Principle of operation
In the invention, when the pipe is laminated, the movable base 1 is pushed to move to a proper position, then an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, the U-shaped pulling rod 53 is grasped to push the sliding seat 51 to move to the right side of the sliding groove 15, the inverted L-shaped fixed rod 56 is rotated to the front of the left side and the right side of the arc-shaped supporting plate 55, the pipe to be trimmed 17 to be processed is placed at the upper end of the arc-shaped supporting plate 55, then the dynamic pressure covering plate 58 is lifted upwards and the inverted L-shaped fixed rod 56 is rotated to the upper end of the pipe to be trimmed 17, the pressing covering plate 58 is loosened to facilitate the fixing work of the pipe to be trimmed 17 in the processing process, after the pipe to be trimmed 17 is placed, the locking nut 63 is loosened, then the threaded rod 62 is rotated, the threaded rod 62 is in threaded connection with the supporting pipe 61 through the threaded rod 62, the supporting and conveying seat 64 is pushed upwards to, when necessary, the right side of the pipe 17 to be trimmed is pushed to move upwards, the pipe 17 to be trimmed is adjusted to be horizontally placed, the locking nut 63 is screwed, so that the supporting work in the work is facilitated, the end face uniformity of the pipe 17 to be trimmed is observed when the end face of the pipe 17 to be trimmed is machined, when a large difference exists, the inverted U-shaped push rod 74 is grasped to push the push plate 71 downwards, the cutting support plate 75, the cutting motor 76 and the cutting sheet 77 are driven to move downwards, the lower end of the cutting sheet 77 is contacted with the left side of the upper end of the pipe 17 to be trimmed in the moving process, the left side of the pipe 17 to be trimmed is cut, the work efficiency is improved conveniently, when the difference is small, the U-shaped pull rod 53 is grasped, the sliding seat 51 and the arc-shaped support plate 55 are pulled leftwards, the pipe 17 to be trimmed is driven to move leftwards and is contacted with the polishing wheel arranged on the outer wall of the, and then finish the end face and repair the work, make the rubbish produced in the course of repairing drop into the inside of collecting the hole 82 in the course of carrying on the end face and repairing, then drop into the upper end of the guide plate 84, make rubbish enter the inside of collecting the box 3 through the slope of the guide plate 84, finish the rubbish and collect the work, prevent the rubbish produced from polluting the working environment in the work.

A multifunctional anticorrosion layer pipe end trimming machine for an anticorrosion heat-insulation pipe comprises a movable base (1), a movable brake wheel (2), a collection box (3), a horizontal support base (4), a rotatable support pressing base structure (5), an adjustable support conveying base structure (6), a buffering and resetting cutting base structure (7), a rotatable shielding and collection base structure (8), a trimming base (9), a processing groove (10), a trimming motor (11), a T-shaped through groove (12), a first shielding plate (13), a wing-shaped bolt (14), a sliding groove (15), a sliding hole (16) and a pipe (17) to be trimmed, wherein the movable brake wheel (2) is respectively bolted at four corners of the lower end of the movable base (1); the collecting box (3) is connected to the left side of the movable base (1) through bolts; the horizontal supporting seat (4) is connected to the right side of the middle position of the upper end of the movable base (1) through a bolt; the trimming seat (9) is connected to the left side of the upper end of the rotatable shielding collection seat structure (8) through a bolt; the processing groove (10) is formed in the middle of the lower part of the right side of the trimming seat (9); the trimming motor (11) is connected to the middle position of the inner wall of the left side of the processing groove (10) through a bolt; the T-shaped through groove (12) is formed in the middle of the upper end of the trimming seat (9); the wing-shaped bolts (14) respectively penetrate through the middle positions of the inner parts of the left side and the right side of the first shielding plate (13); the sliding groove (15) is formed in the middle of the upper inner part of the horizontal supporting seat (4); the sliding holes (16) are respectively arranged at the middle position of the upper part of the front surface and the middle position of the upper part of the rear surface of the horizontal supporting seat (4); the pipe (17) to be repaired is placed at the upper ends of the rotatable supporting pressing seat structure (5) and the adjustable supporting conveying seat structure (6); the multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anti-corrosion heat-preservation pipe is characterized in that the rotatable supporting pressing seat structure (5) in the multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anti-corrosion heat-preservation pipe is arranged in the sliding groove (15); the adjustable supporting and conveying seat structure (6) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the movable base (1); the cutting seat structure (7) capable of buffering and resetting is arranged in the T-shaped through groove (12); the rotatable shielding collection seat structure (8) is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the movable base (1); the rotatable supporting pressing and covering seat structure (5) comprises a sliding seat (51), a sliding rod (52), a U-shaped pulling rod (53), a moving wheel (54), an arc-shaped supporting plate (55), an inverted L-shaped fixing rod (56), a pressure spring (57) and a pressing and covering plate (58), wherein the sliding rod (52) is respectively connected to the middle position of the lower part of the front surface and the middle position of the lower part of the rear surface of the sliding seat (51) through bolts; the U-shaped pulling rod (53) is respectively connected to the middle position of the upper part of the front surface of the sliding seat (51) through bolts; the movable wheels (54) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the sliding seat (51) through bolts; the upper end of the sliding seat (51) is in bolted connection with the middle position of the lower end of the arc-shaped supporting plate (55); the lower ends of the inverted L-shaped fixing rods (56) are respectively and axially connected to the middle position in front of the upper end of the arc-shaped supporting plate (55); the upper end of the pressure spring (57) is sequentially bolted to the lower end of the inverted L-shaped fixed rod (56) from left to right; the lower end of the pressure spring (57) is sequentially bolted to the upper end of the pressure cover plate (58) from left to right.

The multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anticorrosive and insulating layer of the anticorrosive and insulating pipe according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable supporting and conveying seat structure (6) comprises a supporting pipe (61), a threaded rod (62), a locking nut (63), a supporting and conveying seat (64), a fixing groove (65) and a conveying roller (66), wherein the lower end of the threaded rod (62) is inserted in the middle position inside the upper side of the supporting pipe (61); the locking nut (63) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer wall of the threaded rod (62); the upper end of the threaded rod (62) is coupled to the middle position of the lower end of the supporting and conveying seat (64); the fixed groove (65) is arranged in the middle of the upper inner part of the supporting and conveying seat (64); the conveying roller (66) is sequentially axially connected with the middle position inside the fixed groove (65) from left to right.

The multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anticorrosive and insulating layer of the anticorrosive and insulating pipe according to claim 1, wherein the cutting seat structure (7) capable of buffering and resetting comprises a pushing plate (71), a fixed pipe (72), a reset spring (73), an inverted U-shaped pushing rod (74), a cutting support plate (75), a cutting motor (76) and a cutting blade (77), wherein the fixed pipe (72) is respectively welded at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the lower end of the pushing plate (71); the upper end of the return spring (73) is respectively bolted at the middle position of the top end in the fixed pipe (72); the inverted U-shaped push rod (74) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the push plate (71) through a bolt; the upper end of the cutting support plate (75) is connected with the middle position of the lower end of the pushing plate (71) through a bolt; the cutting motor (76) is connected to the middle position inside the lower side of the cutting support plate (75) through a bolt; the cutting blade (77) is connected to the outer wall of the output shaft of the cutting motor (76) through bolts.

The multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anticorrosive and insulating layer of the anticorrosive and insulating pipe according to claim 1, wherein the rotatable shielding and collecting seat structure (8) comprises a collecting and supporting seat (81), a collecting hole (82), a guiding and conveying groove (83), a guiding and conveying plate (84), a second shielding plate (85) and a lifting rod (86), wherein the collecting hole (82) is formed in the right side of the middle position in the collecting and supporting seat (81); the guide and feed groove (83) is formed in the middle of the inner portion of the left side of the lower end of the collecting support seat (81); the right side of the guide plate (84) is coupled to the top end of the right side of the inner wall of the guide groove (83); the lower end of the second shielding plate (85) is respectively bolted to the front of the right side of the upper end of the guide plate (84) and the back of the right side of the upper end of the guide plate; the lower end of the lifting rod (86) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the guide plate (84) through a bolt.

The multifunctional pipe end trimming machine for the anticorrosive and insulating layer of the anticorrosive and insulating pipe according to claim 1, wherein a grinding wheel is connected to the outer wall of the right output shaft of the trimming motor (11) through a bolt; the sliding groove (15) is communicated with the sliding hole (16); the wing-shaped bolts (14) are respectively in threaded connection with the left side and the right side of the upper end of the trimming seat (9); the first shielding plates (13) are made of stainless steel plates and are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the T-shaped through groove (12); the trimming seat (9) adopts an L-shaped stainless steel seat.
