Description

System, method and storage medium for closing and opening micro base station
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mobile communication systems, and particularly relates to a micro base station power saving technology in a mobile communication system.
Background
In a 5G system, a frequency range 1 (FR 1 for short) and a frequency range 2(FR2 two frequency bands) are adopted, wherein an FR2 frequency band belongs to a millimeter wave frequency band, so a 5G dense heterogeneous network is adopted to perform networking, and generally includes the following parts: the system comprises a macro base station, densely configured micro base stations, a micro base station control center, relay nodes, user equipment and the like. The dense deployment of a large number of micro base stations adopting the FR2 frequency band can support more user equipment, providing higher transmission rate.
From the power saving perspective, 5G heterogeneous networks have two main problems,
(1) power consumption problems for large numbers of micro base station deployments. With a large number of micro base stations in the macro base station, the distance between the base stations is shortened and the frequency spectrum is shared, so that the frequency reuse can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the dense micro base station deployment can unload the flow of the macro base station to the micro base stations, balance the network capacity loading and reduce congestion. However, the large amount of deployment also increases the power consumption of the whole system, which is not favorable for the green environmental protection of 5G.
(2) Complexity of wireless coverage. The 5G dense heterogeneous network includes macro base stations, micro base station nodes, mobile relays, and the like, and various connection nodes increase the complexity of the network environment. And due to the multi-layer deployment, multiple frequency signal transmissions may occur through overlapping regions (e.g., macro base stations and micro base stations operating at different frequencies). In addition, dense micro base station deployment can result in a large amount of frequency reuse. The 5G dense heterogeneous networking adopts an automatic networking mode, strict coverage test and analysis are not performed, and in a time period with low traffic, if part of micro base stations are closed, the original coverage area may become a coverage blind area.
Therefore, the problem of network load caused by the increase of user equipment can be solved by a large number of micro base stations, and the energy consumption is also increased, and the base station sleep technology is one of the key technologies for solving the problem.
As shown in fig. 1, the schematic diagram of 5G heterogeneous network networking is composed of a 5G macro base station and a plurality of 5G micro base stations, where the 5G macro base station covers an FR1 frequency band, and the 5G micro base stations cover an FR2 frequency band. Under normal conditions, both the 5G macro base station and the micro base station are in a power-on state, and the terminal may reside on the 5G macro base station or the 5G micro base station. The 5G macro base station mainly provides terminal mobility management, and the 5G micro base station mainly provides high-speed data transmission.
In practice, the 5G heterogeneous networking scenario is very complex, and the wireless coverage is divided into several cases.
Firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the single 5G macro base station covers an area, the micro base station does not cover the area wirelessly, and the mobile management service of the terminal is provided by the macro base station, namely the micro base station is turned on and off, so that the terminal is not influenced.
Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the macro base station coverage area is mainly distributed in indoor places, basements and other places, and the areas are often called as macro base station coverage blind areas due to high wireless signal transmission fading, and micro base stations are needed for blind supplement.
Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: the multiple micro base stations wirelessly cover the overlapped area, the areas are covered by the multiple micro base stations and the macro base station together, and the macro base station and the micro base station support the terminal to reside and provide service access capability.
Fourthly: the micro base station covers an area, and only the micro base station wireless coverage exists in the area, and a scene without macro base station coverage exists. The micro base station provides terminal residence and service capabilities.
In the current 5G heterogeneous networking system, the macro base station and the micro base station belong to the power-on state, and even if the macro base station and the micro base station are both in the idle state, part of the micro base stations cannot be closed to achieve the power saving effect in a period with low traffic.
As mentioned above, the main reasons are as follows:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: in 5G heterogeneous networking, the deployment of a macro base station generally passes through strict site selection, radio coverage planning, interference planning and the like, and the requirement on the radio coverage of the macro base station is strict, so that the requirement on most terminals in a coverage area can be met. However, the micro base station is deployed at random, and in consideration of the deployment and maintenance costs, a strict network planning process is not generally performed, and the method is mainly used for supplementing a macro base station blind area and providing high-speed data transmission to relieve the pressure of the macro base station.
Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: according to the mobile network management principle, a network cannot accurately position a cell where a terminal resides in an idle mode and only can position the terminal in a location area, so that a micro base station control center cannot determine which micro base stations can be closed even in a late night scene with low traffic. If the micro base station is turned off, it may cause some terminals to be unable to obtain mobile services, and if the micro base station is not turned off, it causes waste of power consumption.
Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: according to the illustration of fig. 1, in the coverage scenario of the micro base station, many areas are macro base stations, and the micro base stations collectively cover, so that even if some micro base stations are turned off, the wireless coverage of these areas is not affected. However, if the micro base stations are not reasonably turned off, the number of the micro base stations which can be turned off is small, and the best power saving effect state of the whole 5G heterogeneous network cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems of the prior art. A system, method and storage medium for turning off and on a micro base station are provided. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a system for turning off and on a micro base station, comprising: the micro base station control center is respectively connected with the micro base station closing and opening module, the micro base station wireless coverage relation table, the micro base station wireless coverage detection module and the micro base station wireless coverage detection module; wherein
The micro base station control center is used for managing all micro base stations in the coverage area of the micro base stations, and comprises wireless parameter configuration of the micro base stations, closing and opening of the micro base stations, micro base station traffic statistics and an automatic wireless coverage optimization function among the micro base stations;
turning off and turning on the micro base station module: the micro base station control center is used for carrying out closing or opening operation on the micro base stations in the coverage area according to the traffic statistical result of the micro base station control center on the micro base stations;
micro base station wireless coverage relation table: the method comprises the following steps that a micro base station control center establishes a mutual overlapping coverage relation table between micro base stations according to the result of a micro base station wireless coverage module, and the mutual overlapping coverage relation table is used for determining the deployment and wireless coverage conditions of the micro base stations near one micro base station;
the micro base station wireless coverage detection module is used for determining that the micro base station can receive the information and resides in a nearby micro base station list by utilizing the capability of the micro base station for searching the wireless coverage of the nearby micro base station;
the detection terminal wireless coverage module is used for determining the wireless coverage conditions of a macro base station and a micro base station of a point where the terminal is located, determining whether the terminal in a connection mode can be switched to the macro base station or the nearby micro base station, and whether the terminal in an idle mode can reselect the macro base station or the nearby micro base station.
A method for turning off and on a micro base station based on the system, which comprises the following three steps:
step S1, establishing a micro base station wireless coverage relation table; the micro base station automatically searches the macro base station and nearby adjacent micro base stations to establish a mutual wireless coverage relation table.
Step S2, the micro base station closes the control process; the micro base station switches all connected mode terminals to the macro base station or to nearby neighboring micro base stations and ensures that all idle mode terminals can reselect or select to the macro base station or to nearby neighboring micro base stations.
And step S3, the micro base station starts a control process. The micro base station control center always selects the micro base station in the area with heavier load.
Further, the step S1 is a process for establishing a micro base station wireless coverage relation table, which specifically includes:
step A1: the micro base station control center requests a micro base station to perform a wireless coverage search process, and the micro base station detects the wireless signal coverage condition of the nearby micro base station;
step A2: the micro base station receives a search request from a micro base station control center, then the micro base station starts a signal process of searching nearby micro base stations, namely the micro base station starts a blind search process, a searched alternative frequency band can be configured by the micro base station control center or the whole receiving frequency band supported by the micro base station, a synchronous signal block CD-SSB defined by a cell in the frequency band is searched, and the signal intensity of the CD-SSB block is measured;
step A3: continuously reading a system message block 1, namely SIB1, of the cell according to the content of the CD-SSB, judging whether the wireless quality reaches a lingable standard according to a lingable standard in TS38.304, and defining the cell as a proper cell if the lingable standard is reached;
step A4: the micro base station collects a list of all the cells which can be resided nearby and reports to the micro base station control center. The micro base station control center checks that the two micro base stations can mutually receive the synchronous signal blocks of the opposite side and both reach the mutual residence condition, and establishes a proximity relation table. One micro base station and a plurality of nearby micro base stations can be in adjacent relation with each other, and a relation table formed by adjacent relation among all the micro base stations is called a micro base station wireless coverage relation table.
