The invention discloses a tidal wave energy power generation system which comprises a power generation device, an energy storage battery, a catenary, a transmission device and a support, wherein the power generation device floats on the sea surface through a floating body, one end of the catenary is fixed on the sea bottom through an anchor, the other end of the catenary is connected and fixed with the support, the floating body is arranged on the support so that the support floats below the power generation device, the support is in transmission connection with the power input end of the power generation device through the transmission device, the energy storage battery is arranged on the support and is electrically connected with the power generation device, and the power generation device moves relative to the support under the action of sea waves so that the transmission device drives the power input end of the power generation device to rotate to generate power and transmit the power to the energy storage battery. The tidal power generation device can convert the power generation device and the energy storage battery into relative movement, the power input of the power generation device is realized, the tidal power generation is realized, the structure is simple, and the cost of a power generation system is reduced.
