A sorting client 120 configured to obtain the tile image sent by the corresponding data acquisition device 110, and determine a color difference between the tile image and each sample tile image based on the tile image and the current sample tile image as a tile color difference corresponding to the tile image; determining a color difference type corresponding to the tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image and the color difference type corresponding to each sample tile image; when a data uploading period comes, determining current tile data to be uploaded, and sending the tile data to a tile data processing server, wherein the tile data to be uploaded comprises: the number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to the non-uploaded various color difference types and corresponding to the data acquisition equipment corresponding to the sorting client side and the current sorting time information are as follows: the sorting client 120 determines the duration information of the color difference type corresponding to the tile image corresponding to the tile data to be uploaded.
And the tile data processing server 130 is configured to receive the tile data to be uploaded by the sorting client, and for each sorting client 120, based on a preset statistical manner, process the number of tile images corresponding to each color difference type in the tile data to be uploaded by the sorting client and the current sorting duration information to obtain a statistical result, and store the statistical result.
The data collecting device 110 may collect images for a conveyor belt used for conveying tiles, and in a case that it is detected that tiles arrive on the conveyor belt, collect images for the tiles conveyed on the conveyor belt, to obtain tile images. This data acquisition equipment can be for the equipment that is used for gathering the image such as camera and camera, and this data acquisition equipment can be according to predetermineeing resolution ratio and gather the ceramic tile image to the ceramic tile. In this embodiment of the present invention, the image format of the tile image acquired by the data acquisition device 110 may be an image format such as a BMP (Bitmap) format, a JPG (Joint Photo Experts Group) format, an LAB (color mode) format, and the like.
A plurality of data acquisition devices 110 may be included in the tile sorting processing system, wherein each data acquisition device 110 corresponds to a sorting client 120. The data acquisition devices 110 and the sorting clients 120 may be in a one-to-one correspondence relationship or a many-to-one correspondence relationship, where in the case of the many-to-one correspondence relationship, the sorting clients 120 may pre-store device identifiers of different data acquisition devices 110 to distinguish different data acquisition devices 110 and tile images acquired by different data acquisition devices 110.
Different data acquisition devices 110 can acquire images for different conveyor belts used to convey tiles. After acquiring the tile image, the data acquisition device 110 sends the tile image to the sorting client 120 corresponding to the data acquisition device.
The sorting client 120 obtains a tile image sent by the corresponding data acquisition device 110, and determines a color difference between the tile image and each sample tile image as a tile color difference corresponding to the tile image based on the tile image and a current sample tile image when each tile image is obtained; and then, for each tile color difference corresponding to the tile image, determining a color difference type corresponding to the tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image and the color difference type corresponding to each sample tile image. Subsequently, when it is determined that the data uploading period comes, the sorting client 120 determines the number of tile images and the current sorting duration information corresponding to the non-uploaded various color difference types corresponding to the data acquisition device corresponding to the sorting client, and sends the tile images and the current sorting duration information as the current tile data to be uploaded to the tile data processing server 130.
The process of determining the color difference between the tile image and each sample tile image may be: and calculating the image color difference between the tile image and the sample tile image according to each sample tile image, wherein the image color difference is used as the tile color difference between the tile contained in the tile image and the tile contained in the sample tile image, and is used as the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image.
The sample tile image may be: the data collecting device 110 for collecting the tile image collects the tile image which satisfies the preset screening condition before the tile image.
In one implementation, the production of tiles is batch-wise, and accordingly the quality of the tiles needs to be checked batch-wise during the sorting of the tiles, i.e. the checking of the quality of the produced tiles. When the color difference of the tile images corresponding to different batches of tiles is determined, the sample tile images are different. Accordingly, the preset screening condition may include: and defining a condition that the color difference between the tile image corresponding to the first tile corresponding to the target batch number information, namely the tile image of the first frame, or the tile image serving as the sample tile image is large, for example, the tile image with the color difference exceeding a preset color difference threshold value.
