Abstract
本发明公开了一种添加油脂的面膜贴及制作方法,其中,包括有:角鲨烷、熊果叶提取物、白薇提取物、鲟鱼子酱提取物、海水仙提取物等,该方法是调配面膜贴保养液的制备过程中加入油酯角鲨烷乳化配制,从而提高了面膜的保湿和补水功效,本发明延长了面膜贴在脸上的湿润状态作用的时间,加强了面膜贴对皮肤的润滑效果,让皮肤更加柔软,水油更加平衡,有效减少皮肤水分的流失,更主要的是蕴含油酯角鲨烷能降低肌肤对抗外界环境所造成的刺激,提高面膜贴温和性,降低过敏率,使肌肤更加丰润富有弹性。

背景技术
人类使用面膜贴作为美容化妆已经有悠久历史,面膜贴是通过将一层面膜布将含有护肤功效的精华敷在脸部,使得肌肤更好的吸收营养同时又会促进血液循环,同时可以彻底的清洁肌肤,随着年龄的增长,生活压力越来越大,人体皮肤不断老化,伴随干燥和缺水;而现有的面膜贴补水锁水效果一般,敷贴过程中额头上及面颊两边面膜布容易变干,达不到有效锁水效果。
综上所述,如何提供一种水油更加平衡、减少皮肤水分的流失、使肌肤更加丰润富有弹性的面膜贴是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述的问题,本发明提供了一种添加油脂的面膜贴及制作方法,可加强了面膜贴对皮肤的致润效果,有效减少皮肤水分的流失,水油更加平衡,降低肌肤对抗外界环境所造成的刺激,提高面膜贴温和性,降低过敏率,提供使肌肤更加丰润富有弹性的产品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种添加油脂的面膜贴,包括以下原料(按重量份计),
本发明还提供了一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将A相加入主锅相,搅拌转速为35转/分钟,搅拌均匀后均质3-5 分钟(3000转/分钟),然后主锅升温并继续搅拌至85℃,然后均质1-3分钟(3000 转/分钟),充分搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二)主锅保温15-20分钟并继续搅拌(20转/分钟),然后开始降温;
步骤三)待主锅降温至70℃时加入混合均匀的B相,开启搅拌,待A相、B 相混合物均匀,均质1-2分钟(3000转/分钟),保温并以20转/分钟继续搅拌 10分钟,开启冷却水降温;
步骤四)主锅继续搅拌,当降温至50℃时加入C相,充分搅拌均匀,然后继续搅拌降温;
步骤五)D相放入搅拌锅混合搅拌均匀,当主锅降温至45℃时加入D相,然后充分搅拌均匀;
步骤六)抽样检验粘度、香味及料体白度,合格后直接出料,出料粘度25℃ -2#-12r/min-(600-1200mpa.s)
优选地,在步骤一)中,B相需放入搅拌锅充分搅拌均匀后,才能加入主锅中,加入后要均质乳化。
优选地,在步骤一)中,所述搅拌转速为35转/分钟,在步骤三)中,所述搅拌转速为40转/分钟,在步骤四)和步骤五)中,所述搅拌转速为30转/分钟。

本发明提供了一种添加油脂的面膜贴,包括以下组分(按重量份计):
一、角鲨烷
角鲨烷是从深海鲨鱼肝脏或橄榄油不皂化物中提取的角鲨烯经氢化制得一种性能优异的烃类油脂,无色、无味、无毒、无害、化学惰性、光亮及透明,呈惰性的透明油状粘稠液体,抗氧化性和热稳定性优异,在空气中稳定,阳光作用下会缓慢氧化,在宽广的PH范围内有很好的稳定性。

角鲨烷的安全性:角鲨烷同时也是人体内含物,人体皮脂含角鲨烷质量分数约为2%;角鲨烷在体内参与胆因醇的生物合成及多种生化反应,促进生物氧化及机体的新陈代谢,提高机体的防御机能,应激能力与身心素质,加速类因醇激素合成,激活腺苷酸环化酶的活性;角鲨烯具有生物氧化还原作用与提高能量的效率,从而增强机体的耐力。角鲨烷对人体安全,与皮肤有较好的亲和性,不会引起过敏和刺激,并能加速配方中其他活性成分向皮肤中渗透。
角鲨烷的功效与作用

