The embodiment of the application provides a method for opening a document, which can be applied to an electronic device capable of reading a WPS Word (WebSphere Process Server Word, WPS Word processor) document. The terminal may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone; alternatively, the terminal may be a PC (personal computer ) terminal.
The following will describe a method for opening a document according to the embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, and the specific steps are as follows:
step 101, when the target document is closed, if a save instruction of the user input document is not received, the target document is acquired.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can edit the document by using the electronic device, and the edited content comprises characters, pictures, slides, tables and the like. After editing the target document by using the electronic device, the electronic device acquires the target document when the electronic device closes the target document due to forgetting to input a save instruction or due to failure of the electronic device and the save instruction input by the user to the target document is not received.
Step 102, storing the target document in a preset hidden directory folder, and creating a document tag corresponding to the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device sets a hidden directory folder in advance, wherein the hidden directory folder is used for storing the target document which is closed without receiving the document storage instruction input by the user, and the hidden directory folder is a folder invisible to the user. After the target document is saved to the preset hidden directory folder, the electronic device creates a folder for saving the document tag in the electronic device by editing the client home page of the document, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a display interface of the client in the electronic device, where the display interface includes an open button, a collaboration button, a new document draft box button, and a document recording portion, and the new document draft box button in the interface display is an entry of the folder for saving the document tag. And creating a document tag corresponding to the target document in a folder for storing the document tag. As shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of an interface of a document tag according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the display interface includes a document tag and a delete button, the document tag is a tag that can be opened corresponding to a target document, all document tags are to be displayed in a folder storing the document tag, and a user can open the target document stored in the hidden directory folder by inputting a selection instruction of the document tag.
Optionally, the electronic device stores the target document in a preset hidden directory folder, and creates a document tag corresponding to the target document, including the following steps:
extracting target characters of the target document, and taking the target characters as the document names of the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to form the corresponding relation between the target document in the hidden directory and the document tag and clearly show the content of the target document, the electronic device names the target document and the document tag. The embodiment of the application provides a named example, and the specific process can be as follows: after the target document is saved by the electronic device into the hidden directory folder, the electronic device takes a preset number of characters of the target document as the name of the target document, and the preset number can be freely set by a user through the electronic device, for example, takes 8 characters of the target document as the name of the target document. If the electronic device names the target document and the documents with the same name already exist in the hidden directory folder, the electronic device adds brackets and numbers to the name of the target document to distinguish other documents in the hidden directory folder when naming the target document.
And step two, storing the target document into a hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device stores the target document, the electronic device extracts all data of the target document, stores all data into the document, and modifies the storage path to the hidden directory folder so as to store the target document into the hidden directory folder. In order to ensure that the hidden directory folder and the documents in the hidden directory folder do not occupy excessive storage space, the embodiment of the application provides an example of limiting the hidden directory folder, which comprises the following specific processes: for all the documents in the hidden directory folder, the electronic equipment can sequence according to the time when the documents are stored in the hidden directory folder, when the number of the documents in the hidden directory folder is larger than a preset number threshold, the electronic equipment automatically deletes the document stored in the hidden directory folder with the earliest time sequence, and the number of the documents in the hidden directory folder is ensured not to exceed the preset number threshold. The preset number threshold can be freely set by a user through the electronic equipment, for example, the user sets the preset number threshold to 100 through the electronic equipment, and when the number of the documents in the hidden directory folder is greater than 100, the electronic equipment automatically deletes and stores the documents with the earliest time sequence in the hidden directory folder.
Creating the document label corresponding to the target document, and taking the document name as the document label name of the document label.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic device saves the target document in the hidden directory folder, a document tag corresponding to the target document is created. The document label is a label visible to a user, and the user can click on the document label in a mode of selecting the document label by inputting, so that a target document corresponding to the document label is opened. When the target document is deleted from the hidden directory folder, the document tag corresponding to the target document is also deleted by the electronic device. And after the electronic device creates a document tag for the target document, taking the document name as the document tag name of the document tag. Such naming rules provide a one-to-one correspondence of target documents in the hidden directory folder to document tags.
