Detailed Description
The scheme provided by the specification is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As described above, in the existing rights and interests issue process, the service platform itself stores the rights and interests issue related data. This easily causes the user to question the validity and security of the data, affecting the user experience. In view of this, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is proposed to record the rights and interests issue data by using a block chain technique, so that the rights and interests data can be traced, cannot be tampered, and the validity is guaranteed.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation scenario of an embodiment disclosed in this specification. The implementation scenario involves a service platform and a blockchain network. The following description is made separately.
As shown in fig. 1, the blockchain network includes a plurality of nodes, and transaction data can be communicated between the nodes, where, as known to those skilled in the art, a transaction Tx is a basic storage unit in a block, and various data to be stored in the chain is generally recorded in the form of the transaction Tx as a carrier. In the current mainstream blockchain, one block can store hundreds of transactions. It should be noted that a node referred to herein, which may also be referred to as a full node or accounting node, is a computing device that may generate new blocks and link the blocks based on the transaction Tx. Typically, the blockchain network may be a federation chain, in which a plurality of organizations are agreed as accounting nodes, and the transactions to be recorded next are agreed by agreed consensus mechanisms, such as PoS equity certification agreement, bft (byzantine Fault tolerance agreement), etc., and the transaction contents are packaged into blocks and mounted on the blockchain.
In the scenario of fig. 1, the service platform may be a computing platform outside of the blockchain network. The service platform can provide predetermined service for the user and issue certain rights and interests to the user as rewards when the user executes the behavior events set by the service platform. For example, the service platform may be a travel service platform, such as a pig travel, and when the user completes the operation action specified by the platform (e.g., successfully registers a new user), the travel service platform may issue a bonus, such as an amount of money, to the user (e.g., a travel insurance). Thus, in response to a user performing a specified behavioral event, the service platform determines to issue a corresponding equity to the user.
In order to improve the reliability of the issued rights and interests, the service platform can record the issued rights and interests data to the blockchain through the blockchain network. Specifically, the service platform may be accessed to the blockchain network through a node in the blockchain network. When the service platform determines that a particular equity should be issued to a user, the service platform may send data relating to the issued equity to an accounting node (illustratively shown as node a in fig. 1) requesting that the node package the equity data into blocks, recorded on a blockchain. Due to the characteristics of distributed storage and decentralized of the block chain, the rights and interests data recorded in the block chain can be traced but cannot be tampered, and the block chain is more reliable.
The following describes a specific implementation of the service platform issuance rights and interests in the scenario of fig. 1.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for equity issuance via blockchains in one embodiment. The method flow is executed by a service platform located outside the blockchain network. The service platform may be implemented by any device, platform, or cluster of devices having computing, processing capabilities. In different embodiments, the service platform may specifically be an electronic payment platform (e.g., pay for treasure), a travel service platform (e.g., pig travel), an e-commerce service platform (e.g., Taobao), and so on.
As shown in fig. 2, first, at step 21, it is determined to issue a first entitlement to a first user in response to a first behavior event of the first user. The first action event may be an operation action preset by the service platform, and is usually an operation action that encourages the user to perform, for example, login to the service platform, share information of the service platform, pay a predetermined number of times or a predetermined amount using the service platform, complete an operation task set by the service platform, and the like.
Correspondingly, the first right can be a user right issued by the service platform to the user for motivating the user. The first benefit may be embodied in a variety of forms in different embodiments. In one example, the first equity may be a complimentary insurance, such as a travel insurance, flight delay insurance, critical illness, and the like. In another example, the first interest may be a usage right of a specific service, for example, a VIP membership right of a video website, an e-book reading right, a cloud storage right, and the like. In another example, the first benefit may be a privilege of a particular product, such as a discount coupon for a certain type of goods, and so forth. In other examples, the first benefit may be in other forms of benefits, not listed here.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the service platform is a travel service platform. When a user successfully completes registration, or successfully subscribes to a travel order, the travel service platform may determine to issue travel insurance to the user as his user interest.
In another embodiment, the service platform is an electronic payment platform. When the user successfully makes a predetermined number of face swipes (e.g., 5), the electronic payment platform may determine discount rights for issuing certain virtual products (such as flow) to the user.
In yet another embodiment, the service platform is an e-commerce platform. When the user shares the product of the e-commerce platform with friends for multiple times, the e-commerce platform can determine the VIP membership right for issuing the video website to the user.
It should be noted that the first rights above are issued by the service platform, but the usage of the rights may be related to another service party. For example, when the first equity is a gift, the use of the equity is related to the insurance company; when the first interest is, for example, VIP affiliate rights of a video site, the use of the interest is associated with the video site.
Next, at step 22, first data relating to the issuance of the first entitlement is generated. It will be appreciated that the data content of the first data is related to the nature of the first benefit.
In one example, the first equity is an insurance equity. In this case, the first data may include user information of the first user, specifically, a user ID, a name, an identification number of the first user; policy information (e.g., policy number) corresponding to the insurance rights, the rights share of the insurance rights. The above is the basic data information corresponding to the insurance benefits. On this basis, some insurance items are provided with expiration dates and/or additional terms. In such a case, the first data may further include, for example, term information of the insurance benefit, and/or additional provision information.
In one example, the first benefit is a particular service usage right. In such a case, the first data may include user information of the first user, and usage description information of the above-described specific service, such as service content, a validity period of the right, and the like. For a first interest of other content, first data corresponding thereto may be generated.
