Therefore, the waterproof performance of the waterproof coating prepared by taking the styrene-acrylic emulsion as the main component of the single emulsion needs to be further improved, and aiming at the problems, the invention provides the waterproof coating, the main component of which consists of the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the vinyl acetate-tertiary carbonate ethylene copolymer emulsion and the acrylic ester crosslinking emulsion, the waterproof coating with particularly excellent waterproof effect is obtained by reasonably designing the mass ratio of the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the vinyl acetate-tertiary carbonate ethylene copolymer emulsion and the acrylic ester crosslinking emulsion and combining the effects of other components, and the coating film of the waterproof coating can be ensured to be waterproof within 3 hours under 0.3MPa, so that the waterproof coating has good application prospect.

Background
The building waterproof paint is a main waterproof material in the current market, and can be divided into various types such as asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, synthetic polymer, inorganic cement, polymer cement and the like according to film forming base materials. The synthetic polymer can be divided into solvent type and water emulsion type products, and the water emulsion type single-component waterproof coating is simple to operate, can be constructed on a wet leveling layer, and is safe in links such as production, storage, transportation, construction and the like, so that the water emulsion type single-component waterproof coating is widely applied to the market.
The acrylic emulsion generally refers to acrylic ester, methacrylic ester, and often emulsion copolymerized with a small amount of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and the like, and the emulsion is characterized by excellent weather resistance, color retention and gloss retention. The acrylic ester emulsion mainly comprises pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, acrylic ester cross-linked emulsion and the like at present, wherein the pure acrylic emulsion is usually prepared by copolymerizing methyl methacrylate serving as a hard monomer component, butyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate serving as soft components and adding a small amount of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid. The styrene-acrylic emulsion is prepared by using styrene or partially or completely replacing methyl methacrylate in the pure acrylic emulsion, so that the alkali resistance, the hardness and the stain resistance of the coating film are improved, but the light stability, the weather resistance and the aging resistance of the coating film are reduced. The Chinese invention patent CN104263107A discloses a styrene-acrylic emulsion waterproof coating, which is prepared by mixing styrene-acrylic emulsion as a main component with some pigments, fillers, film-forming additives and the like, and the waterproof performance of the prepared waterproof coating can only reach water impermeability of 1 hour under 0.3 MPa. With the continuous development and refinement of the domestic coating industry, the market has higher and higher requirements on the waterproof and anti-permeation capability of the waterproof coating. Therefore, the waterproof performance of the waterproof coating prepared by using the styrene-acrylic emulsion as the main component of the single emulsion needs to be further improved.

(2) mixing the slurry with the rest other raw materials, and stirring and dispersing at 1000-1200rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain the waterproof coating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the waterproof coating prepared by the invention has excellent waterproof performance, and the waterproof coating film of the waterproof coating prepared by the invention can be waterproof within 3 hours under 0.3 MPa.
(2) The film of the waterproof coating prepared by the invention has good flexibility, the tensile strength can reach 3MPa, and the elongation at break can reach 500%.
(3) The waterproof coating prepared by the invention contains graphene oxide, so that the waterproof coating prepared by the invention has good corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and the comprehensive performance of the waterproof coating is greatly improved.

Preparation example of waterproof coating material:
(1) uniformly mixing a plasticizer, a film forming additive and a pigment and filler, and grinding for 2 hours to obtain uniform and fine slurry;
(2) mixing the slurry with the rest other raw materials, and stirring and dispersing at 1000-1200rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain the waterproof coating.
Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were each prepared as described above, and the ingredients of the waterproof coatings prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in Table 1:

The performance test of the waterproof coatings prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was carried out according to JC/T864-2000 industry standard, and the test results are shown in Table 2:

10-15 parts of pigment
10-15 parts of filler
5-10 parts of plasticizer
1-3 parts of film-forming assistant
0.5-1 part of defoaming agent
1-2 parts of single-layer graphene oxide
30-40 parts of water.
