Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the out-of-stock detection apparatus according to the present application is shown. The out-of-stock detection apparatus in this embodiment may include an out-of-stock detection unit 1 and a detection processor 2.
The out-of-stock detection unit 1 may include at least one detection switch. In fig. 1, a detection switch 11, a detection switch 12, a detection switch 13, a detection switch 14, a detection switch 15, and a detection switch 16 are schematically shown. It should be noted that the detection switches in fig. 1 are only exemplary, and in practice, the number of the detection switches may be determined according to the shelf area, the size of the goods, and the like. The detection switches are usually triggered when the pressure value generated by the goods placed on the detection switches is less than one-N minutes of the weight of the goods, wherein N is the number of the detection switches which can be contacted by the placing surface of the goods after the goods are placed. In general, the detection switch may be a silicone key with a conductive coating, or may be a metal dome.
Here, the detection area corresponding to the detection switch may be an area with a preset length as a radius and the detection switch as a center of a circle. The preset length may be related to factors such as sensitivity of the detection switch, size of the cargo, and the like. The cargo state may include a good state and a bad state. If the cargo state of the detection area is a cargo state, it can be shown that the cargo is placed on the detection area and the number of the placed cargo meets a preset condition (for example, is greater than a preset proportion of the total number of the cargo); if the cargo state of the detection area is the out-of-stock state, it can be said that the number of the cargos placed on the detection area does not satisfy the preset condition.
Here, one end of the detection switch may be connected to the detection processor 2, and the other end of the detection switch may be connected to the detection voltage signal terminal 3. As shown in fig. 1, one ends of the detection switch 11, the detection switch 12, the detection switch 13, the detection switch 14, the detection switch 15, and the detection switch 16 are respectively connected to the detection processor 2, and the other ends of the detection switch 11, the detection switch 12, the detection switch 13, the detection switch 14, the detection switch 15, and the detection switch 16 are respectively connected to the detection voltage signal terminal 3. The detection voltage signal terminal 3 may be a high level signal terminal or a low level signal terminal (e.g., a power ground terminal). In practice, one end of the detection switch may be connected to a pad of an input pin of the detection processor 2, and one end of the detection switch may be connected to a pad of a pin of the detection voltage signal terminal 3.
Here, each detection switch may be configured to detect a cargo state of a detection area corresponding to the detection switch, and an on-off state of the detection switch may be determined based on the cargo state in the detection area corresponding to the detection switch. Specifically, if the cargo state in the detection area corresponding to the detection switch is a cargo state, it indicates that the cargo exists on the detection area corresponding to the detection switch and the number of the placed cargo satisfies the preset condition, and a sufficient number of the cargo is placed on the detection switch so that the detection switch is in a conduction state due to the cargo pressure. If the goods state in the detection area corresponding to the detection switch is the out-of-stock state, it indicates that the number of the goods placed on the detection area corresponding to the detection switch does not meet the preset condition, and at this time, the detection switch is in the off state.
Here, the detection processor 2 may determine the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit 1 based on an on-off state of each of the at least one detection switch. The detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit 1 is generally the total area that can be detected by at least one detection switch included in the out-of-stock detection unit 1. It should be noted that, if the detection voltage signal terminal 3 is a high level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor 2 detects that a high level signal is received from the pin a, it can be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin a is in an on state. If the detection voltage signal terminal 3 is a low level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor 2 detects that a low level signal is received from the pin B, it can be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin B is in a conducting state.
Specifically, the detection processor 2 may first determine the number of detection switches in the off state; then, the percentage of the number of the detection switches in the off state to the total number of the at least one detection switch may be determined as the stock out rate of the detection area detected by the stock out detection unit 1. As an example, if the detection switches 12, 15 and 16 are in the off state and the detection switches 11, 13 and 14 are in the on state, the detection processor 2 may determine that the number of detection switches in the off state is 3, and then, may determine that 50% of the total number 6 of the detection switches and the number of detection switches in the off state is 3 as the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit 1.
Here, the detection processor 2 may acquire the cargo state of the detection area corresponding to each detection switch by means of periodic inquiry or interrupt triggering. The interrupt trigger can also be called external interrupt, and is an internal mechanism for the single chip microcomputer to process external events in real time. When some external event occurs, the interrupt system of the single chip will force the Central Processing Unit (CPU) to suspend the executing program, and then to process the interrupt event; and returning to the interrupted program after the interrupt processing is finished, and continuing to execute. Here, if the on-off state of a certain detection switch changes, the detection processor 2 may suspend the currently executed program, and may calculate the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit.
