Abstract
The invention discloses a material dryer and a drying roller thereof, comprising: a plurality of first lifting blades and second lifting blades are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the drying roller, and the first lifting blades are obliquely arranged to form a material guide angle with the roller body; the second material raising blade comprises a material shoveling plate and a material scattering plate, the extension direction of the material shoveling plate is parallel to the bus of the cylinder, the material scattering plate assists in lifting the materials shoveled by the material shoveling plate, and the second material raising blade begins to scatter the materials to the front and below when rotating to the top area of the cylinder. According to the invention, the two material lifting blades are combined for use, so that the distribution of the materials on the whole section of the cylinder is more sufficient and uniform, almost all the hot air flowing through the cylinder is contacted with the materials, the heat energy loss is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved. And moreover, the left material and the right material in the cylinder body are basically balanced, and the problem of unbalanced power of the driving motors on the two sides of the cylinder body is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of material dryers, in particular to a non-inclination angle dryer suitable for drying sand and powder, and further relates to a drying roller of the material dryer.
Background
Among known dryers suitable for drying sand and other materials, the three-cylinder dryer is widely applied due to the advantages of strong drying capacity, energy conservation, environmental protection, small occupied space and the like. The three-cylinder dryer is improved on the basis of the original single-cylinder dryer and is formed by nesting three coaxial horizontally-placed inner cylinders, middle cylinders and outer cylinders, and the working principle is as follows: the material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum through the feeding device to realize downstream drying, and the material is continuously lifted and scattered through the shoveling plate on the inner layer to realize heat exchange in a spiral advancing mode. The material moves to the other end of inlayer and gets into the middle level, carries out the drying against the current, and the material is constantly being raised repeatedly at the middle level, and the material both fully absorbs the heat that the inlayer cylinder gived off at the middle level, absorbs the hot-blast heat in middle level again, and the material moves to the middle level other end and falls into the skin, and the material is constantly being raised repeatedly by the shoveling plate and is raised repeatedly at the skin cylinder, both absorbs the heat that the middle level cylinder gived off, absorbs the hot-blast heat in skin again, fully realizes hot-blast drying.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an inner cylinder structure of a conventional triple-cylinder dryer, a material lifting blade 200 in a cylinder 100 adopts a plate structure, and as the cylinder rotates, the material lifting blade 200 moves forward by throwing a material at a guide angle α with respect to the cylinder 100, thereby circulating. The hot air enters the barrel and contacts with the materials, so as to achieve the purpose of heating and drying. However, in the use process, as shown in fig. 1, the blade only sprays the material to the lower right area of the inner circumference of the cylinder, only a part of hot air is contacted with the material, the blank area of the upper left part has no material distribution, the hot air is lost without heating, and the arrow direction is the rotation direction of the cylinder 100.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, a first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a drying drum, and as a technical idea, a second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a material dryer using the above-mentioned drying drum, wherein the material raising blades of the drying drum can make the spreading range of the material in the drum wider, the material distribution in the cross section of the drum body is more sufficient and uniform, the heat energy loss is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a drying drum comprising: the material lifting device comprises a barrel, a first lifting blade and a second lifting blade, wherein the barrel is provided with a discharge hole positioned in the front and a feed hole positioned in the rear, the inner wall of the barrel is fixedly provided with the plurality of first lifting blades, and the first lifting blades are fixed on the inner wall of the barrel and are obliquely arranged to form a material guide angle with the barrel; the inner wall of the barrel is fixedly provided with a plurality of second material lifting blades, each second material lifting blade comprises a shoveling plate, each shoveling plate is arranged along the direction of a generating line of the barrel and fixed on the inner wall of the barrel, each shoveling plate is provided with a scattering plate, each scattering plate assists in lifting materials shoveled by each shoveling plate, and the second material lifting blades start to throw the materials to the front and the lower direction when rotating to the top area of the barrel.
In one second material raising blade, the material spreading plate is obliquely arranged relative to the front and back direction of a barrel bus at the fixed position of the material copying plate to form a material spreading angle.
In one second lifting blade, the material spreading plate and the material copying plate are two intersected flat plates which are integrally arranged.
The material lifting device comprises a barrel, a plurality of first lifting blades and a plurality of second lifting blades, wherein the plurality of first lifting blades and the plurality of second lifting blades are arranged in an annular array and are alternately arranged on one cross section of the barrel.
Wherein, first lifting blade is provided with curved bending portion.
In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a material dryer includes the drying drum.