聚丙烯酰胺,英文名称为Poly(acrylamide),CAS号为9003-05-8,分子式为(C3H5NO)n,分子量:71.07,聚丙烯酰胺是一种线状的有机高分子聚合物,同时也是一种高分子水处理絮凝剂产品,在化妆品中主要做乳化增稠剂。
2、C13-14异链烷烃
C13-14异链烷烃,英文名(INCI):C13-14 ISOPARAFFI,CAS:246538-79-4,在化妆品中作柔润剂、溶剂使用。
3、月桂醇聚醚-7
月桂醇聚醚-7,英文名称是LAURETH-7,CAS No.:3055-97-8分子式: C26H54O8分子量:494.71,是来自柠檬酸的阴离子表面活性剂,具有优异的皮肤耐受性和护理作用,在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是乳化剂、表面活性剂,可乳化各种油类。
聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7作为优良的表面活性剂和乳化剂,被广泛应用的化妆品生产当中。
面膜贴中面膜液主要是半透精华状,如果将油脂类的角鲨烷直接添加进面膜液中,长时间存放后会出现分层现象,会导致面膜贴的保湿和补水功效降低,因此本发明需要解决加入角鲨烷与面膜液充分溶解混合的问题。
因此在添加角鲨烷同时,以聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7作为乳化剂,让角鲨烷与面膜液充分混合;在制作过程中先将角鲨烷与聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7充分混合均匀才能加入主锅中,在加入主锅后,开启搅拌40转/分钟和均质3000转/分钟,均质1-2分钟,并搅拌均匀,这是本发明制备工艺的关键点。
三、熊果叶提取物
熊果叶提取物以杜鹃花科植物熊果的干燥叶为原料提取的活性成分,主要成分为熊果苷、熊果酸。熊果苷具有抗菌、镇咳、利尿等多种药理活性外,还是人黑色素细胞中酪氨酸酶的抑制剂,熊果苷能有效地抑制皮肤中的生物酪氨酸酶 (tyrChemicalbookosinase)活性,阻断黑色素的形成,通过自身与酪氨酶直接结合,加速黑色素的分解与排泄,从而减少皮肤色素沉积,祛除色斑和雀斑,是目前国内外常用于美白化妆品中的主要原料,国际上已有多个国家将熊果苷应用到化妆品中。
抗氧化作用熊果酸是一个较强的抗氧化剂,抗氧化作用对人体抗衰老和皮肤祛斑、祛色素、美容都有积极作用,可应用于美容护肤产品。熊果酸能明显地捕获O2-,在肝微粒体和P45O单胺氧化酶系中对脂质过氧化均显示较强的抑制作用。
对肝炎的作用熊果酸对急性实验性肝损伤有明显的保护作用,临床表现为血清谷丙转氨酶含量下降、肝细胞变性、坏死明显减轻,可迅速恢复肝功能的作用, 具有见效快、疗程短、效果稳定的特点。经临床验证,熊果酸可有效治疗病毒性肝炎,是抗病毒性肝炎药的主要活性成分。熊果酸在制备治疗病毒性肝炎药物中不论单独使用,Chemicalbook还是与其它药物配合使用,只要制备成药品或保健药品均具有显著治疗病毒性肝炎的作用。
抗菌抗病毒作用熊果酸能导致细胞生存能力下降,能抑制G+和G-菌以及抑制真菌生长。对杀灭和抑制变形链球菌组及牙周病原菌具有明显的效果。熊果酸能抑制HIV-1蛋白酶活性,增强免疫功能,发挥抗HIV的作用。
美白去色素作用熊果苷具有美白活性,其美白机理为熊果苷对酪氨酸酶产生竞争性及可逆性抑制,从而阻断多巴及多巴醌的合成,进而抑制黑色素的生成,从而达到美白效果。
鲟鱼子酱提取物

综上所诉:本发明提供了一种添加油脂的面膜贴及制作方法,配合熊果叶提取物、鲟鱼子酱提取物、海水仙提取物、白薇超级抗敏因子等功效性提取物辅助,加强面膜贴对皮肤的白皙润滑的功效,有效减少皮肤水分的流失,水油更加平衡,降低肌肤对抗外界环境所造成的刺激,提高面膜贴温和性,降低过敏率,使肌肤更加丰润,富有弹性。

