The embodiment of the application provides a method for opening a document, which can be applied to electronic equipment capable of reading a WPS Word (WebSphere Process Server Word) document. Wherein, the terminal can be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone; alternatively, the terminal may be a PC (personal computer) terminal.
The following will describe a method for opening a document provided in an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the specific steps are as follows:
step 101, when closing the target document, if the saving instruction of the document input by the user is not received, acquiring the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can edit a document by using the electronic device, and the edited content includes characters, pictures, slides, tables and the like. After the user edits the target document by using the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment closes the target document due to forgetting to input the saving instruction or due to the failure of the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment acquires the target document when the saving instruction input by the user for the target document is not received.
And 102, storing the target document to a preset hidden directory folder, and creating a document tag corresponding to the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device is preset with a hidden directory folder, the hidden directory folder is used for storing the target document which is closed without receiving the document storage instruction input by the user, and the hidden directory folder is a folder invisible to the user. After the target document is saved in the preset hidden directory folder, the electronic device creates a folder for saving document tags on a client side home page of the edited document in the electronic device, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a display interface of the client side in the electronic device, where the display interface includes an open button, a cooperation button, a new document draft box button, and a document recording part, and the new document draft box button in the interface display is an entry of the folder for saving document tags. And creating a document tag corresponding to the target document in the folder for storing the document tag. As shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of an interface of a document tag provided in an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the display interface includes a document tag and a delete button, the document tag is a tag capable of opening a corresponding target document, all document tags are to be displayed in a folder for storing document tags, and a user may open a target document stored in a hidden directory folder by inputting a selection instruction of the document tag.
Optionally, the electronic device stores the target document in a preset hidden directory folder, and creates a document tag corresponding to the target document, including the following steps:
step one, extracting target characters of the target document, and taking the target characters as a document name of the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to form a corresponding relationship between a target document and a document tag in a hidden directory and clearly show the content of the target document, the electronic device names the target document and the document tag. The embodiment of the application provides a named example, and the specific process can be as follows: after the target document is saved in the hidden directory folder by the electronic device, the electronic device names the target document by taking a preset number of characters of the target document, and the preset number can be freely set by a user through the electronic device, for example, 8 characters of the target document are named for the target document. If the electronic equipment names the target document and the hidden directory folder already has the document with the same name, the electronic equipment finally adds brackets and numbers to the name of the target document to distinguish other documents in the hidden directory folder when naming the target document.
And step two, storing the target document into the hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment stores the target document, the electronic equipment extracts all data of the target document, stores all the data into the document, and modifies the storage path to the hidden directory folder, so that the target document is stored into the hidden directory folder. In order to ensure that the hidden directory folder and the documents in the hidden directory folder do not occupy too much storage space, an example of limiting the hidden directory folder is provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the specific process may be: for all the documents in the hidden directory folder, the electronic equipment can sequence the documents according to the time for saving the documents to the hidden directory folder, and when the number of the documents in the hidden directory folder is greater than a preset number threshold, the electronic equipment automatically deletes the document which is saved to the hidden directory folder and has the earliest time sequence, so that the number of the documents in the hidden directory folder is not greater than the preset number threshold. The preset number threshold may be freely set by the user through the electronic device, for example, the user sets the preset number threshold to 100 pieces through the electronic device, and when the number of documents in the hidden directory folder is greater than 100 pieces, the electronic device automatically deletes the document saved to the hidden directory folder with the earliest time ranking.
And step three, creating the document tag corresponding to the target document, and taking the document name as the document tag name of the document tag.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target document is stored in the hidden directory folder by the electronic device, the document tag corresponding to the target document is created. The document tag is a tag visible to a user, and the user can click the document tag by inputting a selected document tag, so that a target document corresponding to the document tag is opened. When the target document is deleted from the hidden directory folder, the document tag corresponding to the target document is also deleted by the electronic device. And when the electronic equipment creates a document tag for the target document, taking the document name as the document tag name of the document tag. Such a naming convention provides a one-to-one correspondence of the target document in the hidden directory folder to the document tag.
