Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the double-side flattening mechanism 4 includes a flattening cylinder 41, a flattening base 42, a pressing plate 43, a ball-ejecting bolt 44, and a cylinder base 45; the flattening cylinder 41, the flattening seat 42, the pressing plate 43 and the bead-jacking bolt 44 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism 1, and simultaneously, the adhesive tape primarily adhered to the surface of the adhesive-adhered object 6 is pressed from two sides; the pressing plate 43 is sleeved at the front end of the flattening seat 42, the bead-ejecting bolt 44 penetrates through the pressing plate seat 42 to eject the pressing plate 43 with the beads to provide elastic pressure, the pressing plate seat 42 is connected to the movable rod of the flattening cylinder 41 and is driven by the flattening cylinder 41 to move relatively in the horizontal direction, and pre-pasted adhesive tapes are simultaneously pressed from two sides of the adhesive-pasted object 6; the elastic pressure of the top bead on the pressing plate 43 not only ensures that the adhesive tape is compacted on the surface of the rubberizing object 6, but also prevents the rubberizing object 6 from being damaged by excessive extrusion. The flattening cylinder 41 is fixed on the horizontal panel 5 through a cylinder block 45.
In the material clamping and conveying mechanism 1, the length of the chain 11 and the number of the chain frame 111, the chain plate 12 and the automatic centering clamping seat 13 are determined according to requirements.
The double-sided tape pasting device creatively provides a production device for synchronously feeding, cutting, pasting and flattening double sides, and simultaneously provides extrusion protection for a pasted tape object, thereby effectively ensuring the correspondence and the position precision of the two-sided pasted tape, effectively ensuring that the pasted tape object is not extruded and damaged, and greatly improving the surface flatness of the pasted tape.

1. A double-sided tape sticking device is characterized in that: comprises a material clamping and conveying mechanism (1), a rubber belt supply mechanism (2), a double-sided rubber cutting and sticking mechanism (3), a double-sided flattening mechanism (4) and a horizontal panel (5); the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) is positioned in the middle of the double-sided tape sticking device and is used for clamping and conveying the tape sticking objects (6) at equal intervals; the adhesive tape supply mechanisms (2) are positioned on two sides of the position above the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) and are used for positioning the adhesive tape roll (7) and feeding the adhesive tape out for a length to a determined position; the double-sided adhesive cutting and adhering mechanisms (3) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) and are used for adsorbing an adhesive tape, cutting the adhesive tape while feeding and adhering the adhesive tape to a designated part on the surface of an adhesive object (6); the double-side flattening mechanisms (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) and are used for further flattening the adhesive tape pressed on the surface of the adhesive tape pasting object (6); the horizontal panels (5) are positioned below the double-side flattening mechanism (4), symmetrically arranged at two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) and used for providing a horizontal foundation and support;
the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1) comprises a chain (11), a chain frame (111), a chain plate (12) and an automatic centering clamping seat (13); the chain frame (111) is used for connecting a chain (11) and a chain plate (12), the automatic centering clamping seat (13) is fixed on the chain plate (12), and the middle of the automatic centering clamping seat (13) is provided with a rubberizing object (6);
the double-side flattening mechanism (4) comprises a flattening cylinder (41), a flattening seat (42), a pressing plate (43), a bead jacking bolt (44) and a cylinder seat (45), wherein the flattening cylinder (41), the flattening seat (42), the pressing plate (43) and the bead jacking bolt (44) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1), and meanwhile, the adhesive tape primarily pasted on the surface of the adhesive object (6) is pressed from two sides; the pressing plate (43) is sleeved at the front end of the flattening seat (42), the bead-ejecting bolt (44) penetrates through the flattening seat (42) and abuts against the pressing plate (43) through a bead-ejecting bolt, the flattening seat (42) is connected to a movable rod of the flattening cylinder (41), the flattening cylinder (41) drives the pressing plate to do relative motion in the horizontal direction, and pre-pasted adhesive tapes are simultaneously pressed from two sides of the adhesive-pasted object (6); the flattening cylinder (41) is fixed on the horizontal panel (5) through a cylinder seat (45);
the automatic centering clamping seats (13) are arranged on the chain plate (12) at equal intervals, and the chain (11) drives the chain plate (12) and the automatic centering clamping seats (13) to move in a horizontal plane.

