Abstract
The invention provides an express package ID coding method which comprises the following steps of obtaining an express package target address, and obtaining a corresponding longitude and latitude coordinate code through a positioning system according to the express package target address; converting the longitude and latitude coordinate codes into the forms of degree, minute and second of the longitude coordinate code and the latitude coordinate code respectively; pause intervals are used among degrees, minutes and seconds; defining longitude letters, E is east longitude, W is west longitude and latitude letters, N is north latitude and S is south latitude; and replacing the original character address expression by adopting the longitude and latitude coordinate code of the express parcel target address, wherein the coding format is longitude letters, longitude coordinate code-latitude letters and latitude coordinate code in sequence. The method can express the delivery target of the parcel more quickly and accurately, is convenient to write and has a universal principle; meanwhile, the coding mode is more convenient for optimizing sorting channels in sorting links, and realizes enterprise-level sorting interconnection sharing, thereby reducing the transportation cost.

Preferably, the express package target address is at least accurate to a district building number or a house number.
Preferably, the effective lengths of the longitude coordinate code and the latitude coordinate code are 7 bits and 6 bits respectively; and the effective numbers of the degrees, the minutes and the seconds are integers.
Preferably, an encryption method is also included; the encryption method is to add or delete anti-counterfeiting numbers in the longitude and latitude coordinate codes of the express parcel destination address according to convention.
