In one embodiment of this embodiment, controlling the fan frequency of the compressor based on the input voltage and the outer loop temperature comprises:
s11, judging whether the outer ring temperature meets a first preset condition, wherein the first preset condition is used for representing that the air conditioner outer unit operates in a high-temperature state;
optionally, the determining whether the outer ring temperature meets the first preset condition includes: calculating the temperature difference of subtracting the outer ring temperature from the temperature threshold, wherein the temperature threshold is the maximum working temperature of the air conditioner external unit; judging whether the temperature difference is smaller than a preset value or not; if the temperature difference is smaller than a preset value, determining that the temperature of the outer ring meets a first preset condition; and if the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the preset value, determining that the outer ring temperature does not meet the first preset condition.
Optionally, the preset value is set to 8 ℃, and may also be adjusted according to the type of the air conditioner, the type of the compressor, or the operating environment of the entire machine, the temperature threshold is the maximum heat content of the external machine, that is, the maximum allowable operating temperature Tmax of the machine set, which may be set to 45 ℃ (factory setting), or may be set according to the actual operating environment, when the difference between the maximum allowable operating temperature of the external machine and the outer ring temperature value is greater than 8 ℃, the outer ring temperature of the external machine of the air conditioner is relatively large, the temperature difference is relatively small, the external machine reaches a high temperature state, and it needs to be determined whether it needs to be protected, for example, S12, further determination is performed by inputting voltage, whether the IPM module needs to be protected by controlling the.
S12, if the outer ring temperature meets a first preset condition, judging whether the input voltage meets a second preset condition, wherein the second preset condition is used for representing that the air conditioner outer unit operates in a low-voltage state;

In this embodiment, the first voltage threshold Umin1 is the minimum allowable input voltage of the outdoor unit, and if the input voltage is less than Umin1, the outdoor unit cannot operate; the second voltage threshold Umin2 is a low input voltage, which is greater than Umin1, at which the outdoor unit can operate. In one example, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner 165VAC is the lowest allowable input voltage, 220VAC is the rated voltage, 265VAC is the high input voltage, Umin2 is between the lowest allowable input voltage and the rated voltage, and the value ranges are as follows: 165VAC < Umin2<220 VAC.
S13, if the input voltage does not meet a second preset condition, controlling the compressor to increase from the current fan frequency to the first fan frequency; and if the input voltage meets a second preset condition, controlling the compressor to increase the current fan frequency to a second fan frequency, wherein the second fan frequency is greater than the first fan frequency.
In the embodiment, a first voltage threshold (Umin1), a second voltage threshold (Umin2), a first fan Frequency (FA), a second fan Frequency (FB), a temperature threshold Tmax, and a difference value Δ T (Δ T is Tmax-T) between the maximum allowable operation temperature of the unit and the outdoor real-time environment temperature (outer ring temperature) are set, wherein Umin2> Umin1, FB > FA > F (current frequency) are set for the service life of the whole machine, the cooling operation of the module is started only when the outdoor unit is operated at the maximum allowable operation temperature, a margin should be left, and the module is cooled in advance, so when Δ T (the difference between the maximum allowable operation temperature of the outdoor unit and the actual value of the outer ring temperature) is set to be less than 8 ℃, the outdoor unit is considered to be in a high-temperature working condition and needs to be cooled down by the fan, and when the module is heated seriously, the fan frequency is increased to be the module on the basis of the existing fan operation frequency, therefore, the IPM module and the external unit work at normal temperature, and the stability and the service life of the whole air conditioner are improved.
In some scenes, the air conditioner outdoor unit operates in a safe and stable state, the outdoor unit does not have the risk of heating, and the current frequency of the fan can be maintained. And if the outer ring temperature does not meet the first preset condition, controlling the compressor to maintain the current fan frequency.
If the running state of the air conditioner outdoor unit does not meet the first preset condition, namely the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the preset value, the current temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit can be determined to be appropriate, the temperature reduction is not needed, the current fan frequency is maintained, the running stability of the air conditioner can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the air conditioner is unstable or the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioner is influenced due to frequent adjustment of the fan frequency is prevented.
In a scenario of this embodiment, the air conditioner external unit may also be protected by turning off the compressor. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether the input voltage is smaller than a first voltage threshold, wherein the first voltage threshold is the lowest working voltage of an air conditioner outdoor unit; and if the input voltage is less than the first voltage threshold, closing the compressor.
Through closing the compressor, can prevent that the outer machine of air conditioner from moving under extreme condition and components and parts that cause damage to reduce the life of air conditioner, after closing the compressor, can also export the prompt message, remind the user
Optionally, detecting the input voltage of the IPM module includes: collecting voltage values at two ends of a sampling resistor, wherein the sampling resistor is arranged at the input side of alternating voltage of the IPM module; converting the voltage value into an electrical signal; and amplifying the electric signal by using a linear amplifier to obtain an input voltage.
An input voltage detection unit can be arranged on an input side of alternating voltage of the IPM module and used for detecting the size of the input voltage, the input voltage can be detected in a sampling resistor adding and operational amplifier mode, electric signals which are output by two ends of a sampling resistor and are in direct proportion to input voltage values are input to a linear amplifier, and the electric signals are amplified by the linear amplifier and then transmitted to a control chip to obtain input voltage data. Therefore, conversion from analog signals to digital signals is achieved, the digital signals are input to the processor for centralized processing, and processing efficiency is improved.
Fig. 3 is a system structure diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an input voltage detection unit, a variable frequency control chip, and an outer loop temperature detection unit, and when the system is in operation, the input voltage is monitored in real time according to the input voltage detection unit connected to the ac voltage input side, and the external machine environment temperature is detected in real time according to the outer loop temperature detection unit of the external machine, if it is determined that the outdoor environment temperature is high and the input voltage is low, the current increases and the module temperature increases under a certain power condition, and the external machine is controlled to run faster, so as to perform fan frequency control for dissipating heat from the module, thereby implementing IPM module temperature control, and avoiding limitation caused by module temperature increase under a severe working condition.

s431, if Δ t is less than 8 ℃, and ac input voltage Umin1, Uin ═ Umin2, then the outer ring temperature is considered to be high temperature, the input voltage is low voltage, but the system can also normally operate, and in order to radiate heat to the module, the fan is controlled to operate at FA frequency;
s432, if delta t is less than 8 ℃, and the alternating-current input voltage Uin is equal to Umin1, the outer ring temperature is considered to be high temperature at the moment, the input voltage is the lowest allowable input voltage of the unit, the temperature rise of the module is more serious at the moment, in order to ensure the stable operation of the system, the fan is controlled to operate at the frequency FB, and the frequency FB > FA > F is in a normal working condition;
