties, and the control device 900 may determine the source storage device, the first target storage device, the relay device, the second target storage device, and the third target storage device according to specific requirements.
Step S200, executing a first process, wherein the first process includes: conveying the paper money in the source storage device to the recognition device, determining the type of the paper money, conveying the paper money to a first target storage device if the type of the paper money is a first type of paper money, and conveying the paper money to a transfer device if the type of the paper money is a second type of paper money; wherein the first type of banknote includes banknotes recognized as being fit for circulation and the second type of banknote includes at least banknotes that are not recognized.
Taking the banknote processing apparatus 010 of the embodiment of the present application as an example, when the first process is executed, the control device 900 controls the source storage device to transport the banknotes stored in the source storage device to the transport path 700, and then the transport mechanism 710 in the transport path 700 transports the banknotes in sequence to the recognition device 600, and during the banknote transport process, the control device 900 determines the type of the banknotes according to the recognition result of the recognition device 600 and the detection result of the detection assembly 650. Alternatively, the banknotes can be classified into three types, the first type of banknotes include banknotes that can be recognized by the recognition device 600 as being fit for circulation, the second type of banknotes include banknotes that cannot be recognized by the recognition device 600, and the third type of banknotes include banknotes that can be recognized by the recognition device 600 as not being fit for circulation (e.g., suspected banknotes, severely damaged banknotes). If the banknote is the first type of banknote, the control device 900 controls the transport mechanism 710 to transport the banknote to the first target storage device, and the control device 900 records the denomination, number, etc. of the banknote; if the paper currency is the second type paper currency, the paper currency can have some conveying abnormity, such as overlapping and continuous paper currency, which cannot be identified. Therefore, some banknotes which are not suitable for circulation may exist in the second banknotes, and if all the second banknotes are recovered due to the unidentifiable banknotes, the banknotes which are suitable for circulation are likely to exist and not be checked and counted, so that the checking result is inaccurate. Therefore, the control device 900 controls the conveying mechanism 710 to convey the second type of paper money to the transfer device for secondary checking. Alternatively, if the banknote is determined as the third banknote, the control device 900 controls the transport mechanism 710 to transport directly to the recycle box 200, since the banknote can be recognized and determined as a banknote unsuitable for circulation, without passing through the recognition device 600 again for secondary checking, which can improve the working efficiency of the banknote handling apparatus 010.
In the first flow, the controller 900 may determine the type of the bill based on the detection result of the detection unit 650 before the bill passes through the recognition unit 600, may determine the type of the bill based on the recognition result of the recognition unit 600 immediately when the bill passes through the recognition unit 600, may determine the type of the bill based on the detection result of the detection unit 650 after the bill passes through the recognition unit 600 and before the bill enters the first destination storage unit, and in the case where the type of the bill is determined after the bill passes through the recognition unit 600 and before the bill enters the first destination storage unit, the second bill may further include a bill that has been recognized but has abnormal transportation such as overlapping, or continuous transportation after passing through the recognition unit 600, for example, the bill is normally transported when passing through the recognition unit 600 and the recognition unit 600 can acquire information such as the number of bills, the amount of money, however, in the case where a conveyance abnormality such as a double or continuous banknote occurs while the banknotes are conveyed to the first target storage device after passing through the recognition apparatus 600, the banknotes are also determined as the second type of banknotes and are sent to the relay device, and optionally, in the case where the recognition apparatus 600 subtracts the counted number and amount of normal banknotes from the total number of banknotes, subtracts the counted number of banknotes with the conveyance abnormality from the total number of banknotes, and subtracts the total amount of banknotes with the conveyance abnormality from the total amount of banknotes with the conveyance abnormality. In an alternative embodiment, after each banknote enters the conveying channel 700, the control device assigns a unique ID number to the banknote, and during the conveying process of the banknote, the control device performs tracking detection on the banknote according to the ID number of the banknote, so that the control device can determine the number of abnormal banknotes and the ID number of each banknote when abnormal conveying occurs in the banknote, and further update the counted number of normal banknotes and the counted amount of money.
In alternative embodiments, the notes may be divided into only two categories, the first type of note including notes that are recognized by the recognition device 600 as being fit for circulation and the second type of note including notes that are not recognized and notes that are recognized but not fit for circulation.
Further, when the service processing request is a request for counting banknotes in the target circulation box 100, the first process may further include: after the source storage device (the destination recycling bin 100) is emptied, the bills in the first destination storage device (i.e., the counting bin) are transported toward the recognition device 600, the control device 900 determines again the types of the bills based on the recognition result of the recognition device 600 and the detection result of the detection assembly 650 during the transportation of the bills, transports the bills to the source storage device if the types of the bills are the first type bills, and transports the bills to the relay device if the types of the bills are the second type bills. In the process of emptying the counting box, if the type of the paper money is determined to be the second type of paper money, the paper money is also conveyed to the transfer device, so that the paper money can be secondarily recognized in the second flow.
Step S300, after the first process is finished, judging whether paper money exists in the transfer device, if so, executing a second process, wherein the second process comprises the following steps: and conveying the paper currency in the transfer device to the recognition device, determining the type of the paper currency again, conveying the paper currency to a second target storage device if the type of the paper currency is the first paper currency, and conveying the paper currency to a third target storage device if the type of the paper currency is the second paper currency.
Taking the banknote handling apparatus 010 of the embodiment of the present application as an example, after the first process is completed, if there is a banknote in the relay device, the banknote in the relay device is transported to the recognition device 600, and the control device 900 determines the type of the banknote again according to the recognition result of the recognition device 600 and the detection result of the detection module 650 during the banknote transportation process, and if the type of the banknote is the first type of banknote, it means that the banknote may not be determined as a banknote suitable for circulation due to transportation abnormality (double-stacking or continuous-stacking) in the first process. In the second flow, if the banknote is determined to be the first type of banknote, the information of the banknote is recorded and counted, and is transferred to the second target storage device (such as the target recycle box 100). Similarly to the first process, in the second process, the control device 900 may determine the type of the bill according to the detection result of the detection component 650 before the bill passes through the recognition device 600, may determine the type of the bill immediately according to the recognition result of the recognition device 600 when the bill passes through the recognition device 600, or may determine the type of the bill after the bill passes through the recognition device 600 and before the bill enters the second destination storage device and the third destination storage device.
It should be noted that if the banknote is determined as the second banknote after the first and second processes, it is highly likely that the banknote is a suspected banknote, or a double note or a continuous note that is stuck together by an adhesive tape or glue and cannot be automatically removed and affects normal circulation, and therefore, the banknote is transported to the third target storage device (such as the recycling bin 200) at this time, and the abnormal banknotes are prevented from entering the target recycling bin 100.
In an alternative embodiment, if the third target storage device is determined to be an idle circulation box 100, the second process may further include: after the relay device is emptied, the bills in the third target storage device are transported to the recognition device 600, and the control device 900 determines again the type of the bills based on the recognition result of the recognition device 600 and the detection result of the detection module 650 during the transportation of the bills, transports the bills to the second target storage device if the type of the bills is the first kind of bills, and transports the bills to the recycle bin 200 if the type of the bills is the second kind of bills. In this way, the banknotes specified as the second type banknotes from the relay device can be conveyed to the empty circulation box 100 in the second flow, and after the relay device is emptied, the banknotes in the circulation box 100 are conveyed to the recognition device 600 again for recognition and checking (third checking), so that the probability of abnormal conveyance states such as overlapping and continuous sheets of the banknotes automatically cleared by the banknote processing device 010 is improved by the re-conveyance and recognition of the banknotes, the banknotes suitable for circulation are prevented from being conveyed to the collection box 200, and the accuracy of banknote counting, counting efficiency, and the utilization rate of the banknotes can be further improved.
Alternatively, in the second flow, if the bill is determined as the third bill, the bill may be conveyed to the recycle bin 200.
In summary, the embodiment of the application provides a banknote processing method and device. determining a source storage device, a first target storage device, a second target storage device, a third target storage device and a transit device in the plurality of storage devices according to the service processing request;
executing a first procedure, wherein the first procedure comprises: conveying the paper money in the source storage device to the identification device, determining the type of the paper money, conveying the paper money to the first target storage device if the type of the paper money is a first type of paper money, and conveying the paper money to the transfer device if the type of the paper money is a second type of paper money; wherein the first type of banknote comprises banknotes identified as fit for circulation and the second type of banknote comprises at least banknotes not identified;
after the first process is finished, judging whether paper money exists in the transfer device, and if the paper money exists in the transfer device, executing a second process, wherein the second process comprises the following steps: and conveying the paper currency in the transfer device to the recognition device, determining the type of the paper currency again, conveying the paper currency to the second target storage device if the type of the paper currency is the first type of paper currency, and conveying the paper currency to the third target storage device if the type of the paper currency is the second type of paper currency.

