Abstract

The invention provides a biological geographic distribution query display system, which comprises a client and a server; the client is in communication connection with the server; the client acquires image information of the living beings, the server processes the image information, and the client displays map information of the geographical distribution of the living beings in a visualized manner according to the processing result of the server. The invention also provides a method for inquiring and displaying the biological geographic distribution. The invention can automatically acquire the geographic distribution condition and the biological quantity of the organisms according to the acquired biological images and visually display the geographic distribution condition and the biological quantity, and has great significance for comprehensively understanding and protecting biological resources; the invention increases the readability of data and has good popularization value.

Biodistribution is the geographic distribution of living beings. On the other hand, since animals and plants exported in china have increased year by year in recent years, no complete metadata database for identifying origin, characterizing physical properties, genetic characterization, etc. has been established, and no system for rapidly tracing the origin of a living organism and displaying the same has been developed, so that protection of a specific strategic biological resource cannot be effectively achieved.
At present, the regulation of biological resources faces a great dilemma. For example, special living beings in customs ports and the like in China are mainly identified manually (i.e., manually unpacked and visually checked and distinguished), the checking mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and certain stolen special biological resources can not be checked accurately and comprehensively, so that the biological resources are gradually lost year by year.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a system and method for displaying the geographic distribution of a living being, which can automatically identify the living being, acquire the species name of the living being, and trace and visualize the source of the living being.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a system and a method for inquiring and displaying biological geographic distribution, which can automatically identify organisms, acquire the names of the organisms, visually display information such as geographic positions of the biological distribution and the like, automatically judge whether the identified organisms are rare organisms or not, effectively protect biological resources of China and prevent the loss of the biological resources.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a biogeography distribution query display system, which includes a client and a server, wherein the client and the server are in communication connection; the client acquires image information of a living being, the server identifies the image information, a webpage file containing biological geographic distribution map information is generated according to an identification result, and the client displays the biological geographic distribution map information in a visualization mode according to the webpage file.
Preferably, the biological geographic distribution map information includes: biological name, biological quantity, biological distribution geographic position, biological distribution longitude and latitude, species source and species strain.

Fig. 2 is a geographical distribution diagram of the giant salamander displayed by the client according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The client includes: the device comprises an image acquisition module, a first communication module, a display unit, an inquiry module and a registration and login module.
The image acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of a living being. In an embodiment of the present invention, the image acquisition module may be a camera, an X-ray detector, a raman spectroscopy detector, or a supercontinuum detector.
The first communication module is in communication connection with the image acquisition module and the server and is used for data transmission with the server.
The display unit is in communication connection with the first communication module and is used for visually displaying the biological geographic distribution map information.
The inquiry module is in communication connection with the first communication module and is used for inputting the biological name of the organism to be inquired.
The registration login module is used for registering a system user and inputting an account number and a password of the system user to log in the system;
the server side comprises: the system comprises a second communication module, an image processing module, a biological database, an information processing module, a user management module and map software.
The second communication module is used for data transmission with the client;
the image processing module is in communication connection with the second communication module and is used for automatically identifying the creatures in the image information received by the second communication module and outputting corresponding creature names;
a biological database which stores biological names of the organisms and biological distribution geographic positions, biological numbers, species sources and species strains corresponding to the biological names;
the information processing module comprises map software; the information processing module is in communication connection with the image processing module, the biological database and the second communication module;
the map software is BMap map software. The information processing module acquires the biological distribution geographic position, the biological quantity, the species source and the species strain corresponding to the biological name through the biological database; the information processing module acquires longitude and latitude information (which is the prior art) corresponding to the biological geographic distribution position through the map software, and generates an html webpage file (which is the prior art) containing the biological geographic distribution map information through the map software; and the client displays the biological geographic distribution map information in a visualized manner according to the received html webpage file.
The user management module is used for managing an account number, a password and authority of a system user; the user management module also performs login verification on the user account and the password sent by the client.
The server also stores a rare biological name book which stores biological names of all forbidden exports in China. The server judges whether the corresponding organism falls into the treasure biological directory according to the biological name generated by the image processing module, and when the organism falls into the treasure biological directory, the server generates prompt information in the html webpage file. The prompt message may be a text message, or a name of the living being is displayed by highlighting or color.
The invention also provides a method for inquiring and displaying the biological geographic distribution, which is realized by adopting the system for inquiring and displaying the biological geographic distribution, and as shown in figure 3, the method comprises the following steps:

and S5, the client displays the biological geographic distribution map information of the identified creatures and the prompt information in a visualized manner according to the received html webpage file.