Then, in step 23, a recording request is sent to the first node in the blockchain network, where the recording request includes the first data, so that the first node records the first data on the blockchain.
As previously described, the blockchain network includes a plurality of nodes. The service platform can select any one of the nodes to send the recording request. In one embodiment, the service platform may determine a node closest to the first node from a plurality of nodes in the blockchain network, and issue the record request. The nearest node may be a physically nearest node or a nearest connection node determined from the viewpoint of network connection.
In one embodiment, the service platform converts the recording request into a blockchain transaction form and transmits the blockchain transaction form to the first node. Alternatively, the service platform may directly send the record request to the first node, and the first node converts the record request into a transaction form. The first node may then record the transaction on the blockchain in various existing ways, thereby recording the first data therein on the blockchain. Specifically, the first node may broadcast the transaction containing the first data in the blockchain network, and the transaction is finally recorded in a blockchain of the blockchain through a consensus mechanism.
As previously mentioned, in one embodiment, the use of the first benefit may be related to another service, for example, referred to as the second service. In one embodiment, the second server also acts as a node in the blockchain network and participates in the dissemination and recording of the rights and interests data, so that the second server can better acquire and record the issued rights and interests information.
Specifically, in the case that the first right is an insurance right, the second service party is an insurance company. In such a case, the blockchain network may further include a second node corresponding to a server of the insurance company.
Further, in an embodiment, the blockchain network may further include a third node corresponding to the regulatory agency, so that the process from issuance to use of the equity may be supervised by the regulatory agency, and reliability of issuance of the equity is further improved.
Thus, in the process shown in fig. 2, the service platform transmits the related data of the rights and interests issuance to the accounting node of the blockchain network, and records the related data of the rights and interests on the blockchain through the accounting node, so that the rights and interests issuance is more reliable by using the characteristic that the data in the blockchain cannot be tampered.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an implementation scenario of another embodiment disclosed in this specification. This implementation scenario differs from the implementation scenario shown in fig. 1 in that the service platform itself acts simultaneously as a node in the blockchain network. Other features of the blockchain network are the same as described in connection with fig. 1 and 2.
The following describes a specific implementation of the service platform issuance rights and interests in the scenario of fig. 3.
Fig. 4 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for equity issuance via blockchains in one embodiment. The method flow is executed by a service platform, and the service platform can be implemented by any device, platform or device cluster with computing and processing capabilities. And the service platform is simultaneously used as a node of the block chain network. For example, the service platform may be an electronic payment platform (e.g. a paypal), which on the one hand provides electronic payment services to users and issues rights and interests, and on the other hand, is also used as a node of a block chain network to participate in transaction billing and block formation. As shown in fig. 4, the process of issuing rights in this embodiment includes the following steps.
At step 41, it is determined to issue a first entitlement to a first user in response to a first behavioral event of the first user. The specific implementation manner of this step is similar to that of step 21 in fig. 2, and is not described again.
First data relating to the issuance of the first entitlement is then generated at step 42. The specific implementation of this step may refer to the description of step 22 in fig. 2, and is not described in detail.
Next, in step 43, a first transaction containing first data is generated and recorded in a block of the blockchain through a consensus mechanism in the blockchain network.
It should be understood that, in this embodiment, the service platform is also a node of the blockchain network, so that the service platform can directly convert the first data into the form of the first transaction, and record the first transaction in the blockchain through the consensus mechanism.
Specifically, each node of the blockchain network maintains a transaction pool locally, puts the acquired transactions into the transaction pool, and broadcasts the transactions to other nodes. For a node corresponding to the service platform (hereinafter referred to as a service platform node), the node puts a first transaction generated based on the first data into a transaction pool and broadcasts the first transaction to other nodes in the blockchain network. The service platform node will also receive broadcasted transactions from other nodes and place these received transactions into the transaction pool. When the transaction in the transaction pool is enough, the service platform node extracts a part of the transaction from the transaction pool, packs the part of the transaction into blocks, and broadcasts the self-packed blocks in the block chain network so as to achieve consensus. Meanwhile, other nodes in the block chain network can broadcast the block packaged by the nodes to initiate consensus. Finally, through a consensus mechanism set in the blockchain network, each node agrees on the transaction blocks to be recorded next. Thus, the first transaction is eventually recorded in a block of the blockchain through consensus of the nodes.
Through the process, the service platform is used as a node of the block chain network at the same time, the related data of the rights and interests issue are recorded on the block chain, and the rights and interests issue is more reliable by utilizing the characteristic that the data in the block chain cannot be tampered.
According to another embodiment, an apparatus for rights and interests issue through a blockchain is provided, and the apparatus may be deployed in a service platform, and the service platform may be implemented by any device, platform or device cluster with computing and processing capabilities. Further, in one example, the first data further includes term information of the insurance rights and/or additional clause information.
In another embodiment, the first benefit comprises one of: specific service use authority and specific product preferential authority.
According to an embodiment, the requesting unit 53 is further configured to: and determining a node closest to the first node from the plurality of nodes of the block chain network as the first node.
In one embodiment, the blockchain network further includes a second node corresponding to a platform associated with the use of the first interest.
Further, in the case that the first right is an insurance right, the second node is a server of an insurance company.
In one example, the blockchain network further includes a third node corresponding to a regulatory body.
According to an embodiment of another aspect, an apparatus for equity issue through a blockchain is provided, which may be deployed in a service platform that simultaneously serves as a node in a blockchain network.
