Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of water-resistant gypsum mortar. According to the preparation method of the water-resistant gypsum mortar, the strength and the water resistance of the gypsum mortar are improved through the chemical reaction and the physical action of the silicon dioxide and the water repellent; the addition of the vitrified micro bubbles improves the heat preservation and insulation performance of the gypsum mortar, reduces noise transmission and increases the sound insulation effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of water-resistant gypsum mortar.
Background
The mortar is a bonding substance used for building bricks on buildings, is formed by adding water into sand and cementing materials according to a certain proportion, is also called mortar and is also used as mortar, and the mortar is commonly used as cement mortar, mixed mortar lime mortar and clay mortar. c. primary stirring: taking 800 parts of gypsum powder and 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, adding a proper amount of water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer;
d. and (2) preliminary stirring: uniformly stirring 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker by a stirrer;
e. mixing and stirring: c, mixing and stirring the mixture obtained in the step c and the step d again until the mixture is uniformly stirred;
f. packaging: and conveying the uniformly stirred raw materials into a finished product bin, and packaging by a packaging machine.
Further, the mixing time of the gypsum powder and the vitrified micro bubbles in the step c is 30-40 min.

The preparation method of the water-resistant gypsum mortar has the beneficial effects that after the chemical reaction and the physical action of the silicon dioxide and the water repellent, the strength and the water resistance of the gypsum mortar are improved; the addition of the vitrified micro bubbles improves the heat preservation and insulation performance of the gypsum mortar, reduces noise transmission, increases the sound insulation effect, and has proper slurry condensation time, large fluidity and good water retention rate.

A preparation method of water-resistant gypsum mortar comprises the following steps: a. selecting materials: gypsum powder, vitrified micro bubbles, cement, a retarder, a water-retaining agent, a lubricant, a stabilizer, an air-entraining agent, a water-reducing agent, silicon dioxide, a water repellent, slag, steel slag and gypsum whiskers; b. proportioning: selecting 800 parts of gypsum powder, 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker; c. primary stirring: taking 800 parts of gypsum powder and 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, adding a proper amount of water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer; d. and (2) preliminary stirring: uniformly stirring 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker by a stirrer; e. mixing and stirring: c, mixing and stirring the mixture obtained in the step c and the step d again until the mixture is uniformly stirred; f. packaging: and conveying the uniformly stirred raw materials into a finished product bin, and packaging by a packaging machine.

c. primary stirring: taking 800 parts of gypsum powder and 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, adding a proper amount of water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer;
d. and (2) preliminary stirring: uniformly stirring 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker by a stirrer;

f. packaging: and conveying the uniformly stirred raw materials into a finished product bin, and packaging by a packaging machine. The prepared gypsum mortar has a general water resistance effect and can be normally used.

b. proportioning: selecting 800 parts of gypsum powder, 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker;
c. primary stirring: taking 800 parts of gypsum powder and 80 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, adding a proper amount of water, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer;
d. and (2) preliminary stirring: uniformly stirring 60 parts of cement, 3 parts of retarder, 3 parts of water-retaining agent, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of stabilizer, 2 parts of air-entraining agent, 2 parts of water-reducing agent, 8 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of water repellent, 15 parts of slag, 10 parts of steel slag and 20 parts of gypsum whisker by a stirrer;
