the first sending module 12 is configured to send a query request to the unified user rights management server according to the first user identifier and the user rights retrieval request, so that the unified user rights management server queries the rights content of the corresponding user in the user rights list according to the query request;
the first receiving module 11 is further configured to receive rights and interests content of the corresponding user sent by the user rights and interests unified management server;
the rights and interests recommending module 13 is configured to search rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests contents of the corresponding user through preset rights and interests recommending use rules, and generate a recommended rights and interests list;
the first transmitting module 12 is further arranged to transmit the list of recommended rights and interests to a terminal.
Further, the rights and interests of the corresponding user include: rights application APP address, name and ID, rights content of rights APP;
the rights content of the rights APP comprises:
a shop address list, a shop address GPS list, a validity period start time, a validity period end time and a preferential information list.
Further, the first receiving module 11 is further configured to:
receiving a terminal-installed APP list sent by a terminal through an access point;
the recommendation right list generated by the right recommendation module 13 includes: the terminal is provided with an APP recommendation right list and the terminal is not provided with an APP recommendation right list.
Further, the first transmitting module 12 is further configured to;
after the recommendation right list is sent to the terminal, the terminal receives the recommendation right list, displays the recommendation right of the installed APP and the recommendation right content of the uninstalled APP, and marks a corresponding address list in the recommendation right list by using map software; and if the recommended content of the non-installed APP recommendation rights list is not empty, the terminal prompts the user to download and install the corresponding APP.
Further, the rights recommendation usage rule includes:
inquiring the position LOC of a global positioning system corresponding to the number in a system engineering reference table according to the number of the mobile phone signal coverage area of the current access point of the user;
respectively calculating the distance K of LOC and each shop address position corresponding to each equity APP, and inquiring whether the current time is within the validity period of equity content of the corresponding equity APP when the K is smaller than the preset distance D;
if so, inquiring whether the rights APP is in the APP recommendation rights list installed in the terminal, if so, putting the rights APP and the rights content of the rights APP into the APP recommendation rights list installed in the terminal, otherwise, putting the rights APP and the rights content of the rights AP into the APP recommendation rights list not installed in the terminal.
Fig. 5 is a unified management server for user rights and interests, provided in a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, including a generating module 21, a second receiving module 22, a querying module 23, and a second sending module 24;
the generation module 21 is configured to generate a user rights and interests list;
the second receiving module 22 is configured to receive a query request sent by the mobile edge computing MEC server according to a first user identifier and a user interest retrieval request, where the first user identifier and the user interest retrieval request are sent to the MEC server through the access point after the terminal accesses the access point and performs location update;
the query module 23 is configured to query the user rights and interests list for the rights and interests of the corresponding user according to the query request;
the second sending module 24 is configured to send the queried rights and interests content of the corresponding user to the MEC server, so that the MEC server searches the rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests content of the corresponding user through a preset rights and interests recommendation using algorithm, and generates a recommendation rights and interests list; and sending the recommended rights list to a terminal.
Further, the unified user rights management server further includes an obtaining module 25;
the second receiving module 22 is further configured to receive a second user identifier and a unified rights service application sent by the terminal through the access point;
the second sending module 24 is further configured to send a user benefit obtaining request to all benefit providers having a cooperative relationship according to the second user identifier and the unified benefit service application, so that each benefit provider provides the benefit content of the corresponding user according to the user benefit obtaining request;
the second receiving module 22 is further configured to receive rights and interests content returned by each rights and interests provider for the corresponding user;
the generation module 21 is specifically configured to generate a user rights and interests list from the rights and interests contents of the corresponding user.
Further, the unified user rights management server further includes an update module 25;
the update module 25 is configured to set an update time, and update rights content data of a corresponding user in the user rights list at regular time according to the update time;
the second sending module 22 is further configured to send the rights content of the corresponding user in the rights list of the user to the terminal after the update of the rights list of the user.