In one case, the sorting client 120 may continuously sort the multiple batches of generated tiles, and accordingly, when the sorting client 120 obtains the first frame of tile images of a certain batch acquired by the corresponding data acquisition device 110, the tile images are used as a sample tile image and correspond to a color difference type; subsequently, the sorting client 120 obtains a second frame of tile images of the batch acquired by the corresponding data acquisition device 110, and determines a color difference between the second frame of tile images and the sample tile images based on the second frame of tile images and the first frame of tile images as the current sample tile images, as a tile color difference corresponding to the second frame of tile images; determining a color difference type corresponding to the second frame of tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the second frame of tile image and the color difference type corresponding to the sample tile image; if the tile color difference corresponding to the second frame of tile image indicates that the color difference between the tile contained in the second frame of tile image and the tile contained in the sample tile image is not large, determining that the tile contained in the second frame of tile image and the tile contained in the sample tile image are same-color tiles, namely determining the color difference type corresponding to the sample tile image as the color difference type corresponding to the second frame of tile image; and if the tile color difference corresponding to the second frame of tile image represents that the color difference between the tile contained in the second frame of tile image and the tile contained in the sample tile image is larger, determining that the second frame of tile image is a sample tile image and corresponds to a color difference type.
Subsequently, the sorting client 120 obtains a third frame of tile images of the batch acquired by the corresponding data acquisition device 110, determines a color difference between the second frame of tile images and each sample tile image based on the second frame of tile images and the first frame of tile images and the second frame of tile images serving as the current sample tile images, and performs subsequent processes.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sorting client 120, in determining the type of color difference corresponding to the tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image, is specifically configured to
Judging whether a tile color difference smaller than a preset color difference threshold exists in the tile color differences corresponding to the tile images;
if the tile image is judged to exist, determining the color difference type of the sample tile image corresponding to the tile color difference smaller than the preset color difference threshold value as the color difference type corresponding to the tile image;
if the tile image does not exist, adding the tile image to the current sample tile image to update the current sample tile image;
a new color difference type is configured for the tile image.
In one implementation, the sorting client 120 can count the time consumed for sorting the tiles in real time during the process of sorting the tiles, and the time consumed for waiting for the tile images to arrive for sorting during the process of sorting the tiles; also, data identification information of the tile data that has been uploaded to the tile data processing server 130 may be recorded, where the data identification information of the tile data may be information that uniquely characterizes the tile data, such as a serial number, a generation time of a tile image corresponding to the tile data, and the like.
Correspondingly, when the data uploading period comes, the sorting client 120 may determine the number of tile images corresponding to the non-uploaded various color difference types corresponding to the data acquisition devices, and the time length information of tiles included in the tile images corresponding to the non-uploaded various color difference types corresponding to the data acquisition devices corresponding to the sorting, that is, determine the time length information of the color difference types corresponding to the tile images corresponding to the tile data to be uploaded, and the current sorting time length information.
It can be understood that, in the case that no abnormality occurs in the network link between the sorting client 120 and the tile data processing server 130, each time a data uploading period comes, the sorting client 120 may upload, to the tile data processing server 130, the number of tile images and corresponding sorting duration information corresponding to each color difference type sorted from the time the data uploading period comes to the time the previous data uploading period comes, that is, the determined current tile data to be uploaded includes data generated from the time the data uploading period comes to the time the previous data uploading period comes. When the network link between the sorting client 120 and the tile data processing server 130 is abnormal, for example, the sorting client 120 is disconnected from the network link between the tile data processing server 130 due to a network break, so that a previous data uploading period comes, tile data to be uploaded corresponding to the previous data uploading period is not uploaded to the tile data processing server 130, and when the data uploading period comes, the current tile data to be uploaded determined by the sorting client 120 includes: the sorting client 120 generates data between the arrival time of the data uploading period and the arrival time of the previous data uploading period, and the tile data to be uploaded corresponding to the previous data uploading period.
The tile data processing server 130 may be coupled to at least one sorting client 120, in which case the tile data processing server 130 may provide a plurality of APIs (Application Programming interfaces) to the outside for interfacing with each sorting client 120 via the APIs.
The tile data processing server 130 receives the tile data to be uploaded by each sorting client 120, and then processes the tile image quantity corresponding to each color difference type in the tile data to be uploaded by the sorting client 120 and the current sorting duration information based on a preset statistical mode for each sorting client 120, so as to obtain a statistical result, and stores the statistical result.
By applying the embodiment of the invention, the sorting client can determine the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image based on the tile image acquired by the data acquisition equipment and the current sample tile image, and further determine the color difference type corresponding to the tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image and the color difference type corresponding to each sample tile image so as to realize automatic detection and classification of the color difference on the surface of the tile; when a data uploading period comes, the sorting client determines current to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data and sends the ceramic tile data to the ceramic tile data processing server, the ceramic tile data processing server processes ceramic tile image quantity corresponding to various types of differences included in the to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data uploaded by the sorting client and current sorting time length information aiming at each sorting client, statistical results are obtained and stored, storage and statistical analysis of sorting results of the sorting clients are achieved, and effective management of the sorting results of the sorting clients is achieved.

