The driving assembly mainly comprises a driving shaft and a flange. The driving shaft is a long shaft type part, and the tail end of the shaft is provided with a gear or a synchronous belt structure which can drive the shaft to rotate. The shaft has a flange at its end which is connected to both the drive shaft and the drum body for transmitting motion.
The main structure of the wheel body component is a left wheel body, a middle wheel body and a right wheel body which are tightly combined, the main structures of the left wheel body and the right wheel body are similar, and one side of the wheel body is respectively provided with a groove structure and a part of a plurality of hole structures which are communicated along the radial direction. The middle wheel body is similar to the left wheel body and the right wheel body, groove structures are respectively designed on two sides, and a plurality of complete and partial through holes which are communicated along the radial direction are also designed in the circumferential direction. And these groove structures, partial through-hole can form complete installation space with left and right wheel body cooperation respectively, and inside can hold other parts.
The steering assembly mainly comprises a suction claw, a gear shaft, a gear block, a rotating arm, a rotating shaft and a roller. The sucking claw is arranged in a complete through hole which is formed in the middle wheel body in a penetrating mode along the radial direction, and the sucking claw is arranged at the top of the gear shaft. After the left wheel body and the right wheel body are combined with the middle wheel body, the respective partial through hole structures form a plurality of complete through hole structures which are communicated along the radial direction, and the rotating arms are arranged in the through holes. And a gear block is arranged in the middle of the rotating arm and is meshed with a gear on the gear shaft through a groove on the gear body to transmit motion. As shown in fig. 2, the gas distribution ring 13 is mounted to the end of the bearing housing 1. The end of the bearing seat 1 is designed with an open space structure, the middle part of the gas distribution ring 13 is provided with an irregular open structure which penetrates through the inside and the outside, and the two ends of the gas distribution ring are also provided with irregular groove structures which can accommodate the rollers 10 and the like. The middle wheel body 4 is provided with middle gap channels 16 at two sides, the middle gap channels 16 are matched with the side gap channels 15 arranged on the first wheel body 3 and the second wheel body 3 to form a complete hole structure, and the rotating arm 8 is arranged in the complete hole structure formed after matching.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the gear shaft 6 is mounted in holes distributed in the circumferential direction of the intermediate wheel body 4, the suction claw 5 is mounted at the tail end of the gear shaft, the gear shaft 6 is communicated with the suction claw 5 through a hole channel inside, and gas can be transmitted to the surface of the suction claw 5 through the bearing seat 1, the gas distribution ring 13 and the gear shaft 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the swivel arm 8 is mounted in a complete hole formed by the first wheel 3, the intermediate wheel 4 and the second wheel 3. And the grooves 12 in the middle of the holes can be communicated with the complete holes of the middle wheel body 4. A gear block 11 is mounted on the swivel arm 8 and is engaged with the gear shaft 6 on the intermediate wheel 4 via a slot 12. The other end of the rotating arm 8 is provided with a rotating shaft 9, and the tail end of the rotating shaft 9 is provided with a roller 10.
In operation, the driving shaft 14 drives the flange 7 to rotate, and drives the first wheel body 3, the intermediate wheel body 4, the second wheel body 3, and the parts installed in the wheel bodies to rotate synchronously.