Preferably, the material dryer is a triple-drum material dryer.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention achieves the technical effects that:
the material curtain is fully filled in the left area of the section of the cylinder, and the first material raising blade begins to throw materials in the right area of the section of the cylinder to form a material curtain due to the guide angle, therefore, the two material raising blades are combined for use, so that the distribution of the materials on the section of the whole cylinder is more sufficient and uniform, almost all the hot air flowing through the cylinder is contacted with the materials, the heat energy loss is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved. And moreover, the left material and the right material in the cylinder body are basically balanced, and the problem of unbalanced power of the driving motors on the two sides of the cylinder body is solved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and specific examples is provided for further understanding the objects, aspects and effects of the present invention, but not for limiting the scope of the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, a drying drum of a material dryer, a drum 100 is provided with a discharge port (not shown) located in front and a feed port 101 located in rear, the inner wall of the drum 101 is fixedly provided with a plurality of first lifting blades 200, the first lifting blades 200 are fixed to the inner wall of the drum 100 and are obliquely arranged to form a guide angle α with the drum, and the first lifting blades 200 make materials move forward by using the guide angle α formed with the drum along with the rotation of the drying drum. As shown in fig. 3, when the cylinder 100 rotates counterclockwise as viewed from the inlet to the outlet, the first material-lifting blade 200 lifts the material in the bottom area of the cylinder, and the material-lifting blade starts to throw the material in the right area of the cylinder section to form a material curtain due to the material-guiding angle α.
As shown in fig. 7, the first lifting blade 200 is provided with an arc-shaped bent portion 201, and the bent portion 201 can make the first lifting blade 200 lift more materials.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, a plurality of second lifter blades 300 are further fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the barrel 100.
As shown in fig. 8, the second lifting blade 300 includes a material copying plate 301, the material copying plate 301 is fixed on the inner wall of the barrel 100, and the material copying plate 301 is fixed on the inner wall of the barrel along the direction of the barrel generatrix N. The term "along the tubular bus" means that the tubular bus is substantially aligned with the direction in which the tubular bus extends, and includes a case where the tubular bus is deviated by a certain angle error.
The material lifting plate 301 is provided with a material spreading plate 302, and the material spreading plate 302 assists to lift the material M lifted by the material lifting plate 301 and starts to throw the material M forward and downward when the second material lifting blade 300 rotates to the top region of the barrel 100 (see fig. 4). In one second lifting blade 300, the spreading plate 302 is inclined with respect to the front-rear direction of the cylinder generatrix N where the material copying plate 301 is fixed, forming a spreading angle β. In this embodiment, the material scattering plate 302 and the material copying plate 301 are two intersecting flat plates integrally arranged, and may intersect at a right angle or intersect in a circular arc.
As shown in fig. 3, when the barrel 100 rotates counterclockwise from the feeding port to the discharging port, the material-lifting plate 301 of the second material-lifting blade 300 lifts the material in the bottom region of the barrel, the material-spreading plate 302 assists the material-lifting plate 301 to lift the lifted material, and when the material-lifting plate rotates to the top region of the barrel, the material-lifting plate starts to spread the material forward and downward, and the material curtain fully fills the left region of the cross section of the barrel.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in a cross section of the barrel 100, a plurality of first lift blades 200 and a plurality of second lift blades 300 are annularly arrayed and alternately arranged. Of course, the two blades are not necessarily uniformly distributed, and are not necessarily arranged alternately, and the two blades are basically used for enabling the distribution of the thrown materials on the section of the whole cylinder body to be more sufficient and uniform.
The essence of the invention is that the two material lifting blades are combined for use, so that the material is distributed more fully and uniformly on the section of the whole cylinder, almost all the hot air flowing through the cylinder is contacted with the material, the heat energy loss is reduced, and the heat efficiency is improved. And moreover, the left material and the right material in the cylinder body are basically balanced, and the problem of unbalanced power of the driving motors on the two sides of the cylinder body is solved.
The material dryer of the invention is a non-inclination dryer suitable for drying sand and other materials, in particular to a three-cylinder material dryer.
In view of the above, it is intended that all such insubstantial changes from the concepts, principles, structures and methods of the invention be considered as within the scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. A drying drum comprising:

4. The dryer drum of claim 1 wherein a plurality of said first lifter blades are arranged alternately with a plurality of said second lifter blades in an annular array across a cross-section of said drum.
5. The drying drum of claim 1, wherein the first lifter blade is provided with an arcuate curved top.
6. A material dryer, characterized in that the material dryer comprises a drying drum according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The material dryer of claim 6 wherein said material dryer is a triple-drum material dryer.
