Abstract

本发明公开了一种变配电站边缘控制器的设计方法。该方法主要包括主控模块、触摸显示屏、传感器/智能模块接口、开关量模块、门禁控制模块、视频管理模块、以太网通信模块、无线通信模块、千兆交换机、电源模块。该边缘控制器通过各种接口采集变配电站环境信息、安防信息、视频信息、设备运行信息,通过智能策略运算做出及时响应,生成正常运行信息或报警信息,同时产生控制命令对现场设备进行相应控制,消除或缓解设备隐患,保证站内设备正常运行。边缘控制器同时将上述信息通过以太网通信模块或无线通信模块上传云端做进一步处理,也可以接收来自云端控制信息,实现对当地设备的监控,从而实现了物‑云‑人的物联网交互架构。

背景技术
随着经济和电力工业的飞速发展,各个电压等级的变电站、配电站众多,在给人们工作、生产、生活带来便利的同时,也对变、配电站的管理提出了很多新的要求。在电力设备故障判断和控制实现自动化的情况下,只有同步实现环境监测、设备在线监测和控制等辅助监控之后,才能真正实现变、配电站的无人值守。在当前物联网技术和高速无线通信技术逐步成熟的大环境下,在电力行业提出电力泛在物联网和透明电网的专业背景下,基于物联网技术的变配电站辅助监控系统将变得更加强大和智能,而基于物联网技术的变配电站辅助监控系统中的核心设备——边缘控制器的设计将具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了构建基于物联网技术的变配电站辅助监控系统,本发明提出了如下一种变配电站边缘控制器的设计方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种变配电站边缘控制器的设计方法,包括主控模块、触摸显示屏、传感器/智能模块接口、开关量模块、门禁控制模块、视频管理模块、以太网通信模块、无线通信模块、千兆交换机、电源模块;其特征在于:该边缘控制器通过各种接口采集变配电站环境信息、安防信息、视频信息、设备运行信息,并通过以太网通信模块或无线通信模块上传云端做进一步处理,也可以接收来自云端控制信息,实现对当地设备的监控。
上述一种变配电站边缘控制器的设计方法,其进一步特征在于:该边缘控制器通过各种接口采集的变配电站环境信息、安防信息、视频信息、设备运行信息传送到主控模块后,主控模块通过对多种来源的数据进行分析,按照设定的各种智能控制策略进行决策,对现场设备进行及时控制,保证设备安全可靠运行。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器参与各种智能控制策略的数据来源可以配置,以匹配不同变配电站的数据采集硬件配置的需要。

进一步的,所述的边缘控制器的智能控制策略具备默认智能逻辑,也可以通过本地触摸液晶屏或云端进行编程修改,以满足用户的个性化需求。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器采集的变配电站环境信息包括温度、湿度、SF6浓度、O2浓度、O3浓度,根据设定的上下限值进行报警,并控制相关设备进行温湿度控制、抽风排气,以保持合适的设备环境,同时将采集量和控制结果上传云平台做进一步处理。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器采集的变配电站安防信息包括烟雾、浸水、红外电子围栏等,出现异常时进行报警,并通过智能控制策略控制视频设备录像取证、水泵设备进行抽水排涝等。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器的门禁控制具备指纹识别、人脸识别、密码开锁等功能,同时具有开关门信息如出入时间、人员、录像等本地存储和远传上云功能。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器的视频管理可以接入多路IP摄像头,具有视频巡检、视频定位、视频告警、视频联动、视频存储、视频转发等功能。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器的设备运行信息有开关状态、触头温度、空调状态、灯光状态等,开关状态通过摄像头拍摄的照片识别获得,触头温度通过无线测温模块获得,空调状态通过空调控制模块监测工作电流获得,灯光状态通过灯光控制模块获得。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器的变配电站环境信息、安防信息和设备运行信息可以通过专门的通信控制线路交互,也具有LoRa、Zigbee无线接入方式;视频信息通过双绞线缆或光纤以太网接入,也具备4G/5G接入接口;上传云端的接口方式可以是光纤等有线网络,也可以是4G/5G/NB-IoT等无线网络。
进一步的,所述的边缘控制器具有完善的安全保障措施,主要体现在本地液晶菜单操作具有严格的权限管理、与云端通信具有安全认证机制和芯片级别的报文加密解密措施。
有益效果:本发明针对变配电站辅助监控系统的实际应用场景,提出了基于物联网技术的监控系统中关键设备——边缘控制器的设计方法,对将最新互联网技术、物联网技术、云计算技术应用于变配电站辅助监控系统提出了新思路,也将快速推进电力泛在物联网和透明电网的建设作出贡献。

变配电站边缘控制器包括主控模块、触摸显示屏、传感器/智能模块接口、开关量模块、门禁控制模块、视频管理模块、以太网通信模块、无线通信模块、千兆交换机、电源模块。该边缘控制器通过各种接口采集变配电站环境信息、安防信息、视频信息、设备运行信息,并通过以太网通信模块或无线通信模块上传云端做进一步处理,也可以接收来自云端控制信息,实现对当地设备的监控。在各个地方的相关人员可以通过电脑或手机上云,实现对变配电站设备和环境信息的查看和对设备的控制。
电源模块为110/220V AC/DC宽范围输入的高可靠性开关电源,给控制器内部各个模块提供工作电源。
主控模块是边缘控制器的大脑,具有高性能的硬件配置,实现数据收集、数据处理、逻辑控制、协议转换、数据转发、显示控制等功能。
触摸显示屏是界面友好的人机交互设备,能查看所有采集数据和视频,具备权限的人员能进行参数设置、逻辑编程和设备控制。
传感器/智能模块接口具备有线串行接口和无线LoRa、Zigbee无线接入方式,主要实现温度、湿度、SF6浓度、O2浓度、O3浓度等环境参数传感器以及空调、水泵等控制设备的接入。
开关量模块实现报警开入量接入和开出量设备控制输出。
门禁控制模块实现对具备指纹识别、人脸识别、密码开锁等各种功能门禁设备的接入。
视频管理模块可以接入多路IP摄像头,具有视频巡检、视频定位、视频告警、视频联动、视频存储、视频转发等功能。
以太网通信模块和千兆交换机可以扩展以太网设备接入。
无线通信模块主要是指4G/5G/NB-IoT等无线通信模块,通过该模块可以将数据上云。
