Abstract

Background

2. According to the invention, the fan is arranged at the top end of the polishing machine case, and can blow dust in the polishing machine case out of the openings at the two sides of the polishing machine case and the dust removal opening at the bottom of the polishing machine case, so that the dust can be effectively prevented from being accumulated in the polishing machine case and damaging the polishing machine.

The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, as shown in fig. 1-3, the grinding and polishing device for cutting the steel plate according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a box body 1, supporting legs 2, conveying rollers 7 and a polishing machine box 8, wherein the supporting legs 2 are fixedly installed on two sides of the bottom end of the box body 1, the conveying rollers 7 are arranged on the upper surface of the box body 1, one end of each conveying roller 7 is connected with a driven pulley 6, the driven pulley 6 is in transmission connection with a driving pulley 4 through a belt 5, the driving pulley 4 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of a conveying motor 3, the conveying motor 3 is installed on the box body 1, the polishing machine box 8 is arranged in the middle of the box body 1, a fan 17 is arranged at the top end of the polishing machine box 8, a pipeline is connected to one end of the fan 17.
In one embodiment, six sets of conveyor rollers 7 are provided, and the conveyor rollers 7 are evenly distributed on both sides of the top of the box 1.
In one embodiment, an elevating motor 12 is fixedly installed on one side of the inner wall of the polishing machine box 8, an output shaft of the elevating motor 12 is fixedly connected with a screw rod 11, one end of the screw rod 11 far away from the elevating motor 12 is fixedly connected with the inner top wall of the polishing machine box 8 through a bearing, and a threaded block 13 is installed on the screw rod 11 in a threaded manner.
In one embodiment, a sliding groove 9 is formed in one side of the inner wall of the polishing machine box 8, which is far away from the screw rod 11, and a sliding block 10 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove 9.
In one embodiment, a fixing plate 14 is fixedly connected between the screw block 13 and the slider 10, a polishing motor 15 is fixedly mounted on the upper top of the fixing plate 14, and a polishing disk 16 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the polishing motor 15 through the fixing plate 14.
In one embodiment, a support plate 18 is clamped below the polishing machine box 8, and dust removing openings 20 are formed at two sides of the bottom end of the polishing machine box 8.
The working principle is as follows: the polishing machine has a simple structure, the traditional mode that the surface of a steel plate needs to be polished manually is changed, the steel plate is placed on the conveying roller 7, the conveying motor 3 drives the conveying roller 7 to rotate, the steel plate is conveyed into the polishing machine box 8, the lifting motor 12 on the inner wall of one side of the polishing machine box 8 rotates to drive the screw rod 11 to rotate, so that the threaded hole 13 on the screw rod 11 is driven to lift up and down on the screw rod 11, so that the fixing plate 14 is driven to lift up and down, meanwhile, the sliding block 10 at the other end of the fixing plate 14 slides on the sliding groove 9, when the fixing plate 14 moves downwards, the polishing motor 15 is opened, the polishing disc 16 is driven to work through the working rotation of the polishing motor 15, so that the surface of the steel plate entering the supporting plate 18 in the polishing machine box 8 can be polished, the manpower is saved, the working efficiency is improved, and the polishing of, the fan 17 can blow dust in the polishing case 8 out of the openings 19 at two sides of the polishing case 8 and the dust removal port 20 at the bottom of the polishing case 8, so that the dust can be effectively prevented from being accumulated in the polishing case 8 and damaging the polishing machine.
In summary, by means of the above technical solution of the present invention, the problems of the background art that the existing grinding machines are all horizontal grinding machines, and when a workpiece with a flat surface is ground, a large amount of labor is consumed, especially when the surface of a steel plate is ground and polished, because the area of the steel plate is large and both surfaces need to be polished, if the grinding is performed manually, the grinding is time-consuming, labor-consuming, and uneven polishing are solved.
