The control panel judges whether the exhaust superheat degree is in a set exhaust superheat degree range after receiving the exhaust superheat degree, if the exhaust superheat degree is in the set exhaust superheat degree range, the electronic expansion valve coil is determined to normally operate, if the exhaust superheat degree exceeds the set exhaust superheat degree range, the electronic expansion valve coil is determined to be abnormally faulted, fault prompt is carried out, and an engineer carries out troubleshooting and resolution according to the faulted and continues to detect components of the air conditioner.
The method comprises the steps of collecting the temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor ambient temperature, obtaining the temperature difference between the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor ambient temperature according to the two temperatures, judging whether the temperature difference is in a first set temperature difference range, if the temperature difference is in the first set temperature difference range, determining that an outdoor stop valve normally operates, if the temperature difference exceeds the first set temperature difference range, determining that the outdoor stop valve abnormally operates and breaks down, carrying out fault prompt, and carrying out troubleshooting and solving by an engineer according to the broken down and continuously carrying out detection on components of the air conditioner.
Gather indoor heat exchanger temperature and indoor loop temperature, obtain the difference in temperature between them according to two temperatures, and judge whether the difference in temperature is in the second setting temperature difference range, if the difference in temperature is in the second setting temperature difference range, then confirm that indoor stop valve operation is normal, if the difference in temperature exceeds the second setting temperature difference range, then confirm that indoor stop valve operation is unusual breaks down, and carry out fault indication, the engineer is investigated and is solved according to the trouble that appears, carry out fault detection one by one through the electronic component to the air conditioner in refrigerant circulation system, after every electronic component detects all to pass through, the charactron shows for example GOOD, it is normal to show the self-checking result, the air conditioner can normal use.
In some embodiments, the prompting of the self-checking result according to the installation state and the operation state of the air conditioner comprises prompting that the self-checking is normal if the installation and the operation of the air conditioner are normal; or, when the air conditioner is in a heating or cooling state, the fault self-checking is prompted, when the air conditioner is in a heating or cooling state, the mounting state and the operating state of the air conditioner are detected by acquiring the sensing parameters of the air conditioner during operation, when the sensing parameters are in a set range, the mounting and the operation of the air conditioner are normal, the self-checking is prompted to be normal, for example, GOOD is displayed on a nixie tube, if the sensing parameters exceed the set range, the mounting or the operation of the air conditioner is indicated to have faults, the fault prompting is performed, an engineer conducts troubleshooting and solution according to the faults, continues to detect the sensing parameters of the air conditioner, and when the judgment is performed, the judgment duration is long, for example, 5 minutes.