A double-sided taping device according to claim 1, wherein: the automatic centering clamping seat (13) comprises a sliding cover (131), a sliding seat (132), a spring (133), an adjusting bolt (135), a cover plate (136), a left clamping block (137) and a right clamping block (138); the sliding seat (132) is fixed on the chain plate (12), the sliding cover (131) is sleeved with the sliding seat (132), a groove is formed in the middle of the sliding seat (132), through holes and built-in springs (133) are formed in two ends of the sliding seat (132), the springs (133) prop against a middle partition plate of the sliding cover (131) from two sides, a cover plate (136) and an adjusting bolt (135) are arranged at the end part of a spring hole in the outer side of the sliding seat (132), the adjusting bolt (135) is connected with the cover plate (136) through threads, the cover plate (136) is fixed at the end part of the outer side of the sliding seat (132), one end of the adjusting bolt (135) extends into the through hole of the sliding seat (132), one end of the spring (133) is compressed, and threads are formed at the other end of the adjusting bolt (135); the left clamping block (137) and the right clamping block (138) are positioned above the sliding cover (131).

A double-sided taping device according to claim 2, wherein: the rotary adjusting bolt (135) is used for changing the extrusion state of the springs (133) at two sides of the sliding cover (131) so as to adjust the left clamping block (137) and the right clamping block (138) arranged on the sliding cover (131) to the required central positions.

A double-sided taping device according to claim 1, wherein: the adhesive tape supply mechanism (2) comprises an installation vertical plate (21), a damping belt wheel (22), an adhesive tape guide wheel (23), an adhesive tape guide column (24), an adhesive tape clamping fixed plate (25), an adhesive tape clamping movable plate (26), a movable plate shaft (27), an adhesive tape clamping cylinder (28), an adhesive tape clamping seat plate (29) and an adhesive tape feeding cylinder (210); a clearance is arranged at the lower part of the middle of the mounting vertical plate (21), and a damping belt wheel (22), a rubber belt guide wheel (23) and a rubber belt feeding cylinder (210) are correspondingly fixed at two sides of the clearance; the two damping belt wheels (22) are separately fixed at two ends of the same side of the mounting vertical plate (21) and used for fixing the adhesive tape roll (7); the two adhesive tape guide wheels (23) are arranged on the same side of the damping belt wheels (22), are positioned between the two damping belt wheels (22) and are used for guiding the adhesive tapes; the adhesive tape guide column (24) is arranged above the adhesive tape clamping fixed plate (25) and the adhesive tape clamping movable plate (26) and used for enabling the adhesive tape to be in the same vertical plane with the working surface of the adhesive tape clamping fixed plate (25) after bypassing the adhesive tape guide column (24), the adhesive tape clamping movable plate (26) is driven by the adhesive tape clamping air cylinder (28) and can swing around a movable plate shaft (27) on the adhesive tape clamping seat plate (29) to realize contact and separation with the adhesive tape clamping fixed plate (25) and be used for clamping and loosening the adhesive tape; the adhesive tape guide column (24), the adhesive clamping fixed plate (25), the adhesive clamping movable plate (26), the movable plate shaft (27) and the adhesive clamping air cylinder (28) are all fixed on the adhesive clamping seat plate (29), and the adhesive clamping seat plate (29) is connected with the adhesive tape feeding air cylinder (210) and driven by the adhesive tape feeding air cylinder (210) to move in the vertical direction; the adhesive tape feeding cylinder (210) is fixed in the middle of the mounting vertical plate (21) close to the clearance and is positioned on the back of the damping belt wheel (22).

A double-sided taping device according to claim 4, wherein: two damping belt wheels (22), two rubber belt guide wheels (23), two rubber belt guide columns (24), two rubber belt clamping fixed plates (25), two rubber belt clamping movable plates (26), two movable plate shafts (27), two rubber belt clamping cylinders (28), two rubber belt clamping seat plates (29) and two rubber belt conveying cylinders (210) are correspondingly distributed on two sides of the material clamping and conveying mechanism (1); the mounting vertical plate (21) is fixed on the horizontal panel (5).