And step four, adding a newly added document prompt icon at the entrance label of the folder where the document label is located.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device adds a new document prompt icon at an entry tag of a folder where a document tag is located. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a display interface of a client according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The home interface of the client for editing the document may include an open button, a cooperation button, a new document draft box button, and a document recording section. The document recording part is a document which is displayed and edited, the electronic equipment receives a storage instruction input by a user, the button of the newly-built document draft box is an inlet of a folder for storing document tags, and all the document tags are displayed in the folder for storing the document tags. When a new target text stored in the hidden directory folder exists, the electronic equipment adds a new document prompt icon at the entrance of the folder for storing the document tag so as to remind a user that a new document is stored in the hidden directory folder.
And 103, acquiring and displaying the target document from the hidden directory folder after receiving a selection instruction of the corresponding document tag input by the user.
In the embodiment of the application, the target document can be stored in the hidden directory folder, the hidden directory folder is a folder invisible to a user, the user wants to open the target document in the hidden directory folder, and the target document can be opened by inputting an instruction for selecting a document tag corresponding to the target document to the electronic device. In the electronic equipment, the target documents correspond to the document tags one by one, and a user can control the electronic equipment by inputting instructions. And the electronic equipment operates the document tag according to the instruction, retrieves the target document with the same name as the document tag, and further saves the target document or deletes the target document.
Optionally, after receiving a selection instruction of a corresponding document tag input by a user, obtaining a target document from the hidden directory folder and displaying the target document, the specific steps include:
step one, after receiving a selection instruction of a corresponding document tag input by a user, retrieving a target document with the same name as the document tag in a hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user wants to open a target document in a hidden directory folder, an instruction for selecting a document tag corresponding to the target document needs to be input, and the target document corresponding to the document tag can be found by retrieving the document with the same name as the document tag in the hidden directory folder after the electronic equipment receives the instruction because the target document and the document tag are in one-to-one correspondence.
After the electronic device saves the target document to the hidden directory folder, the electronic device may determine that the target document is a newly added target document until the electronic device receives an open instruction corresponding to the target document. After the electronic equipment receives an opening instruction corresponding to the target document, the electronic equipment can open the target document and eliminate a new document prompt icon at an entry label of a folder where a document label is located.
And step two, opening the target document in the hidden directory folder.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment searches the target document with the same name as the document tag in the hidden directory folder, the electronic equipment acquires all data contents of the target document and opens all data of the target document in an editor for editing the document so as to achieve the effect of opening the target document. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device presents all document tags in the interface in the order of creation time, the user can input an instruction in the interface, and the electronic device operates the document tags according to the instruction input by the user.
Optionally, in addition to the instruction for selecting the document tag, the user may also input other instructions, which may specifically include, but are not limited to, the following instructions:
saving instructions: when a user inputs a document tag storage instruction to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment stores a target document in the hidden directory folder, moves the target document out of the hidden directory folder to a folder where other normally stored documents are located, and deletes a document tag corresponding to the target document.
And (4) deleting an instruction: when a user inputs a command of deleting the document tag to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment deletes the target document in the hidden directory folder and the document tag corresponding to the target document at the same time.
And (3) multi-selection instruction: when the user inputs a multi-selection document tag instruction to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment executes a deletion instruction on a plurality of selected document tags. In fig. 3, after the electronic device receives the multiple selection instruction to select three document tags, the user may input a deletion instruction to cause the electronic device to execute the deletion instruction on the three document tags at the same time.
Alternatively, when the target document in the hidden directory folder is closed, if a document saving instruction input by the user is not received, the electronic device may save the target document to the hidden directory folder again.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment receives a selected instruction of a document tag input by a user, a target document in a hidden directory folder is opened. And if the target document is closed again and a document saving instruction input by the user is not received, a new document is saved in the hidden directory folder again and renamed. The embodiment provided by the embodiment of the method can solve the defects of inconvenience and low efficiency in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 4, an example of a method for opening a document provided in the embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
