Technical Field
The invention relates to a device or an instrument which is provided with a support capable of automatically following a headrest and is suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation devices and the like and needs head/neck rotation following.
Background
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a type of instrument suitable for the detection, assessment and treatment of central, peripheral and psycho-mental disorders. However, the transcranial magnetic therapy process generally requires two to thirty minutes, and during the therapy process, a magnetic stimulation head (hereinafter referred to as a head) needs to be aligned with a target position of the head of a patient and keep the relative position of the head and the target position immobile, that is, the head needs to synchronously rotate along with the rotation of the head of the patient.
Throughout the world, although many manufacturers have developed head navigation systems to precisely determine the treatment site, only Mag & More companies have Apollo transcranial magnetic therapy devices with such a head support that can follow the rotation of the patient's head/neck; however, the head support belongs to a pure mechanical fixing device, and is poor in stability and comfort; therefore, a head support which can be matched with the current TMS special seat, can synchronously rotate along with the head of a patient and is comfortable to use needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention

Two circular arc tracks of present case have adopted concentric mode to set up (can design as required that the central angle is the same, the symmetry axis is on same line), can conveniently realize synchronous follow-up because the turned angle of headrest slider or the change volume of turned angle have only been confirmed, according to the motion of this turned angle or turned angle's change direct drive support slider can realize the follow-up, simple structure, it is convenient to implement.
In addition to the transcranial magnetic stimulation apparatus, the support can be used for automatically following the headrest, other devices or apparatuses which need to carry out head/neck rotation following can also use the technology provided by the scheme, such as robot equipment, VR technology, medical equipment for head diagnosis and treatment, medical supports and the like, and even some monitoring equipment can also adopt the technology provided by the scheme.
In the scheme, the circular arc-shaped track is adopted, so that the head/neck rotation rule of a human body is better met; meanwhile, the mechanical connection of the detection part and the follow-up part is separated, and signal connection is adopted, so that the head/neck of the human body is more comfortable during rotation; the scheme is suitable for various occasions needing to rotate along with the head/neck of the human body.

If the earmuff is loose, when the earmuff needs to be clamped, the connecting rod (close to one end of the earphone) is directly pressed inwards, so that the connecting rod rotates inwards to a proper position, the pawl moves on the ratchet wheel along with the connecting rod (of course, the compression spring is pressed, and the adjustment can be carried out after the ratchet wheel and the pawl are separated). If the earmuff is felt to be tight, when the earmuff needs to be opened, the compression spring is compressed, so that one end of the adjusting rod, which is provided with the compression spring, tends to approach the connecting rod, the pawl is separated from the ratchet wheel, the connecting rod (close to one end of the earphone) is stirred outwards, the connecting rod rotates inwards to a proper position, the compression spring is loosened, and the ratchet wheel and the pawl are contacted to be locked to an adjusting position. When the state of the ear muffs is finished through tightness adjustment, the compression spring is slightly compressed, the pawl is clamped on the ratchet wheel, and two feet of the reset torsion spring respectively press the support cross rod and the connecting rod outwards to fix the relative positions of the support cross rod and the connecting rod. When the ratchet wheel needs to be reset, the compression spring is pressed, the pawl is separated from the ratchet wheel, the connecting rod resets relative to the supporting cross rod under the action of the reset torsion spring, and the compression spring is loosened.
