as shown in fig. 9, the intelligent control element 5 comprises a microcontroller 50, a liquid level sensor 51 connected with the microcontroller 50 and disposed in the elastic compression sleeve 30, a pressure sensor 52 connected with the microcontroller 50 and disposed in the inner bag 201, and a display operation screen 53 connected with the microcontroller 50 and disposed on the containing sleeve 1, wherein the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the elastic compression sleeve 30 is monitored by the liquid level sensor 51, when the liquid level is low, the external liquid medicine can be pumped into the elastic compression sleeve 30 by an external liquid pump to ensure sufficient liquid medicine, the working reliability of the device is increased, the internal inflation pressure of the inner bag 201 is monitored by the pressure sensor 52, when the pressure reaches a set value, the microcontroller 50 controls the micro vacuum pump 41 to be turned off to avoid the over-high inflation pressure causing discomfort of the patient or the pressure, so that the hemostatic air bag head 2 is easy to move to reduce the hemostatic effect, the working state of each electrical element can be inquired through the display operation screen 53, so that workers can conveniently know the working state of each electrical element in real time, wherein the microcontroller 50, the liquid level sensor 51, the pressure sensor 52 and the display operation screen 53 are all commercially available.
When the intelligent compression hemostasis air bag is used for hemostasis of postpartum patients, the specific working process is as follows:
(1) firstly, connecting a connecting port 301 with an external liquid medicine tank, pumping liquid medicine in the external liquid medicine tank into the elastic compression sleeve 30, monitoring the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the elastic compression sleeve 30 through a liquid level sensor 51, and stopping pumping liquid when the liquid level is low;
(2) secondly, the medical staff puts the air bag head body 20 into the uterus of the patient, the micro-controller 50 controls the micro-vacuum pump 41 to charge the external air into the inner bag 201 through the air pipe 40, so that the inner bag 201 is expanded, meanwhile, the air bag head body 20 is expanded along with the inner bag 201, when the pressure sensor 52 monitors that the pressure of the air filled in the inner bag 201 reaches a preset value, the micro-controller 50 controls the micro-vacuum pump 41 to be closed, the air filled in the inner bag 201 is stopped, and when the air bag head body 20 and the inner bag 201 are expanded, the expansion pieces 22 hinged with the adjusting ring 21 rotate along with the expansion of the air bag head body 20;
(3) then, medical personnel compress the elastic compression sleeve 30, liquid medicine in the elastic compression sleeve 30 is led to the space between the air bag head body 20 and the inner bag 201 through the drainage hoses 31, at the moment, the liquid medicine gradually infiltrates the whole medicine infiltration film 200, the medicine infiltration film 200 and the plurality of convex points 203 are respectively attached to the uterus of a patient, medicine nursing is carried out on a hemostasis point by the liquid medicine on the medicine infiltration film 200, the bleeding speed is inhibited, and the purpose of hemostasis is achieved from the source;
(4) in the process, the adjusting sliding columns 101 can synchronously slide towards the upper bottom surface side of the circular truncated cone mounting table 10 by pushing the operating ring 11 to move, the corresponding drainage hoses 31 are blocked by the adjusting sliding columns 101, or the flow rate of the liquid medicine is adjusted, so that the medical care of a sufficient amount of liquid medicine on the hemostasis points is ensured, the bleeding speed is inhibited, and the waste of the liquid medicine is avoided;
(5) finally, after hemostasis is finished, the micro controller 50 controls the micro vacuum pump 41 to be started, air in the inner bag 201 is pumped out, at the moment, the volumes of the air bag head body 20 and the inner bag 201 become small, and the hemostatic air bag head 2 is taken out;
(6) when the hemostatic balloon head 2 is taken out, the drug-permeable membrane 200 can be torn off for replacement, when the interior of the hemostatic balloon head 2 needs to be cleaned, the sealing sleeve 13 is taken down, and the hemostatic balloon head 2 is separated from the accommodating sleeve 1 by screwing.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent compression hemostasis air bag for postpartum hemostasis is characterized by comprising a containing sleeve (1), a hemostasis air bag head (2), a medicine adding element (3), an air charging and discharging element (4) and a power supply;
the hemostasis airbag head (2) comprises an airbag head body (20) with a medicine permeating membrane (200) arranged on the outer wall, an adjusting ring (21) sleeved outside the airbag head body (20) and located at the joint of the airbag head body (20) and the accommodating sleeve (1), a plurality of extension expansion pieces (22) which are distributed on the periphery of the adjusting ring (21) along the circumferential direction, one end of each extension piece is hinged with the adjusting ring (21) and the bottom surface of each extension piece is bonded with the outer wall of the airbag head body (20), and an inner bag (201) is arranged inside the airbag head body (20);
the drug adding element (3) comprises an elastic compression sleeve (30) arranged on the accommodating sleeve (1) and opposite to the hemostatic balloon head (2), and a plurality of drainage hoses (31) arranged on the outer wall of the accommodating sleeve (1) and communicated with the balloon head body (20), wherein a pressing plate (300) is arranged on the elastic compression sleeve (30), and a connecting port (301) connected with an external drug storage box is arranged on the elastic compression sleeve (30);
fill gassing element (4) including locate in holding sleeve pipe (1) and one end and interior bag (200) through connection and the other end run through and hold sleeve pipe (1) and elasticity compression cover (30) air-supply pipe (40), with the micro vacuum pump (41) that is used for taking out/deflating that air-supply pipe (40) are connected.

The intelligent compression hemostasis airbag for postpartum hemostasis according to claim 1, wherein a circular truncated cone mounting table (10) which is placed in an inclined mode is sleeved on the outer wall of the accommodating sleeve (1), a plurality of sliding long grooves (100) which correspond to the drainage hoses (31) in a one-to-one mode are formed in the side face of the circular truncated cone mounting table (10) along the circumferential direction, each drainage hose (31) penetrates through the corresponding sliding long groove (100) and is communicated with the airbag head body (20), and an adjusting sliding column (101) which can slide along the length direction of the bus of each sliding long groove (100) is arranged in each sliding long groove.