Further, the step S2 of turning off the control process of the micro base station specifically includes:
step B1: the micro base station control center monitors the traffic of the micro base stations in real time, counts the traffic of the micro base stations, and indicates that the micro base stations are basically in an idle state if the traffic of one micro base station is lower than a certain threshold value;
step B2: if one micro base station is basically in an idle state, the micro base station control center starts to detect the wireless coverage conditions of all terminals in the micro base station, and the micro base station control center sends a terminal wireless coverage detection request to the micro base station, wherein the request comprises a nearby micro base station list of the micro base station;
step B3: after receiving a wireless coverage request of a detection terminal from a micro base station control center, a micro base station informs all terminals in an idle mode in the micro base station in a paging mode, wherein a paging message comprises a nearby micro base station list; after receiving the paging, the terminal immediately checks whether the terminal can reselect a nearby micro base station cell and reports the judgment result to the micro base station terminal; if the terminal is in the connection mode, the micro base station measures through the connection mode and requests to measure the signal intensity of the nearby micro base station, the micro base station judges whether the signal quality condition of switching to the nearby micro base station is met or not, and the micro base station reports the collected terminal wireless coverage detection result to a micro base station control center;
step B4: if all terminals in the idle mode below the micro base station can reselect and reside in a nearby micro base station, and the terminals in the connection mode can be switched to the nearby micro base station, the micro base station control center judges that the micro base station can be closed and sends a command for closing the micro base station; finally, the state of the micro base station in the micro base station wireless coverage relation table is modified into a closed state;
step B5: and after receiving the micro base station control center closing request, the micro base station switches the terminal in the connection mode to the nearby micro base station and then closes the micro base station.
Further, the step S3 micro base station start control process specifically includes:
step 1: the micro base station control center monitors the traffic of all micro base stations which are not closed, and when the traffic of the micro base station 1 is higher than a certain threshold, the micro base stations nearby need to be opened for shunting;
step 2: the micro base station control center finds out the deployment situation of the adjacent micro base stations of the micro base station according to the recorded micro base station wireless signal coverage relation table, finds out the micro base station 2 with the largest service volume in the micro base stations which are adjacent to the micro base station, if the micro base stations which are adjacent to each other exist in the micro base station 1 and the micro base station 2, the micro base stations are started, and if the micro base stations which are adjacent to each other do not exist in the micro base stations 1 and the micro base station 2, the micro base stations which are adjacent to each other are started;
and step 3: and the micro base station control center starts the micro base station operation, waits for the micro base station starting completion indication, and modifies the micro base station wireless signal coverage relation after receiving the indication.
Further, in step B3, a function of forcibly starting the terminal by the micro base station to perform cell reselection is added on the basis of the existing paging function, that is, in the paging message, the terminal is requested to start the cell reselection function, and a macro base station and a neighboring micro base station cell are selected.
A storage medium, the storage medium being a computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs that, when executed by an electronic device comprising a plurality of application programs, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any of the above.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
in the existing heterogeneous ultra-dense networking, as the use frequency is higher and higher, the cell coverage radius is smaller and smaller, and a large number of micro base stations are used for blind compensation and service shunting. In practical application scenarios, since the traffic volume is reduced, for example, in late night, the traffic volume in the area is reduced, and a large number of micro base stations are in an idle state, how to save energy consumption is an important issue in dense networking.