In the case where a creation instruction indicating creation batch number information is received, batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction is generated based on the reception time information of the creation instruction, and the creation time of the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction is recorded and uploaded to the tile data processing server, and the tile data processing server 130 records the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction and the creation time thereof.
Wherein the creation instruction may be human triggered. In one case, when the sorting client 120 is started and the tile sorting processing function is started, the sorting client 120 may display information inquiring whether the user creates new batch number information in a pop-up window form, and when detecting that the user selects a function button indicating creation of new batch number information, the sorting client 120 obtains a creation instruction indicating creation of batch number information, and accordingly, the sorting client 120 generates batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction based on the reception time information of the creation instruction, records the creation time of batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction, and uploads the created batch number information to the tile data processing server, and the tile data processing server records the creation time of batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction. The process of generating the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction based on the receiving time information of the creation instruction may be: the method includes generating batch number information corresponding to a unique creating instruction based on a preset random number generation algorithm and receiving time information of the creating instruction, wherein the preset random number generation algorithm can be any type of random number generation algorithm in the related art, and the specific type of the preset random number generation algorithm is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
The process of uploading the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction and the creation time corresponding to the batch number information to the tile data processing server may be: after the sorting client 120 generates the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction, when a data uploading cycle closest to the creation time of the batch number information arrives, the batch number information and the creation time of the batch number information are uploaded to the tile data processing server 130, and the tile data processing server 130 records the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction and the creation time thereof. Alternatively, it may be: after the sorting client 120 generates the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction and before generating the batch number information corresponding to the new creation instruction, it is all right that the batch number information and the creation time of the batch number information need to be uploaded to the tile data processing server 130 once every data uploading cycle comes.
In another implementation, different batches of tiles, possibly different types and sizes of tiles, facilitate the user to view various related information about the tiles he or she produces in order to enhance the user experience, the sorting client 120 further provides the worker user to input basic attribute information about each batch of tiles, wherein the basic attribute information about tiles may include, but is not limited to: type and size of the tile.
After generating the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction, the sorting client 120 may pop up information and an input interface for instructing the user to input the basic attribute information of the ceramic tile corresponding to the batch number information; after receiving the basic attribute information of the tile corresponding to the batch number information input by the user, in the process of uploading the batch number information, the basic attribute information of the tile corresponding to the batch number information may be uploaded correspondingly, and correspondingly, the tile data processing server 130 stores the basic attribute information of the tile corresponding to the batch number information.
In another embodiment of the present invention, each tile image corresponds to batch number information;
the sorting client 120, during the process of determining the color difference between the tile image and each sample tile image based on the tile image and the current sample tile image, as the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image, is specifically configured to:
determining color differences between the tile images and the sample tile images as tile color differences corresponding to the tile images based on the tile images and the current sample tile images corresponding to the same batch number information as the tile images.
Considering the situation that different batches of tiles have different types and/or sizes of information, in order to enable the tile data processing server 130 to effectively manage the tile data, the sorting client 120 needs to sort the tile images corresponding to the same batch, that is, the same batch number information, in the tile sorting process, and determine the color difference types corresponding to the tile images corresponding to the same batch number information, so as to sort the tiles included in the tile images.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the tile data processing server 130 is further configured to monitor the sorting client operating status, including an online status and an offline status;
the tile data processing server 130 is specifically configured to process the tile image number corresponding to each color difference type in the tile data to be uploaded at the sorting client and the current sorting duration information based on the preset statistical mode to obtain a statistical result

In this embodiment, the tile data processing server 130 may monitor the operational status of the sorting client 120, i.e., the online status and the offline status of the sorting client 120. In one implementation, when the tile sorting client 120 starts and starts the tile sorting function, the tile data processing server 130 is notified that the tile data processing server 130 is online, and accordingly, the tile data processing server 130 determines that the sorting client 120 is online, and subsequently, the latest online time of the sorting client 120 can be recorded, and the time interval between the latest online time and the last online time of the sorting client 120 is calculated, and accordingly, the longest offline time of the sorting client 120, that is, the offline time, is determined. When the tile sorting process function is turned off by the sorting client 120, the tile data processing server 130 may be notified that it is down, and in response, the tile data processing server 130 determines that the sorting client 120 is not on-line. Subsequently, the latest down time of sorting client 120 may be recorded.
In one case, the to-be-uploaded tile data may include at least one tile data corresponding to batch number information, and accordingly, after the tile data processing server 130 obtains the to-be-uploaded tile data uploaded by the sorting client 120, it may be determined, for each batch number information corresponding to the to-be-uploaded tile data uploaded by each sorting client 120, whether the historical tile data stored by the tile data processing server 130 includes the tile data corresponding to the batch number information, that is, the number of tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information.