Here, the out-of-stock detection means may include a power supply means. The power supply device may include a lithium battery or a dry battery. The detection processor in the out-of-stock detection device usually carries out periodic acquisition or interruption triggering acquisition on the on-off state of the detection switch, so that the out-of-stock detection device is in a dormant state in most of time, and when the acquisition time is up or the on-off state of the detection switch is changed, the processes of detecting the on-off state of the switch, determining the out-of-stock rate and sending out-of-stock information to the management server are carried out once, and then the management server enters the dormant state again.
In practical applications, the out-of-stock detection device may be designed as a square pad-like structure, and the thickness may be a predetermined value (e.g., 1 centimeter (cm) to 2 cm). The out-of-stock detection device can be placed between the goods shelf and the goods. The preset value is usually small, and at the moment, the out-of-stock detection device can reduce occupied shelf space.
Alternatively, the detection processor 2 may determine whether the stock out rate is greater than a preset stock out rate threshold (e.g., 50%), and may generate stock out information to be sent to the management server if the stock out rate is greater than the stock out rate threshold. The out-of-stock information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the goods number of the goods to be restocked and the position information of the shelf. After receiving the out-of-stock information, the management server may send the out-of-stock information to a target terminal (e.g., a terminal device such as a cell phone or a computer of a replenishment worker).
To sum up, the out-of-stock detection device that this application embodiment provided need not change goods shelves structure and just can realize fast out-of-stock and detect.
Optionally, please refer to fig. 2, which shows a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the stock out detection apparatus provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the out-of-stock detection apparatus may further include at least one integrated serial chip 4. In fig. 2, the merging-out chip 4 includes a merging-out chip 41 and a merging-out chip 42. It should be noted that the merged serial-out chips in fig. 2 are only exemplary, and in practice, the number of the merged serial-out chips may be determined according to the number of input pins of the detection processor, the number of input pins of the merged serial-out chips, the number of detection switches, and other factors. Each merging and stringing-out chip is provided with at least two input ends, any two detection switches of the stock shortage detection unit are connected with different input ends of the merging and stringing-out chip, and the detection processor is connected with the output end of each merging and stringing-out chip.
As an example, in fig. 2, the merging serial chip 41 has three input terminals, and the three input terminals of the merging serial chip 41 are connected to the detection switch 11, the detection switch 12, and the detection switch 13, respectively. The merge-and-string chip 42 has three input terminals, and the three input terminals of the merge-and-string chip 42 are respectively connected to the detection switch 14, the detection switch 15, and the detection switch 16. The output terminal of the merge-and-serial chip 41 and the output terminal of the merge-and-serial chip 42 are respectively connected to the detection processor 2.
Alternatively, for each of the at least one detection switch, the detection processor 2 may determine whether the on-off state of the detection switch is an off state. Specifically, if the detection voltage signal terminal 3 is a high level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor 2 detects that no high level signal is received from the pin a, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin a is in an off state. If the detection voltage signal terminal 3 is a low level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor 2 detects that no low level signal is received from the pin B, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin B is in an off state. If the on-off state of the detection switch is determined to be the off state, the state of the goods on the detection area corresponding to the detection switch can be determined to be the out-of-stock state.
Optionally, the out-of-stock information may include at least one of: shelf number and stock out rate of stock out shelf. The replenishment personnel can search the goods shortage shelf by using the shelf number and determine the quantity of the goods to be replenished according to the goods shortage rate.
Alternatively, a top of each of the at least one detection switch may be provided with a connection pad having an area larger than that of the detection switch. The connecting disc can be used for bearing goods placed on the connecting disc. The connecting disc can be made of rubber, plastic and the like. The detection area corresponding to the detection switch can be increased through the arranged connecting disc.
In practice, the bottom of each detection switch may be provided with a support point to protect the detection switch from being affected by overload pressure.
The out-of-stock detection device that this application embodiment provided can utilize more detection switch to detect voltage signal under the unchangeable condition of detection treater input pin to the accuracy of testing result has been improved.
Please refer to fig. 3, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a further embodiment of the out-of-stock detection apparatus provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the out-of-stock detection device may include at least one detection switch 1, a detection processor 2, an integrated serial chip 4 and a low-power rf transceiver 5. The detection processor 2 may send out stock out information to the management server via the low power rf transceiver 5.
Here, the low-power rf transceiver 5 may be configured to transmit the out-of-stock information generated by the detection processor 2 to the management server. The low-power rf transceiver 5 may use low-power Bluetooth (Bluetooth), 2.4G, ZigBee (zigbee protocol), LoRa wireless technology, NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), and other low-power Internet of Things communication schemes. When using bluetooth low energy, 2.4G, ZigBee and LoRa wireless solutions, it is necessary to deploy corresponding gateway devices to access the network within the range of the corresponding radio frequency communication signals around the shelf. When the NB-IoT communication scheme is used, it is necessary to access the network through a base station network of a communication carrier. The short-of-stock detection device that this application embodiment provided can use low-power consumption thing networking communication technology, need not rely on commercial power and net twine socket to the deployment degree of difficulty has been reduced.
