本发明涉及的是一种一次性皂巾及其制备方法，其特征是以毛巾块或无纺布为载体，浸润皂液后，脱水烘干即成。该产品使用方便可用于个人清洁卫生，适用宾馆、饭馆、医院、家庭和旅行者使用。
Description
本发明涉及一种带皂巾及其制备方法。
现有的香皂，使用时很容易从手中滑脱掉，特别是洗澡时，涂擦后背很不方便，而且携带使用很不方便。
本发明的目的是提供一种防滑的一次性皂巾及其制备方法。
本发明的具体方案是根据用途不同而将大小不同的毛巾块或无纺布块浸泡在粘度为50—180厘泊的皂中10—60秒，取出后将多余皂液挤去，再烘干固化使肥皂(香皂)附着在纤维上，再烘干包装即成。
由于本发明的产品皂巾含有皂液成分，肥皂(香皂)液固化在毛巾纤维上，使用时只需将皂巾浸湿一下，便可擦洗身体或器物，方便快捷，不会滑落。一次性使用时又便于个人的清洁卫生，便于防止洗涤器物时的重复污染。本产品可代替普通香皂、毛巾、旅游香皂以及洗涤器物的抹布、沙布等，适合于宾馆、饭店、医院、家庭及旅行者使用。
下面给出本发明的实施例：
实施例1：将400mm×800mm的毛巾块浸入粘度为50—180厘泊的皂液中10至60秒，挤压掉多余皂液后，烘干后，可用于洗澡。
实施例2：将300mm×300mm的毛巾块浸入粘度为50—180厘泊的皂液中10至30秒，挤压掉多余皂液后，烘干，可用于洗脸。
实施例3：将200mm×200mm的毛巾块浸入粘度为50—180厘泊的皂液中10至20秒，挤压掉多余皂液后，烘干，可用于洗手。
实施例4：将无纺布浸入粘度为50—180厘泊的皂液中30至60秒，挤压掉多余皂液后，烘干，裁剪成100mm×100mm大小，可用于洗物。
Claims (2)
1、一种一次性皂巾，包括：毛巾块或无纺布的载体，其特征是载体纤维上吸附有固化的皂液成分。
2、一种一次性皂巾的制备方法，包括将毛巾块或无纺布浸入皂液中，然后挤压脱水，烘干，其特征在于：皂液的粘度为50—180厘泊，浸泡时间为10～60秒。