The MEC server of the embodiment of the present disclosure is used for implementing the user rights management method of the first embodiment of the method, and the unified user rights management server is used for implementing the user rights management method of the second embodiment of the method, so that the description is simpler, and specific reference may be made to the related description of the first embodiment of the method and the second embodiment of the method, which is not repeated here.
In order to more clearly and completely describe the technical solution of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7, a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for managing user rights and interests, including a user unified rights and interests application flow and a user unified rights and interests use flow;
FIG. 6 is a flow chart of a user unified rights application, comprising:
step S11: the user operates at the terminal and applies for unified rights and interests service to the operator; transmitting the mobile phone number, the IMEI and the unified rights service application to an access point;
step S12: the access point forwards the mobile phone number, IMEI and unified rights service application to a unified user rights management server;
step S13: the user rights unified management server sends a request to the rights supplier server according to the mobile phone number, and requests specific rights contents corresponding to the returned numbers of all rights suppliers with cooperative relationship; the request comprises a mobile phone number, an IMEI and a rights and interests query;
step S14: after receiving the request, the rights and interests supplier server checks the user database, matches the corresponding rights and interests terms according to the mobile phone number, and returns the rights and interests content of the corresponding user to the user rights and interests unified management server; including rights APP address, name, ID, rights APP rights content;
step S15: the user rights unified management server adds the rights content of the corresponding user into a user rights list, sets default updating time, updates the latest rights data at regular time, and then sends the mobile phone number and the rights content of the corresponding user to the terminal;
step S16: after the terminal receives the account, displaying all the associated APP rights and interests content of the account, and prompting the user that the application is finished to accept;
FIG. 7 is a user unified rights usage flow chart including:
step S21: the terminal accesses a new access point, performs position updating, and sends a mobile phone number MSISDN and a mobile phone APP list to the access point;
step S22: after the access point adds access point information, forwarding the mobile phone number MSISDN, the access point number CELL ID, the mobile phone APP list and the user rights and interests retrieval request to the MEC;
step S23: the MEC inquires corresponding rights and interests content from a user rights and interests unified management server;
step S24: the user rights unified management server checks the rights content matching the MSISDN in the user rights list and transmits the mobile phone number MSISDN, the corresponding rights APP service address, the rights APP name and ID, and the rights APP rights content to the MEC;
step S25: MEC uses the rights and interests to recommend the usage rule, find and return the rights and interests suitable for recommending in the content, then send mobile phone number MSISDN, and its correspondent installed APP and uninstalled APP and recommend the rights and interests tabulation to the terminal station;
step S26: the terminal displays the content of the recommended rights of the installed and uninstalled APP, and marks an address list and an address GPS by using map software, if the content of the uninstalled APP is not empty, the user is promoted to download and install the APP by going to the APP service address.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a user rights management system according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, includes the foregoing various possible mobile edge computing MEC servers 1 and user rights unified management server 2.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a computer device, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and when the processor runs the computer program stored in the memory, the processor executes the possible methods.
Furthermore, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that, when executed by at least one processor of a user device, perform the various possible methods described above.
Among them, computer-readable media include computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. In the alternative, the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ). In addition, the ASIC may reside in a user device. The processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in a communication device.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, however, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Various modifications and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and substance of the disclosure, and are also considered to be within the scope of the disclosure.

