The part mainly comprises a cam and a plurality of motion connecting rods. The cam is provided with a cam curved surface which can be changed according to the process requirement and is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the bearing seat. The motion connecting rods are parts of a composite structure, and each motion connecting rod comprises a roller, a pin shaft, an inner connecting rod, an outer connecting rod, a connecting piece and a plurality of bearings. The inner connecting rod is arranged in the axial through hole of the inner drum wheel along the axial direction of the drum wheel, the outer connecting rod is correspondingly arranged in the axial through hole of the outer drum wheel, and the end parts of the inner connecting rod and the outer connecting rod are transversely connected through a connecting piece. The specific parts of the inner and outer connecting rods are designed with rack structures according to design requirements. The tail end of the inner connecting rod is provided with an opening structure, and the roller is fixedly arranged on the inner connecting rod through a pin shaft and is tightly attached to the curved surface of the cam.
A cigarette adsorption component mainly comprises a plurality of cigarette adsorption claws and a gear shaft. The circumference of the middle part of each gear shaft is provided with a gear structure. The gear shaft is arranged in the radial through holes on the circumferential surfaces of the inner drum and the outer drum through bearings, and the gear structure on the gear shaft is just correspondingly meshed with the rack structures on the inner connecting rod and the outer connecting rod. And the tail end of each gear shaft is fixedly provided with a suction claw. Each suction claw is provided with two groove structures which can accommodate two cigarettes or other rod-shaped objects, and the groove of each suction claw is provided with an inner through hole communicated to the inner through hole of the gear shaft. The gas can pass through the gas distribution ring along the open structure of the flange shaft to the radial through holes of the inner drum wheel and the outer drum wheel, and finally reaches the groove of the suction claw through the internal channel of the gear shaft to act on the circumferential surface of the cigarette in the groove.
In this invention, when the external driving source of the apparatus is operated, the driving shaft and the driving flange are rotated. The driving flange is rigidly connected with the outer drum wheel through screws and the like, so that the drum wheel is driven to rotate, and the moving connecting rod arranged in the axial through hole of the drum wheel is synchronously driven to rotate around the driving shaft. Because the roller on the motion connecting rod is simultaneously attached to the curved surface of the cam. When the curved surface of the cam changes, the roller can drive the motion connecting rod to move along the axial direction, and the motion rule is converted into corresponding gear shaft rotation motion through the meshing action of the connecting rod and the gear shaft, and finally the suction claw and the cigarettes on the suction claw are driven to synchronously rotate to complete the actions of separation, turning around and steering.