And fourthly, adding a newly added document prompt icon at the entry label of the folder where the document label is located.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device adds the newly added document prompt icon at the entry tag of the folder where the document tag is located. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of a client according to an embodiment of the present application. The home page interface of the client for editing the document can comprise an opening button, a cooperation button, a newly built document draft box button and a document recording part. The document recording part is used for displaying the edited document, the electronic equipment receives a storage instruction input by a user, the newly-built document draft box button is used for storing the entry of the document label, and all the document labels are displayed in the document label storing folder. When a new target text stored in the hidden directory folder exists, the electronic device adds a new document prompt icon at the entrance of the folder storing the document tag to remind the user that a new document is stored in the hidden directory folder.
And step 103, after receiving a selection instruction of a corresponding document label input by a user, acquiring a target document from the hidden directory folder and displaying the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, the target document can be stored in a hidden directory folder, wherein the hidden directory folder is a folder invisible to a user, and the user wants to open the target document in the hidden directory folder, and can open the target document by inputting an instruction of a document tag corresponding to the selected target document into the electronic device. In the electronic device, the target document and the document tag are in one-to-one correspondence, and a user can control the electronic device through an input instruction. And the electronic equipment operates the document tag according to the instruction, retrieves the target document with the same name as the document tag, and further saves the target document or deletes the target document.
Optionally, after receiving a selection instruction of a corresponding document tag input by a user, acquiring a target document from the hidden directory folder and displaying the target document, and specifically, the method includes the following steps:
and step one, after receiving a selection instruction of a corresponding document label input by a user, searching a target document with the same name as the document label in the hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user wants to open the target document in the hidden directory folder, the user needs to input the instruction for selecting the document label corresponding to the target document, and after receiving the instruction, the electronic device searches the document with the same name as the document label in the hidden directory folder because the target document corresponds to the document label one by one, so that the target document corresponding to the document label can be found.
After the electronic device saves the target document to the hidden directory folder, the electronic device may determine that the target document is a newly added target document until the electronic device receives an opening instruction of the corresponding target document. After the electronic equipment receives the opening instruction of the corresponding target document, the electronic equipment can open the target document and eliminate a newly added document prompt icon at the entry label of the folder where the document label is located.
And step two, opening the target document in the hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic device retrieves the target document with the same name as the document tag in the hidden directory folder, the electronic device acquires all data contents of the target document and opens all data of the target document in an editor of the edited document, so that the effect of opening the target document is achieved. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device presents all the document tags in the order of creation time in the interface, in which the user can input an instruction, and the electronic device will operate the document tags according to the instruction input by the user.
Optionally, in addition to the selected instruction of the document tag, the user may input other instructions, specifically, the following instructions may be included, but not limited to:
saving instructions: when a user inputs a document label storing instruction to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment stores the target document in the hidden directory folder, moves the target document out of the hidden directory folder to the folder where other normally stored documents are located, and deletes the document label corresponding to the target document.
Deletion instruction: when a user inputs a command for deleting the document tag to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment simultaneously deletes the target document in the hidden directory folder and the document tag corresponding to the target document.
Multiple selection instruction: when the user inputs a multi-choice document tag instruction to the electronic device, the electronic device executes a deletion instruction on a plurality of selected document tags. In fig. 3, after receiving the multiple selection instruction, the electronic device selects three document tags, and the user may input a deletion instruction to enable the electronic device to execute the deletion instruction on the three document tags at the same time.
Alternatively, when the target document in the hidden directory folder is closed, if the document saving instruction input by the user is not received, the electronic device may save the target document to the hidden directory folder again.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment receives the selection instruction of the document label input by the user, the target document in the hidden directory folder is opened. If the target document is closed again and the document saving instruction input by the user is not received, a new document is saved in the hidden directory folder again and renamed.
