Description

Self-luminous light-reflecting coating for inner wall of highway tunnel and application method
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a self-luminous light-reflecting coating for inner walls of highway tunnels and an application method thereof.
Background
The road construction of China develops rapidly, and the mileage of the tunnel increases gradually. The energy consumption problem caused by tunnel lighting also comes with it. The use of a large number of lighting fixtures can significantly increase the operating and maintenance costs of the highway system. In addition, when lighting is interrupted due to an accident, the light and the shade in the tunnel are suddenly changed, so that the traffic accident is easily caused. The tunnel inner wall coating can be used as an auxiliary lighting tool to improve the brightness of the tunnel and provide illumination when the lamp is powered off. However, the coating used on the inner wall of the tunnel at present does not have the characteristics of luminescence and light reflection, and cannot meet the requirements of energy conservation and safety of modern highways.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present disclosure is to solve one of the technical problems mentioned in the background art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a self-luminous reflective coating for an inner wall of a highway tunnel, including a primer, a primer curing agent, a varnish and a varnish curing agent, a reflective powder and a luminescent powder in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of primer, 20-30 parts of primer curing agent, 60-92 parts of varnish, 8-13 parts of varnish curing agent, 5-25 parts of luminescent powder and 3-15 parts of reflective powder.
Optionally, the primer comprises a white paint multi-primer.
Optionally, the varnish comprises a polyurethane clear varnish.
Optionally, the luminescent powder comprises 300-mesh energy-storing self-luminescent powder.
Optionally, the reflective powder comprises 500-mesh reflective glass beads with a refractive index of 1.93.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an application method of a self-luminous reflective coating for an inner wall of a highway tunnel, including the following steps: weighing the primer and the primer curing agent, uniformly stirring to obtain a primer finished product, uniformly coating the primer finished product on the base material to completely cover the primer finished product on the base material, standing for 24 hours at normal temperature, and waiting for complete drying; weighing varnish and a varnish curing agent, fully stirring to form a varnish finished product, adding reflective powder and luminescent powder, and stirring again; and brushing a varnish finished product mixed with the reflective powder and the luminescent powder on a base material covered with the primer, standing for 24 hours at normal temperature, and waiting for complete drying.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the following beneficial effects:
the self-luminous reflective coating for the inner wall of the tunnel, which is prepared by the formula, has the advantages of strong reflective performance and short visible distance, and can effectively reflect light rays in the tunnel and assist tunnel illumination. Meanwhile, the coating has longer afterglow time, can provide a certain degree of illumination effect in a self-luminous mode when illumination is interrupted due to accidental accidents, reduces the potential safety hazard of roads, and ensures the safety of vehicles and pedestrians in tunnels. In addition, the coating has strong adhesive force, strong water resistance and alkali resistance and good ageing resistance, so that the coating is particularly suitable for coating the inner wall of the tunnel. The tunnel lighting requirement can be met by coating the self-luminous reflective composite coating on the inner wall of the tunnel, reflecting the lamp of the passing vehicle in the tunnel and matching with part of lighting lamps. The application of the composite coating can greatly reduce the number of lighting lamps, solve the problems of high energy consumption and high operation and maintenance cost of highway tunnels, and has obvious social, economic and environmental benefits.
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary and explanatory only and are not restrictive of the disclosure.
