Abstract

The invention relates to an electric drive lug mechanism which is provided with a lug assembly and a motor assembly, wherein the lug assembly comprises a lug plate bracket, a lug plate and a pivot shaft, the lug plate is rotatably connected to the lug plate bracket through the pivot shaft, the motor assembly comprises a motor and a sliding block, the sliding block is connected with the motor so as to drive the sliding block to move through the motor, one side of the lug plate close to the lug plate bracket is provided with a guide plate which extends obliquely, and the sliding block drives the guide plate to move so as to drive the lug plate to move. According to the electric driving lug mechanism, the sliding block is used as the guide piece, and the electric steering function is realized by the cooperation of the motor driving sliding block and the lug plate so as to provide high comfort and convenience for the headrest.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to automotive seats, and more particularly to an electrically driven tab mechanism.
Background
With the higher comfort requirements of high-end chairs, customers have multi-dimensional and multifunctional requirements for adjusting headrests, particularly sleeping headrests. The automobile industry is changed from mechanization to electronization, and various adjusting functions of the automobile are required to be changed from manual operation to electric operation. However, no electric sleeping headrest is available on the market at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of lack of an electric sleep headrest in the prior art, the invention provides an electric drive lug mechanism.
The electric driving lug mechanism comprises a lug plate assembly and a motor assembly, wherein the lug plate assembly comprises a lug plate support, a lug plate and a pivot shaft, the lug plate is rotatably connected to the lug plate support through the pivot shaft, the motor assembly comprises a motor and a sliding block, the sliding block is connected with the motor so as to drive the sliding block to move through the motor, the lug plate is provided with a guide plate which extends obliquely on one side close to the lug plate support, and the sliding block drives the guide plate to move so as to drive the lug plate to move.
Preferably, the guide plate is installed with the installation block and the fixing plate interposed therebetween, spaced apart from each other, at a side adjacent to the ear plate.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the electric driving lug mechanism according to one preferred embodiment of the present invention has a lug assembly 1 and a motor assembly 2, wherein the lug assembly 1 has a fixed portion 1a, a first pivot portion 1b and a second pivot portion 1c, wherein the first pivot portion 1b is rotatably connected to a first side of the fixed portion 1a by a first pivot shaft, the second pivot portion 1c is rotatably connected to a second side of the fixed portion 1a opposite to the first side by a second pivot shaft, and the motor assembly 2 is mounted on a rear side of the fixed portion 1a to synchronously drive forward rotation of the first pivot portion 1b and the second pivot portion 1 c. In the initial state, the fixed portion 1a, the first pivot portion 1b, and the second pivot portion 1c are located substantially on a plane or an arc surface having a small concavity. In the intermediate state, the first pivot portion 1b and the second pivot portion 1c are rotated toward each other about their pivot axes with respect to the fixed portion 1a by the motor assembly 2, respectively. In the final state, the fixed part 1a, the first pivot part 1b and the second pivot part 1c are substantially located on a plane with a large concavity, so as to better support the head of the passenger from both sides.
As shown in fig. 2A-2B, the ear assembly 1 of the electric driving ear mechanism according to the present embodiment includes an ear plate bracket 11, a first ear plate 12A, a second ear plate 12B, a first ear plate wire 13a, a second ear plate wire 13B, a third ear plate wire 13c, and a fourth ear plate wire 13d, wherein the first ear plate 12A is rotatably connected to a first side of the ear plate bracket 11 through the first ear plate wire 13a and the second ear plate wire 13B, and the second ear plate 12B is rotatably connected to a second side of the ear plate bracket 11 through the third ear plate wire 13c and the fourth ear plate wire 13 d. As can be seen from fig. 1, the ear plate bracket 11 is formed as a skeleton of the fixed portion 1a, the first ear plate 12a is formed as a skeleton of the first pivot portion 1b, the second ear plate 12b is formed as a skeleton of the second pivot portion 1c, the first tab wire 13a and the second tab wire 13b are located on one straight line and form a first pivot axis, and the third tab wire 13c and the fourth tab wire 13d are located on the other straight line and form a second pivot axis. It should be understood that the first tab steel wire 13a and the second tab steel wire 13b may be directly substituted with one long steel wire, and the third tab steel wire 13c and the fourth tab steel wire 13d may be directly substituted with another long steel wire. The first ear plate 12a and the second ear plate 12b have the same structure, and the following description will be made specifically by taking only the first ear plate 12a as an example. As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the first ear plate 12A has a first guide plate 121a and a second guide plate 121B extending obliquely rearward on the side adjacent to the ear plate holder 11.
