(3) when amniotic fluid passes through the porous filter screen 1505, impurities in internal tissues of the amniotic fluid are adsorbed through the porous filter screen 1505, when the micro negative pressure pump 31 works, the negative pressure between the attaching plate 2202 and the fetal membrane of a pregnant woman is detected through the pressure sensor 41, when the pressure reaches a preset value, the micro negative pressure pump 31 is closed, when the pressure is insufficient, the micro negative pressure pump 31 is opened, when the membrane breaking needle 21 enters the cavity body 1, the amniotic fluid stained on the surface of the membrane breaking needle is preliminarily wiped through the sterile sponge ring 1502, after the membrane breaking needle 21 completely enters the cavity body 1, the membrane breaking needle 21 is sterilized by using the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 16, and meanwhile, the membrane breaking needle 21 can be always in a sterilization state when not used according to needs.