Generally, a method is adopted, a micro base station with smaller traffic volume transfers a terminal in a connection mode to a macro base station or an adjacent micro base station by using a switching method, the terminal in an idle mode state is not considered, in the scene, the micro base station does not know the residence condition of the idle mode terminal, and forced closing of the micro base station causes some terminals to enter a coverage loss state, so that the user experience is reduced. Therefore, the method and the device have the advantages that before the micro base station is closed, the connection mode terminal can be switched to the macro base station or the nearby micro base station, the idle mode terminal can select or reselect the nearby micro base station, and the phenomenon that some terminals cannot normally carry out services due to the fact that the micro base station is closed is avoided. The terminal in idle mode triggers the terminal to perform cell selection and reselection forcibly by adopting paging mode.
When a micro base station is closed, how to open the micro base station is also a key process, and when it is detected that the load of the macro base station or the micro base station is high, the common implementation method provides load shunting by opening all the micro base stations in an area, but opens some micro base stations which do not need to be opened, which is not beneficial to power saving of the whole heterogeneous ultra-dense network. The invention has the advantages that before the micro base station is started, the micro base station control center collects the micro base station wireless coverage relation table, and only the micro base station control center starts the adjacent micro base station with larger distance load.
Compared with the current general method, the invention provides a method for accurately closing and opening the micro base station on the basis of not changing the current heterogeneous ultra-dense networking architecture.

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the invention provides a method for closing a micro base station with small traffic in a 5G heterogeneous network, which aims to achieve the aim of saving electricity of the whole 5G heterogeneous network. In a 5G heterogeneous coverage area, a scene covered by a plurality of micro base stations and macro base stations together exists, and a 5G heterogeneous network wireless coverage relation table is established. When the regional traffic demand is less than a certain threshold, part of the micro base stations are in an idle state, the terminal in the connection mode in the micro base station is requested to switch to the macro base station or a nearby micro base station, the terminal in the idle mode reselects the macro base station or the nearby micro base station, and then the micro base station is closed, so that the purpose of saving power is achieved. And when the traffic in the area is larger than a certain threshold, starting the nearby micro base station.
The invention is composed of a micro base station control center, a micro base station module for closing and opening, a micro base station wireless coverage relation table, a micro base station wireless coverage detection module and a terminal wireless coverage detection module. As shown in fig. 2.
The micro base station control center is responsible for managing all micro base stations in the coverage area of the micro base stations, and comprises wireless parameter configuration of the micro base stations, closing and opening of the micro base stations, micro base station traffic statistics and an automatic wireless coverage optimization function among the micro base stations;
closing and opening the micro base station module, and closing or opening the micro base stations in the coverage area according to the traffic statistical result of the micro base station control center on the micro base stations;
a micro base station wireless coverage relation table, wherein a micro base station control center establishes a mutual overlapping coverage relation table between micro base stations according to the result of detecting a micro base station wireless coverage module, and is used for determining the deployment and wireless coverage conditions of the micro base stations near one micro base station;
the micro base station wireless coverage detection module is used for searching the wireless coverage capability of the nearby micro base stations by utilizing the micro base stations, determining that the micro base stations can receive the signals and reside in a nearby micro base station list;
and the detection terminal wireless coverage module is used for finishing the determination of the wireless coverage conditions of the macro base station and the micro base station at the point where the terminal is located, determining whether the terminal in a connection mode can be switched to the macro base station or the nearby micro base station, and determining whether the terminal in an idle mode can reselect the macro base station or the nearby micro base station.
The invention consists of three processes, namely a micro base station wireless coverage relation table establishing process; the micro base station closes the control process; and the micro base station starts a control process.
The first process is as follows: micro base station wireless coverage relation table establishment process
Step 1: the micro base station control center requests the micro base station to perform a wireless coverage search process, and the micro base station detects the wireless signal coverage condition of the nearby micro base station. As shown in step 1 of fig. 3.