一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将A相加入主锅相,搅拌转速为35转/分钟,搅拌均匀后均质3-5 分钟(3000转/分钟),然后主锅升温并继续搅拌至85℃,然后均质1-3分钟(3000 转/分钟),充分搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二)主锅保温15-20分钟并继续搅拌(20转/分钟),然后开始降温;
步骤三)待主锅降温至70℃时加入混合均匀的B相,开启搅拌,待A相、B 相混合物均匀,均质1-2分钟(3000转/分钟),保温并以20转/分钟继续搅拌 10分钟,开启冷却水降温;
步骤四)主锅继续搅拌,当降温至50℃时加入C相,充分搅拌均匀,然后继续搅拌降温;
步骤五)D相放入搅拌锅混合搅拌均匀,当主锅降温至45℃时加入D相,然后充分搅拌均匀;
步骤六)抽样检验粘度、香味及料体白度,合格后直接出料,出料粘度25℃ -2#-12r/min-(600-1200mpa.s)
在此生产过程中,关键在于一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法步骤中加入次序、混合方式和工艺参数一定要按步骤走,不然产品会出现不稳定或者粘度、肤感的改变。
步骤一中要注意分别将A相中的原料:甘油和聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉混合分散均匀,部分丙二醇和黄原胶混合分散均匀,部分丙二醇和透明质酸钠混合分散均匀,然后加入主锅边均质边加入,使其充分分散溶解。如果不按步骤走,直接加入A相,生产料体因得不到充分溶解,导致会粘度和肤感不同。
步骤二中,B相中的油脂(角鲨烷)和乳化增稠剂(聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7)将两种原料用容器混合充分搅拌均匀后,才能加入主锅中,也要边均质边加入。此步骤为配方中的重点,因为乳化不好会导致产品乳化不完全,造成分层现象。
在步骤三中,熊果叶提取物、鲟鱼子酱提取物、海水仙提取物、白薇超级抗敏因子等功效性提取物应当在45℃以下加入,温度太高会使功效性提取物失效,所以这是重要步骤,所述搅拌转速为25转/分钟。搅拌均匀后送检,检测合格后方可出料。
根据上面所诉步骤,进行比对实验,检测不同成分面膜贴对皮肤的影响,提供了三组不同配比(按重量百分比)做实验。
实施例一:没有添加油脂(角鲨烷)和乳化增稠剂(聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7)的配方的面膜贴,制得的面贴膜为I。
实施例二:添加乳化增稠剂(聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7),不加油脂(角鲨烷)配方的面膜贴,制得的面贴膜为II。
实施例三:添加油脂(角鲨烷)和乳化增稠剂(聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7)配方的面膜贴,制得的面贴膜为III。

步骤三)主锅继续搅拌,当降温至50℃时加入C相,充分搅拌均匀,然后继续搅拌降温;
步骤四)D相放入搅拌锅混合搅拌均匀,当主锅降温至45℃时加入D相,然后充分搅拌均匀;
步骤五)抽样检验粘度、香味及料体白度,合格后直接出料。
优选地,在步骤一)中,B相需放入搅拌锅充分搅拌均匀后,才能加入主锅中,加入后要均质乳化。
优选地,在步骤一)中,所述搅拌转速为35转/分钟,在步骤三)中,所述搅拌转速为40转/分钟,在步骤四)和步骤五)中,所述搅拌转速为30转/分钟。
优选地,在步骤一)和步骤三)中,所述均质为3000转/分钟。
制备的面膜液粘度为500-600mpa.s,粘度偏小。经检验合格后,将面膜液灌入已经辐照好并装有面膜布的铝箔袋中。经过一个星期,使面膜布与面膜液充分结合。

步骤四)主锅继续搅拌,当降温至50℃时加入C相,充分搅拌均匀,然后继续搅拌降温;
步骤五)D相放入搅拌锅混合搅拌均匀,当主锅降温至45℃时加入D相,然后充分搅拌均匀;
步骤六)抽样检验粘度、香味及料体白度,合格后直接出料。

实验结果:Ⅲ面贴膜贴在脸上,面膜比较贴肤,补水锁水很好,15分钟后,膜布还比较润湿,滋润锁水效果好。
实验总结:一种油脂(角鲨烷)添加到面膜贴中的的制作方法,包括面膜布和精华液,其特殊之处在于:油脂(角鲨烷)经过生产乳化到面膜精华里,使面膜液体系更加稳定,而油脂(角鲨烷)在面膜中的保湿和补水功效得到提高,综上述表格数据更加体现出面膜贴精华停留在肌肤的保湿度和润滑美白的效果。

Claims (8)
5.一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一)将A相加入主锅相,搅拌转速为35转/分钟,搅拌均匀后均质3-5分钟(3000转/分钟),然后主锅升温并继续搅拌至85℃,然后均质1-3分钟(3000转/分钟),充分搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二)主锅保温15-20分钟并继续搅拌(20转/分钟),然后开始降温;
步骤三)待主锅降温至70℃时加入混合均匀的B相,开启搅拌,待A相、B相混合物均匀,均质1-2分钟(3000转/分钟),保温并以20转/分钟继续搅拌10分钟,开启冷却水降温;
步骤四)主锅继续搅拌,当降温至50℃时加入C相,充分搅拌均匀,然后继续搅拌降温;
步骤五)D相放入搅拌锅混合搅拌均匀,当主锅降温至45℃时加入D相,然后充分搅拌均匀;
步骤六)抽样检验粘度、香味及料体白度,合格后直接出料,出料粘度25℃-2#-12r/min-(600-1200mpa.s)。
6.根据权利要求6所述的一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤一)中,B相需放入搅拌锅充分搅拌均匀后,才能加入主锅中,加入后要均质乳化。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤一)中,所述搅拌转速为35转/分钟,在步骤三)中,所述搅拌转速为40转/分钟,在步骤四)和步骤五)中,所述搅拌转速为30转/分钟。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种添加油脂的面膜贴的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤一)和步骤三)中,所述均质为3000转/分钟。
