Every positioning seat all is connected with switch magnetic base 5 through magnet fixing base 8 in the bottom. Wherein, switch magnetic base 5 is connected with magnet fixing base 8 through first socket head cap screw 6 and first packing ring 7. The magnet fixing seat 8 is connected with the positioning bottom edge of each positioning seat through a second inner hexagon screw 9 and a second gasket 10. The magnet fixing seat 8 is connected with the switch magnetic seat 5 and the positioning seat respectively by using screws and is integrated, so that the parts can be fixed and detached conveniently, as shown in fig. 4. The switch magnetic base 5 is controlled by a switch, and each positioning base can be fixed on the workbench in a magnetic adsorption mode.
The adjustable magnetic welding positioner 11 is arranged at the joint between the positioning edge 15 of the lower side plate of the workpiece of the positioning seat and the positioning bottom plate 4 in a bending mode, and is used for limiting the angle between the lower side plate and the bottom plate of the workpiece to be welded and the angle between the upper side plate and the lower side plate. The bending angle of the adjustable magnetic welding positioner 11 is adjustable, and the adjustable magnetic welding positioner and the side plate positioning edges of the positioning seats are used for positioning and clamping a workpiece to be welded together.
When in use, the positioning seats are fixed or loosened on the workbench by adjusting the switch of the switch magnetic base 5. After the side plate of the workpiece to be welded is positioned by the side plate positioning edges of the positioning seats, the workpiece bottom plate and the side plate are sucked and fixed from the inner side by the adjustable magnetic welding fixer 11. The assembly principle of each component is the same, the lower component finishes assembly, and then the upper components of the workpiece are spliced. The lower side plate and the upper side plate of each component are also fixed by the side plate positioning edges of the positioning seats and the adjustable magnetic welding fixer 11. the adjustable magnetic welding positioner is arranged at the connecting position between the positioning edge of the lower side plate of the workpiece of the positioning seat and the positioning bottom plate in a bending mode.