The banknote handling method according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of storage devices include a plurality of recycle boxes, and when the transaction processing request is a request for counting banknotes in a target recycle box, the source storage device is determined to be the target recycle box, and the first target storage device is determined to be an empty recycle box for counting;
the first process further includes: after the source storage device is emptied, the paper currency in the first target storage device is conveyed to the identification device, the type of the paper currency is determined again, if the type of the paper currency is the first type of paper currency, the paper currency is conveyed to the source storage device, and if the type of the paper currency is the second type of paper currency, the paper currency is conveyed to the transfer device.

The banknote handling method according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of storage devices include a loading bin for storing banknotes to be loaded into a target recycle bin and a plurality of recycle bins, and wherein when the transaction processing request is a request for loading banknotes into the target recycle bin, the source storage device is determined to be the loading bin and the first target storage device is determined to be the target recycle bin.

The banknote handling method according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of storage devices include a dispensing device and a plurality of recycling bins, and when the transaction request is a withdrawal request, the source storage device is determined to be a target recycling bin for dispensing, and the first target storage device is determined to be the dispensing device.

The banknote handling method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the plurality of storage units further includes a temporary storage unit for temporarily storing the banknotes from the transport path and transporting the banknotes to the recycle box through the transport path in the deposit process; determining a transfer device among the plurality of storage devices according to the service processing request, specifically comprising:
and when the service processing request is a request for checking paper money in a target circulation box, a request for filling paper money into the target circulation box or a withdrawal request, determining that the transfer device is the temporary storage device.
