The connecting shell 10 and the annular thread frame 21 are wrapped by insulating layers.
In the process of position movement of the inserting locking plate 22, the middle inserting-connecting branched chain 24 and the circumferential locking branched chain 50 are matched with each other to apply pressure to the inner side of the cable from inside to outside, the annular thread frame 21 controls the outer locking branched chain 60 and the outer inserting-connecting branched chain 26 to apply pressure to the outer side of the cable from outside to inside in the rotating feeding process, and therefore two-stage locking and fixing are conducted on the cable, the cable can be stably fixed on the connecting shell 10 and the fast inserting locking mechanism 20, and safe use after cable connection is guaranteed.
The specific two-stage fixation and simultaneous operation are carried out, and the principle is as follows;
the inserting locking plate 22 drives the inserting spring rod 241 to move towards the connecting shell 10 in the moving process, the inserting spring rod 241 is inserted into the supporting pipe frame 51 to extrude the T-shaped rod 52 in the moving process, the position of the T-shaped rod 52 is changed after extrusion to drive the driving block 53 to move horizontally, the driving block 53 extrudes the circumferential locking frame 56 in the moving process, the circumferential locking frame 56 applies pressure to the inner side of the cable, the inserting locking plate 22 moves while the annular thread frame 21 synchronously rotates and feeds inwards, the moving annular thread frame 21 extrudes the linkage block 68, the linkage block 68 moves after extrusion, the linkage block 68 controls the extrusion block 66 to move synchronously through the linkage rope 67 in the process, the extrusion block 66 applies pressure to the outer locking frame 63 in the moving process, the extruded outer locking frame 63 applies pressure to the outer side of the cable, the outer locking frame 63 and the circumferential locking frame 56 are matched with each other to lock the cable in the first threading hole, so that the first-stage locking of the cable is completed.
After the extrusion fit between the plugging spring rod 241 and the T-shaped rod 52 reaches a designated position, the plugging locking plate 22 continues to move the plugging spring rod 241 to contract towards the middle plugging cavity 23, so as to drive the extrusion plugging block 242 to extrude the middle locking frame 244, the extruded middle locking frame 244 applies pressure to the cable from inside to outside, the abutting block 264 is inserted into the outside plugging cavity 25 in the process of movement of the plugging locking plate 22 to extrude the outside locking frame 262, the extruded outside locking frame 262 applies pressure to the cable from outside to inside, the middle locking frame 244 and the outside locking frame 262 are mutually matched to lock the cable inside the second-number plugging hole, and secondary locking of the cable is completed.