If yes, determining the quantity of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information contained in the stored historical tile data; determining the total number of the current tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information based on the number of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the tile data to be uploaded and the number of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical tile data; and drawing a pie chart based on the total number of the current tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information and the percentage of the total number of the current tile images corresponding to each color difference type in the total number of the tile images corresponding to the batch number information.
As shown in fig. 2A, the example graph is a drawn pie chart, where the total number of current tile images corresponding to color number 1, that is, color difference type 1, in the pie chart is 4023, and the percentage of the total number of tile images corresponding to the batch number information is 52.6%; the total number of the current tile images corresponding to the color number 2, namely the color difference type 2, is 2958, and the percentage of the total number of the tile images corresponding to the batch number information is 38.67%; the total number of the current tile images corresponding to the color number 3, i.e., the color difference type 3, is 668, and the percentage of the total number of the tile images corresponding to the batch number information is 8.73%.
Determining the number of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information uploaded in each data uploading period based on the number of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the to-be-uploaded tile data and the number of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical tile data; and drawing a line drawing based on the quantity of the tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information uploaded in each data uploading period. As shown in fig. 2B, the abscissa of the line graph represents time, which is the time of the process of uploading the tile data in each data uploading period of the sorting client 120, and the ordinate represents the number of the tile images obtained by the tile data processing server 130, and in the case that a tile corresponds to a tile image, the ordinate of the line graph can represent the number of the tiles obtained by the tile data processing server 130. The different broken lines indicate the number of tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the lot number information obtained by the tile data processing server 130 at each time period.
The number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to each color difference type in the same batch, namely the number of the ceramic tiles, and the percentage of the number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to each color difference type in the batch to all the ceramic tile images in the batch can be visually observed by a user, so that the quality of the ceramic tiles corresponding to the batch, namely the ceramic tiles corresponding to the same batch number information can be visually observed by the user, wherein the more the color difference types corresponding to the ceramic tiles corresponding to the same batch are, the more the color difference change representing the ceramic tiles corresponding to the batch is, the poor color consistency of the ceramic tiles is, and correspondingly, the condition that the production process of the ceramic tiles is to be perfected can be determined. The line graph can represent the number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to different color difference types corresponding to the batch number information in each data uploading period, namely the number of the ceramic tiles, correspondingly, the production number of the ceramic tiles corresponding to the batch number information in each data uploading period can be represented, and the line graph can be beneficial to a user to check information such as the production condition of the ceramic tiles and further reasonably improve the production process of the ceramic tiles.
The tile data processing server 130 may further determine, for each batch number information corresponding to the to-be-uploaded tile data uploaded by the sorting client, the running time information corresponding to the sorting client 120 based on the creation time information and the current time information corresponding to the batch number information, that is, the time information that the sorting client 120 determines that the tile data corresponding to the batch number information is in an online state during the process, and the downtime information that the sorting client determines that the sorting client is in an offline state during the process of determining the tile data corresponding to the batch number information. Wherein the current time information may refer to a time when the tile data processing server 130 obtained the tile data to be uploaded.
And then, determining the idle time information when the sorting client determines that the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information is in an online state in the process based on the running time information corresponding to the sorting client, the sorting time information corresponding to the batch number information in the current sorting time information and the sorting time information corresponding to the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical ceramic tile data. The sorting duration information corresponding to the batch number information in the current sorting duration information can be characterized: time consumed for sorting the ceramic tile images corresponding to the batch number information by the sorting client 120 in the latest data uploading period to obtain the ceramic tile data; sorting duration information corresponding to the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical ceramic tile data can be characterized: the sorting client 120 sorts the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical ceramic tile data to obtain the time consumed by the ceramic tile data; and subtracting the sum of the sorting duration information from the running time information corresponding to the sorting client to obtain the idle time information when the sorting client determines that the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information is in an online state in the process. The idle time information characterizes: and the sorting client determines the time when the ceramic tile images are not sorted when the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information is in an online state in the process.