As shown in fig. 3A-3C, the motor assembly 2 of the electric driving lug mechanism according to the present embodiment includes a metal plate 21, a motor 22, a first slider 23A and a second slider 23b, wherein the motor 22 has a body 221 and an output shaft 222, the body 221 is fixedly mounted on the metal plate 21 through a fastener, the first slider 23A and the second slider 23b are respectively mounted on two opposite sides of the output shaft 222 to drive the first slider 23A and the second slider 23b to move laterally through rotation of the output shaft 222. The first slider 23a and the second slider 23b have the same configuration, and the following description will be made specifically by taking only the first slider 23a as an example. As shown in fig. 3A to 3C, the first slider 23A has a laterally protruding mounting block 231, a first fixing plate 232 and a second fixing plate 233, wherein the output shaft 222 of the motor 22 is inserted into the mounting block 231 and mounted thereon, and the first fixing plate 232 and the second fixing plate 233 are respectively fixed to opposite ends of the mounting block 231 and are respectively spaced apart from the mounting block 231. In addition, as shown in fig. 3A to 3C, the sheet metal 21 has a first recess 211 and a second recess 212 which are opposite to each other, a first protrusion 2321 protrudes from a surface of the first fixing plate 232 away from the mounting block 231, a second protrusion 2331 protrudes from a surface of the second fixing plate 233 away from the mounting block 231, the first protrusion 2321 is received in the first recess 211, and the second protrusion 2331 is received in the second recess 212 to guide the lateral movement of the first slider 23A relative to the sheet metal 21.
As shown in fig. 4, the motor assembly 2 of the electric driving lug mechanism according to the present embodiment is mounted on the lug plate bracket 11 of the lug assembly 1 to synchronously drive the rotation of the first lug plate 12a and the second lug plate 12 b. Specifically, the ear plate bracket 11 has a mounting post 122 (see fig. 2B), the sheet metal 21 has a mounting flange 213 (see fig. 3A), and a fastener such as a screw is inserted into the mounting post 122 through the mounting flange 213 to be mounted to mount the motor assembly 2 on the ear plate bracket 11 of the ear plate assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the electric drive tab mechanism according to the present embodiment further includes a first pin 3a and a second pin 3b, and in the assembled state, the first guide plate 121a is transversely inserted between the first fixing plate 232 and the mounting block 231 (see fig. 3C), the first pin 3a is vertically inserted into the first fixing plate 232, the first guide plate 121a and the mounting block 231 for mounting, the second guide plate 121b is transversely inserted between the second fixing plate 233 and the mounting block 231 (see fig. 3C), and the second pin 3b is vertically inserted into the second fixing plate 233, the second guide plate 121b and the mounting block 231 for mounting, so that the first pin 12a is rotatable around the first pin 3a and the second pin 3b, as shown in fig. 6. Obviously, the first guide plate 121a and the second guide plate 121b which extend obliquely rearward from the side of the first ear plate 12a adjacent to the ear plate holder 11 are fitted into the first slider 23a, so that the control mechanism for controlling the turning of the tab is concentrated on the middle position of the electrically driven tab mechanism to reduce the occupied space of the core member.
As shown in fig. 7, the hole of the first guide plate 121a through which the first pin 3a penetrates is a kidney-shaped hole 1211. In the initial state, the first pin 3a abuts against the first guide plate 121a at one end of the kidney-shaped hole 1211 to achieve the limit. In the intermediate state, the first pin 3a is located in the middle of the kidney-shaped hole 1211. In the final state, the first pin 3a abuts against the first guide plate 121a at the other end of the kidney-shaped hole 1211 to achieve the limit. Obviously, the first sliding block 23a has a smaller volume to reduce the occupied space of the core member by the cooperation of the first pin 3a in the waist-shaped hole 1211 of the first guide plate 121 a.

5. The electric drive lug mechanism of claim 1, wherein the motor assembly further comprises a metal plate, the motor is fixedly mounted on the metal plate, and the metal plate is fixedly connected to the lug support.
6. The electric drive lug mechanism of claim 5, wherein the motor has a body fixedly mounted on the sheet metal and an output shaft, the slider being mounted on the output shaft for movement by rotation of the output shaft.

8. The electric drive tab mechanism of claim 5 wherein the ear plate bracket has a mounting post and the sheet metal has a mounting flange through which a fastener is inserted into the mounting post for mounting.
9. The motorized drive tab mechanism of claim 1, wherein the pivot axis is a tab wire.
10. The motorized drive tab mechanism of claim 9, wherein the tab assembly comprises a tab support and two tab plates, each tab plate rotatably connected to one side of the tab support by two tab wires.