The application also provides a detection method for the out-of-stock detection device, and the method can be used for the out-of-stock detection device in each embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, a flow chart 400 of one embodiment of a detection method for a backorder detection apparatus provided herein is shown. The method may comprise the steps of:
step 401, determining the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit based on the on-off state of each detection switch in at least one detection switch of the out-of-stock detection unit.
In this embodiment, the detection processor in the out-of-stock detection apparatus may determine the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit based on an on-off state of each detection switch of at least one detection switch of the out-of-stock detection unit. The detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit is generally the total area that can be detected by at least one detection switch included in the out-of-stock detection unit.
Specifically, the detection processor may first determine the number of detection switches in an off state; then, the percentage of the number of the detection switches in the off state to the total number of the at least one detection switch may be determined as the stock out rate of the detection area detected by the stock out detection unit. As an example, if three of the six detection switches are in the off state and the other three detection switches are in the on state, the detection processor may determine 50% of the percentage of the number 3 of detection switches in the off state to the total number 6 of detection switches as the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit.
In this embodiment, the out-of-stock detection device may include the out-of-stock detection unit and the detection processor. The out-of-stock detection unit may include at least one detection switch.
In this embodiment, each of the at least one detection switch may be configured to detect a cargo state of a detection area corresponding to the detection switch. The detection area corresponding to the detection switch may be an area with the detection switch as a center of a circle and a preset length as a radius.
In this embodiment, one end of the detection switch may be connected to the detection processor, and the other end of the detection switch may be connected to the detection voltage signal terminal. The detection voltage signal terminal may be a high level signal terminal or a low level signal terminal (e.g., a power ground terminal). In practice, one end of the detection switch may be connected to a pad of the input pin of the detection processor, and one end of the detection switch may be connected to a pad of the pin of the detection voltage signal terminal.
In the present embodiment, the on-off state of the detection switch may be determined based on the state of the cargo within the detection area corresponding to the detection switch.
It should be noted that, if the detection voltage signal terminal is a high level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor detects that a high level signal is received from the pin a, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin a is in an on state. If the detection voltage signal terminal is a low level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor detects that a low level signal is received from the pin B, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin B is in a conducting state.
In this embodiment, the detection processor may acquire the cargo state of the detection area corresponding to each detection switch by using a periodic query or an interrupt trigger. The interrupt trigger can also be called external interrupt, and is an internal mechanism for the single chip microcomputer to process external events in real time. When some external event occurs, the interrupt system of the single chip will force the CPU to suspend the program being executed, and then the interrupt event is processed; and returning to the interrupted program after the interrupt processing is finished, and continuing to execute. Here, if the on-off state of a certain detection switch changes, the detection processor may suspend the currently executed program, and may calculate the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit.
Step 402, determining whether the out-of-stock rate is greater than a preset out-of-stock rate threshold.
In this embodiment, the detection processor may determine whether the out-of-stock rate is greater than a preset out-of-stock rate threshold (e.g., 50%).
Step 403, in response to determining that the out-of-stock rate is greater than the preset out-of-stock rate threshold, generating out-of-stock information sent to the management server.
In this embodiment, the out-of-stock information transmitted to the management server may be generated if the detection processor determines that the out-of-stock rate is greater than the out-of-stock rate threshold.
In some optional implementations of the embodiment, for each of the at least one detection switch of the out-of-stock detection unit, the detection processor may determine whether an on-off state of the detection switch is an off state. Specifically, if the detection voltage signal terminal is a high level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor detects that no high level signal is received from the pin a, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin a is in an off state. If the detection voltage signal terminal is a low level signal terminal, at this time, if the detection processor detects that no low level signal is received from the pin B, it may be determined that the detection switch connected to the pin B is in an off state. If the on-off state of the detection switch is determined to be the off state, the state of the goods on the detection area corresponding to the detection switch can be determined to be the out-of-stock state.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the out-of-stock information may include at least one of: shelf number and stock out rate of stock out shelf. The replenishment personnel can search the goods shortage shelf by using the shelf number and determine the quantity of the goods to be replenished according to the goods shortage rate.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the out-of-stock rate of the detection area detected by the out-of-stock detection unit is determined based on the on-off state of each detection switch in at least one detection switch of the out-of-stock detection unit; and then, in response to the fact that the out-of-stock rate is larger than a preset out-of-stock rate threshold value, generating out-of-stock information sent to a management server. Therefore, the method for detecting the out-of-stock is provided, and the out-of-stock can be quickly detected without changing the structure of the goods shelf.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