Subsequently, for each batch of number information corresponding to the to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data uploaded by the sorting client, based on the number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data and the number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to each color difference type corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical ceramic tile data, the total number of the ceramic tile images corresponding to the batch number information, namely the total number of the ceramic tiles corresponding to the batch number information, can be determined; based on the running time information and the idle time information corresponding to the sorting client, the time consumed by the sorting client for determining the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information can be determined; or, by using the sorting duration information corresponding to the batch number information in the current sorting duration information and the sorting duration information corresponding to the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information in the stored historical ceramic tile data, the time consumed by the sorting client for determining the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information can be determined; and then, determining the time consumed by the sorting client to determine the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information according to the total number of the ceramic tiles corresponding to the batch number information, and determining the sorting speed information of the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information. The sorting speed information of the tile data corresponding to the batch number information can represent the detection speed of the tiles corresponding to the batch number information and the production speed of the tiles to a certain extent.
The sorting speed information of the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information and the idle time information when the sorting client determines that the ceramic tile data corresponding to the batch number information is in an online state in the process are convenient for a user to check the production condition to a certain extent, and then a reference basis is provided for the user to reasonably improve the ceramic tile production process.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the sorting client 120 is further configured to obtain an inquiry request for requesting to inquire about the tile processing data corresponding to the target data acquisition device, and send the inquiry request to the tile processing data processing server 130, where the inquiry request carries the user identifier of the inquiry user and the device identifier of the target data acquisition device;
the tile data processing server 130 is further configured to obtain an inquiry request sent by the sorting client, and determine whether the inquiry user has an authority to inquire the tile processing data corresponding to the target data acquisition device based on a preset authority correspondence, the device identifier and the user identifier; if the inquiring user is judged to have the authority to inquire the ceramic tile processing data corresponding to the target data acquisition equipment, the ceramic tile processing data corresponding to the target data acquisition equipment is sent to the sorting client 120;
the sorting client 120 is further configured to obtain and display the tile processing data corresponding to the target data collection device.
Wherein tile processing data includes, but is not limited to: the pie chart and the line chart determined based on the tile data corresponding to each batch number information, the running time information and the downtime information corresponding to the sorting client in the process of determining the tile data corresponding to each batch number information, the idle time information when the sorting client determines that the tile data corresponding to each batch number information is in an online state in the process of determining the tile data corresponding to each batch number information, the sorting speed information of the tile data corresponding to each batch number information, each batch number information and the corresponding creation time information thereof, the number of the tile images corresponding to the color difference type corresponding to each batch number information, and the like are mentioned above.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sorting client 120 has a function for a user to view tile processing data corresponding to a tile produced by the user, and the tile data processing server 130 is configured to set a permission for limiting the tile processing data that the user can view for different users in order to ensure data security of the user, wherein the tile data processing server 130 may store the tile processing data obtained from the tile image acquired by the user for different data acquisition devices, and a preset permission correspondence relationship is pre-stored, and the preset permission correspondence relationship includes: information limiting the authority of the data processing data of the ceramic tiles corresponding to the data acquisition device which can be viewed by the user, for example: the preset corresponding relation of the permission comprises the following steps: the corresponding relationship between the user identifier of the user a and the device identifiers of the data acquisition device 1 and the data acquisition device 2 can represent that the user a can view the tile processing data corresponding to the data acquisition device 1 and the tile processing data corresponding to the data acquisition device 2.

In another embodiment of the present invention, before obtaining the tile image sent by the corresponding data acquisition device, the method further comprises:
under the condition that a creation instruction indicating creation batch number information is received, based on the receiving time information of the creation instruction, generating batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction, recording the creation time of the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction, and uploading the batch number information to the tile data processing server, so that the tile data processing server records the batch number information corresponding to the creation instruction and the creation time thereof.

the sorting client is configured to obtain a tile image sent by the corresponding data acquisition equipment, and determine a color difference between the tile image and each sample tile image as a tile color difference corresponding to the tile image based on the tile image and a current sample tile image; determining a color difference type corresponding to the tile image based on the tile color difference corresponding to the tile image and the color difference type corresponding to each sample tile image; when a data uploading period comes, determining current to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data and sending the ceramic tile data to a ceramic tile data processing server, wherein the to-be-uploaded ceramic tile data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) the number of tile images corresponding to different color difference types which are not uploaded and correspond to data acquisition equipment corresponding to a sorting client side and current sorting duration information, wherein the current sorting duration information is as follows: the sorting client determines the time length information of the color difference type corresponding to the tile image corresponding to the tile data to be uploaded;
the tile data processing server is configured to receive tile data to be uploaded by the sorting client sides, and for each sorting client side, based on a preset statistical mode, the tile image quantity corresponding to each color difference type in the tile data to be uploaded by the sorting client side and the current sorting time length information are processed to obtain a statistical result and stored.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the sorting client, prior to obtaining the tile image sent by the corresponding data collection device, is further configured to