Step 2: when the micro base station receives a search request from the micro base station control center, the micro base station starts a signal process of searching nearby micro base stations, namely the micro base station starts a blind search process, and the searched alternative frequency band can be configured by the micro base station control center or the whole receiving frequency band supported by the micro base station. A cell-defined synchronization signal block (CD-SSB) in a frequency band is searched and the signal strength of the CD-SSB block is measured. As shown in step 2 of figure 3.
And step 3: the system message block 1 (SIB 1) of the cell is continuously interpreted according to the CD-SSB content, and whether the wireless quality meets the camping standard is determined according to the camping standard in TS38.304, and if the camping standard is met, the cell is defined as a suitable cell. As shown in step 3 of figure 3.
And 4, step 4: the micro base station collects a list of all the cells which can be resided nearby and reports to the micro base station control center. The micro base station control center checks that the two micro base stations can mutually receive the synchronous signal blocks of the opposite side and both reach the mutual residence condition, and establishes a proximity relation table. One micro base station can be adjacent to a plurality of nearby micro base stations. The relation table formed by the adjacent relations among all the micro base stations is called as a micro base station wireless coverage relation table. As shown in steps 4 and 5 in fig. 3.
And a second process: micro base station shutdown control procedure
Step 1: the micro base station control center monitors the traffic of the micro base stations in real time, counts the traffic of the micro base stations, and indicates that the micro base stations are basically in an idle state if the traffic of one micro base station is lower than a certain threshold value. As shown in steps 1 and 2 in fig. 3.
Step 2: if one micro base station is basically in an idle state, the micro base station control center starts to detect the wireless coverage conditions of all terminals in the micro base station, and the micro base station control center sends a terminal wireless coverage detection request to the micro base station, wherein the request comprises a nearby micro base station list of the micro base station. As shown in step 3 of figure 3.
And step 3: after receiving a wireless coverage request of a detection terminal from a micro base station control center, the micro base station notifies all terminals in an idle mode in the micro base station in a paging mode, and a paging message comprises a nearby micro base station list. After receiving the paging, the terminal immediately checks whether the terminal can reselect to a neighboring micro base station cell, and reports the judgment result to the local micro base station terminal. And if the terminal is in the connection mode, the micro base station requests to measure the signal intensity of the nearby micro base station through the measurement of the connection mode, and the micro base station judges whether the signal quality condition of switching to the nearby micro base station is met. And the micro base station reports the collected terminal wireless coverage detection result to the micro base station control center. As shown in steps 4, 5 and 6 in fig. 3.
And 4, step 4: if all terminals in the idle mode below the micro base station can reselect and camp on a nearby micro base station, and the terminals in the connection mode can be switched to the nearby micro base station, the micro base station control center judges that the micro base station can be closed, and sends a command for closing the micro base station. And finally, modifying the state of the micro base station in the micro base station wireless coverage relation table into a closed state. As shown in steps 7 and 9 in fig. 3.
And 5: and after receiving the micro base station control center closing request, the micro base station switches the terminal in the connection mode to the nearby micro base station and then closes the micro base station. As shown in step 8 of fig. 3.
The third process: micro base station start control process
Step 1: the micro base station control center monitors the traffic of all the micro base stations which are not closed, and when the traffic of the micro base station (supposing that the micro base station 1) is higher than a certain threshold, the micro base stations nearby need to be opened for shunting. As shown in steps 1 and 2 in fig. 5.
Step 2: the micro base station control center finds out the deployment situation of the adjacent micro base stations of the micro base station according to the recorded micro base station wireless signal coverage relation table, and finds out the micro base station with the maximum traffic (supposing the micro base station 2) from the micro base stations which are adjacent to the micro base station. And if the micro base stations 1 and 2 have the micro base stations which are in the adjacent relationship with each other, the micro base stations are started. And if the micro base stations 1 and 2 have no micro base stations which are in the adjacent relationship with each other, starting all the micro base stations in the adjacent relationship with the micro base station 1. As shown in steps 4 and 5 in fig. 5.
