Abstract
The invention provides a magnetic type welding assembly tool which comprises a positioning bottom plate, a first positioning seat, a second positioning seat, a third positioning seat, a switch magnetic seat, a magnet fixing seat and an adjustable magnetic welding positioner. The tool utilizes the bottom plate for positioning, realizes the fixation of the tool and the welding assembly of each component of the structural member in a magnetic attraction mode, reduces mechanical fixation, facilitates splicing and disassembly, can improve assembly efficiency and precision, and improves appearance consistency.

Background
In the practice of welding technology applications, it is often necessary to use a welding jig. The traditional welding assembly tool generally adopts a mechanical fixing mode, and all components need to be fixed and clamped. For parts with angles, complex shapes and irregularities, the assembly fixing and clamping of the parts can become the difficulty or bottleneck of welding, and the traditional welding assembly fixture is inconvenient to operate due to complex structure, so that the working efficiency is difficult to be improved. Detailed Description
To make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The present embodiment provides a magnetic welding assembly fixture, whose structure is shown in fig. 1, and mainly includes a positioning base plate 4, two first positioning seats 1, a second positioning seat 2, a third positioning seat 3, a switch magnetic seat 5, a magnet fixing seat 8 and an adjustable magnetic welding positioner 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner positioning frame of the positioning base plate 4 has the same shape as the workpiece base plate 13 to be welded, and the workpiece base plate 13 and the positioning base plate 4 are connected and positioned by a plurality of positioning bolts 12. The periphery of the positioning bottom plate 4 is provided with a positioning edge 14 connected with the positioning bottom edge of the positioning seat.
The two first positioning seats 1, the second positioning seat 2 and the third positioning seat 3 are respectively connected with the positioning edges around the positioning bottom plate 4 through the positioning bottom edges and are used for positioning the upper side plate and the lower side plate of the workpiece to be welded. Wherein, two first positioning seats 1 are arranged symmetrically left and right, and a second positioning seat 2 and a third positioning seat 3 are arranged oppositely.
As shown in fig. 3, each positioning seat comprises a positioning bottom edge and left and right positioning side edges fixed above the positioning bottom edge. The two positioning side edges are fixedly connected through a plurality of transverse edges. The positioning side edge is composed of a workpiece lower side plate positioning edge 15 and a workpiece upper side plate positioning edge 16. Wherein, an included angle is formed by the positioning bottom edge and the positioning edge 15 of the lower side plate of the workpiece, so that the assembly angle is ensured to be alpha; an included angle is formed by the upper side plate positioning edge 16 and the lower side plate positioning edge 15 of the workpiece, so that the assembly angle is ensured to be beta. The positioning bottom edge is tightly attached to the positioning edge of the positioning bottom plate 4 for positioning. The positioning bottom edge is provided with a magnet fixing seat screw hole 17 and a switch magnetic seat clamping groove 18.
Each positioning seat is connected with the switch magnetic seat 5 at the bottom through a magnet fixing seat 8. Wherein, switch magnetic seat 5 is connected with magnet fixing base 8 through first socket head cap screw 6 and first packing ring 7. The magnet fixing seat 8 is connected with the positioning bottom edges of the positioning seats through a second inner hexagon screw 9 and a second gasket 10. The magnet fixing seat 8 is connected with the switch magnetic seat 5 and the positioning seat respectively by using screws and is integrated, so that the fixing and the dismounting of each part are convenient, as shown in fig. 4. The switch magnetic seat 5 is controlled by a switch, and each positioning seat can be fixed on the workbench in a magnetic adsorption mode.
The adjustable magnetic welding positioner 11 is arranged at the joint between the workpiece lower side plate positioning edge 15 and the positioning bottom plate 4 of the positioning seat in a bending mode and is used for limiting the angle between the workpiece lower side plate and the bottom plate to be welded and the angle between the upper side plate and the lower side plate. The bending angle of the adjustable magnetic welding positioner 11 is adjustable, and the adjustable magnetic welding positioner and the side plate positioning edges of the positioning seats are used for positioning and clamping the workpiece to be welded together.
When in use, the positioning seats are fixed or loosened on the workbench through the switch of the switch magnetic seat 5. After the side plates of the workpieces to be welded are positioned by the side plate positioning edges of the positioning seats, the bottom plates and the side plates of the workpieces are sucked and fixed from the inner side through the adjustable magnetic welding fixer 11. The assembly principle of each assembly is the same, the lower assembly is completed to be assembled, and each assembly at the upper part of the workpiece is spliced. The lower side plate and the upper side plate of each component are also fixed by adopting the side plate locating edges of each locating seat and the adjustable magnetic welding fixer 11. By the above mode, the assembly of the workpieces to be welded is completed.
