The head restraint protecting device used in psychological assessment of high risk group with schizophrenia according to claim 1, wherein a transparent protecting cover (16) is provided on the outside of the opening (5) in an openable and closable manner, the left side of the transparent protecting cover (16) is hinged with the first shell (6) at the edge of the opening (5) through a pin shaft, a fifth ventilating hole (18) is provided on the transparent protecting cover (16), and an elastic sponge cushion is provided on the inner side surface of the transparent protecting cover (16) at the cheek.