And step 3: and the micro base station control center starts the micro base station operation, waits for the micro base station starting completion indication, and modifies the micro base station wireless signal coverage relation after receiving the indication.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
To further illustrate the application of the present invention in a particular scenario, an example is provided below. As shown in fig. 6, in an area, there is a heterogeneous wireless coverage scenario formed by a 5G macro base station and a plurality of 5G micro base stations, where the micro base stations are formed by a micro base station 1, a micro base station 2, a micro base station 3, a micro base station 4, and a micro base station 5. According to the overlapping condition of the wireless coverage, the whole area can be divided into a macro base station coverage area, a macro base station coverage area (only coverage of the micro base station exists), and a micro base station overlapping coverage area. In this embodiment, there is an overlapping coverage area of micro base station 4 and micro base station 1; the coverage area of the micro base station 1, the micro base station 2 and the micro base station 3 is overlapped; the micro base station 4 covers an area.
Under normal conditions, all devices in the 5G heterogeneous component network are in a power-on state, and provide normal services. Even if all micro base stations are in an on state under the condition of no traffic, which is not beneficial to the energy-saving requirement of the 5G heterogeneous network, if part of the micro base stations are permanently turned off, the situation that communication is blocked during the traffic peak period is caused, and the service quality is influenced. In addition, the micro base station can also complete the function of blind area compensation for the macro base station, and if the micro base station is closed suddenly, a part of area can not provide the terminal for normal service. If the invention is not adopted, the macro base station and the micro base station can not determine the specific terminal residence condition of the cell, so that the macro base station and the micro base station can not be in a closed state, even in a scene without communication service requirement at night. According to the method, part of micro base stations can be safely closed in the running process of the 5G heterogeneous network, so that the purpose of saving electricity is achieved. The specific operation is as follows.
The first process is as follows: establishing a micro base station wireless coverage relation table
Step 1: the micro base station control center counts all the micro base stations in the area, and there are 5 micro base stations in total in this embodiment. And then initiating a wireless coverage request of the detection micro base station to all the micro base stations. In this embodiment, the micro base station control center will initiate a request for detecting wireless coverage to all of micro base stations 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. As shown in steps 1 and 2 in fig. 7.
Step 2: after each micro base station receives a request from a micro base station control center, a wireless coverage detection function is started immediately, the micro base stations generally have two modes for wireless coverage signal detection, one mode is to add a 5G wireless signal detection search function on the basis of the original radio frequency of the micro base stations, and the other mode is to integrate the existing mature 5G terminal module in the micro base stations. And according to the search requirement of the TS38.304, the micro base station completes the 5G wireless synchronization signal search process. And if the detected micro base station request carries a list of candidate nearby micro base station cells, searching according to the list, otherwise, starting a standard blind search process by the micro base station. As shown in step 3 of fig. 7.
And step 3: the micro base station continues to interpret the system message 1 (abbreviated as SIB1) of the corresponding cell according to the synchronization signal block (abbreviated as CD-SSB) defined by the searched cell and according to the content of the CD-SSB, so as to determine whether the cell reaches the camping condition, which is described in reference to TS 38.304. As shown in step 4 of fig. 7.
And 4, step 4: and the micro base station searches all the neighboring micro base stations which can satisfy the residence according to the step 2 and the step 3, forms a complete cell list and reports the list to the micro base station control center. As shown in step 4 of fig. 7.
And 5: all the micro base stations in the micro base station control center execute the processes of the steps 2, 3 and 4 to form a complete micro base station wireless signal mutual coverage relation graph. As shown in step 7 of fig. 7.
According to the requirement of the present invention, in this embodiment, both micro base stations can receive the wireless coverage signal of the other side, and when the camping condition is satisfied, the two micro base stations are called neighboring base stations. Fig. 8 shows a complete wireless coverage relationship table of the micro base stations in this embodiment, and a connection line exists between two micro base stations to indicate that the two micro base stations are in a neighboring relationship with each other.