Claims (12)

1. A user rights management method applied to a mobile edge computing MEC server, comprising:
after the receiving terminal accesses the access point and performs position updating, a first user identification and a user interest retrieval request are sent through the access point;
sending a query request to a user equity unified management server according to the first user identification and the user equity retrieval request, so that the user equity unified management server queries the equity content of the corresponding user in a user equity list according to the query request;
receiving rights and interests content of a corresponding user sent by a user rights and interests unified management server;
searching the rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests contents of the corresponding user through preset rights and interests recommending use rules, and generating a recommending rights and interests list; the method comprises the steps of,
and sending the recommendation right list to a terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the rights content of the corresponding user comprises: rights application APP address, name and ID, and rights content of rights APP;
the rights content of the rights APP comprises: a shop address list, a shop address GPS list, a validity period start time, a validity period end time and a preferential information list.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, upon receiving a user interest retrieval request sent by the terminal through the access point:
receiving a terminal-installed APP list sent by a terminal through an access point;
the recommendation right list comprises: the terminal is provided with an APP recommendation right list and the terminal is not provided with an APP recommendation right list.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the preset equity recommendation usage rules comprise:
inquiring the position LOC of a global positioning system corresponding to the number in a system engineering reference table according to the number of the mobile phone signal coverage area of the current access point of the user;
respectively calculating the distance K of LOC and each shop address position corresponding to each equity APP, and inquiring whether the current time is within the validity period of equity content of the corresponding equity APP when the K is smaller than the preset distance D;
if so, inquiring whether the rights APP is in the APP recommendation rights list installed in the terminal, if so, putting the rights content of the rights APP into the APP recommendation rights list installed in the terminal, otherwise, putting the rights content of the rights APP into the APP recommendation rights list not installed in the terminal.
5. The user rights management method is applied to a user rights unified management server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a user rights and interests list;
receiving a query request sent by a Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) server according to a first user identification and a user interest retrieval request, wherein the first user identification and the user interest retrieval request are sent to the MEC server through an access point after a terminal accesses the access point and performs position updating;
inquiring rights and interests content of a corresponding user in a user rights and interests list according to the inquiry request;
and sending the queried rights and interests content of the corresponding user to the MEC server so that the MEC server searches the rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests content of the corresponding user through a preset rights and interests recommendation using rule, generates a recommendation rights and interests list and sends the recommendation rights and interests list to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating the user rights list specifically comprises:
receiving a second user identifier and a unified rights service application sent by the terminal through the access point;
according to the second user identification and the unified equity service application, sending user equity acquisition requests to all equity suppliers with cooperative relations, so that each equity supplier can respectively provide equity contents of corresponding users according to the user equity acquisition requests;
receiving rights and interests contents of corresponding users returned by all rights and interests suppliers; the method comprises the steps of,
and generating a user rights and interests list according to the rights and interests content of the corresponding user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
setting updating time;
and updating the rights and interests content data of the corresponding user in the user rights and interests list at regular time according to the updating time.
8. A mobile edge computing MEC server, comprising: the system comprises a first receiving module, a first sending module and a rights and interests recommending module;
the first receiving module is arranged to receive a first user identification and a user interest retrieval request sent by the access point after the terminal accesses the access point and updates the position;
the first sending module is configured to send a query request to the user equity unified management server according to the first user identifier and the user equity retrieval request, so that the user equity unified management server queries the equity content of the corresponding user in the user equity list according to the query request;
the first receiving module is further configured to receive rights and interests content of the corresponding user sent by the user rights and interests unified management server;
the rights and interests recommending module is configured to search rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests content of the corresponding user through preset rights and interests recommending use rules, and generate a recommending rights and interests list;
the first sending module is further configured to send the recommendation right list to a terminal.
9. The unified user rights management server is characterized by comprising a generation module, a second receiving module, a query module and a second sending module;
the generation module is arranged to generate a user rights and interests list;
the second receiving module is configured to receive a query request sent by the mobile edge computing MEC server according to a first user identifier and a user interest retrieval request, wherein the first user identifier and the user interest retrieval request are sent to the MEC server through an access point after the terminal accesses the access point and performs location update;
the inquiring module is used for inquiring the rights and interests content of the corresponding user in the rights and interests list of the user according to the inquiring request;
the second sending module is configured to send the queried rights and interests content of the corresponding user to the MEC server, so that the MEC server searches the rights and interests suitable for the current use of the user from the rights and interests content of the corresponding user through a preset rights and interests recommendation using algorithm, generates a recommendation rights and interests list, and sends the recommendation rights and interests list to the terminal.
10. A user equity management system comprising a mobile edge computing MEC as in claim 8 and a user equity unification management server as in claim 9.
11. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor performing the user rights management method according to any of claims 1-4 and claims 5-7 when the processor runs the computer program stored in the memory.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising: computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the user rights management method of any of claims 1-4, and claims 5-7.