And a second process: procedure for shutting down micro base station
Step 1: and in the normal service process of the micro base station, the micro base station control center monitors the service volumes of the 5 micro base stations in real time and is used for determining the load condition of the micro base stations. If the load of the micro base station is lower than a certain threshold value, the utilization rate of the micro base station is low, and the traffic of the micro base station can be transferred to the nearby micro base station. As shown in steps 1 and 2 in fig. 9.
Step 2: assuming that the traffic of the micro base station 5 is lower than a certain threshold value in step 1, the micro base station control center sends a "request for detecting terminal wireless coverage" to the micro base station 5. The request includes a list of neighbor micro base stations with micro base station 5. As shown in steps 3 and 4 in fig. 9.
And step 3: after receiving the request, the micro base station 5 first sends a measurement request to the terminal in the connected mode in the micro base station 5, adds a macro base station wireless signal to be measured and a nearby micro base station list including but not limited to the micro base station list in the "terminal wireless coverage detection request", and determines whether these candidate micro base stations or macro base stations can become handover target cells. As shown in step 5 of fig. 9.
Meanwhile, the micro base station 5 sends a paging message, provides information of the macro base station and the nearby micro base station in the paging message, and checks whether the idle mode terminal can reselect the macro base station or the nearby micro base station. As in step 6 of fig. 9.
In this step, a function of forcibly starting the terminal to perform cell reselection by the micro base station is added on the basis of the existing paging function, that is, in the paging message, the terminal is requested to start the cell reselection function and select the macro base station and the cells of the nearby micro base station.
If the micro base station 5 determines that all terminals in connected mode can be handed over to other cells and that all terminals in idle mode can reselect to other cells, the micro base station 5 is turned off. Otherwise the micro base station 5 cannot be switched off. As shown in step 7 of fig. 9.
And 4, step 4: and the micro base station 5 reports the wireless coverage result of the detection terminal to the micro base station control center. The micro base station control center finally determines whether to turn off the micro base station 5. As shown in steps 8 and 9 of fig. 9.
And 5: if the final result is to close the micro base station 5, the micro base station control center sends a request for closing the micro base station 5, modifies the wireless coverage relation of the micro base station, and sets the micro base station 5 in a closing state without changing the neighbor relation between the micro base stations. As shown in steps 10 and 11 of fig. 9.
The third process: start-up procedure for micro base station
Assuming that the micro base station 5 and the micro base station 3 are already turned off in this embodiment, the process of specifically turning on the micro base station 5 and the micro base station 3 is as follows.
Step 1: in this embodiment, if it is detected that the traffic of the micro base station 1 reaches a certain threshold, a nearby micro base station needs to be opened to perform service offloading. As shown in steps 1 and 2 in fig. 10.
Step 2: the micro base station control center obtains a micro base station list near the micro base station 1 according to the micro base station wireless coverage relation table, in the embodiment, a micro base station 2, a micro base station 3 and a micro base station 5 exist near the micro base station 1. As shown in step 3 of fig. 10.
In this embodiment, assuming that the micro base station 2 is in the on state, the micro base station 3 is in the proximity relationship due to the micro base station 2 and the micro base station 1, as shown in fig. 8. And the traffic of the micro base station 2 is the largest in the neighbor micro base station list with the micro base station 1, so that the micro base station 3 is preferentially started. As shown in step 5 of fig. 10.
In this embodiment, if the micro base station 2 is in the off state, since the micro base station 4 is only in the proximity relationship with the micro base station 1, the micro base station control center turns on the micro base station 2, the micro base station 3, the micro base station 4, and the micro base station 5. As shown in step 4 of fig. 10.
And step 3: the micro base station control center starts the micro base station starting operation, and then modifies the micro base station wireless coverage relation table according to the starting result, in the embodiment, the micro base stations 2, 3, 4 and 5 are recorded as the starting state.
