Abstract

本发明公开了一种防漏球阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、阀杆及球体,其特征在于:阀体的进口通道与出口通道的内端分别设有与球体密封配合的阀座,阀座设置于阀座套上,阀座套可轴向移动和周向转动设置于阀体的安装槽内,相应的安装槽内设有平面轴承和预紧弹簧,平面轴承内侧与阀座套相抵接,预紧弹簧抵接于平面轴承外侧与安装槽底部之间;所述阀盖内转动设有上齿轮与下齿轮,上齿轮与下齿轮通过调节块相连,阀盖内侧壁上设有上齿轮单向转动止回机构,调节块与阀杆单向传动相连,下齿轮与阀座套传动相连以驱动阀座套周向转动。本发明实现阀座密封面任何部位的杂物都能被介质冲刷带走,减少阀座密封面的磨损,有效的延长阀座的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门的改进发明,尤其涉及一种防漏球阀的改进发明。
背景技术
现有球阀,球体为金属材料,而阀座为非金属材料,在球体开启与关闭的过程中,部分阀座密封面会脱离球体表面,而部分阀座密封面始终贴在球体表面,当介质中含有杂物并贴在球体表面或阀座密封面处时,杂物处于会脱离球体表面的阀座密封面位置时,杂物会在球体开启或关闭时被介质冲刷带走,而如果杂物是处于始终贴在球体表面的阀座密封面位置时,杂物不会在球体开启或关闭时被介质冲刷带走,容易造成阀座密封面受到磨损破坏(由于阀座是通过弹簧的推动紧压在球体表面,因此如果球体表面粘贴有杂物时,在开启或关闭的过程中会容易进入紧贴在球体表面的阀座密封面部位)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种减少磨损、延长寿命的防漏球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种防漏球阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、阀杆及球体,所述阀体内设有左右分布的进口通道与出口通道,所述球体转动设置在阀体内连通或阻断进口通道与出口通道,所述阀盖盖设于阀体上端,所述阀杆转动穿设于阀盖上,阀杆下端与球体传动相连,阀杆上端设有驱动手柄,其特征在于:所述进口通道与出口通道的内端分别设有与球体密封配合的阀座,阀座设置于阀座套上,阀座套可轴向移动和周向转动设置于阀体的安装槽内,相应的安装槽内设有平面轴承和预紧弹簧,平面轴承内侧与阀座套相抵接,预紧弹簧抵接于平面轴承外侧与安装槽底部之间;所述阀盖内转动设有上齿轮与下齿轮,上齿轮与下齿轮通过调节块相连,阀盖内侧壁上设有上齿轮单向转动止回机构,调节块与阀杆单向传动相连,下齿轮与阀座套传动相连以驱动阀座套周向转动。
作为优选,所述止回机构包括有止回块,止回块可左右移动设置于阀盖内侧壁的槽口内,止回块与槽口之间设有止回弹簧,所述止回块与上齿轮单向锁止配合,相应止回块锁止端的一侧面设置为第二斜面。
作为优选,所述上齿轮齿牙的一侧边角设置为第二圆角,第二圆角与第二斜面相配合。
作为优选,所述调节块内部设有空腔,该空腔的腔壁上设有一圈驱动槽,所述阀杆上设有驱动块,驱动块可径向移动设置于阀杆的槽孔内,且驱动块与槽孔之间设有驱动弹簧,所述驱动块与驱动槽单向传动配合,相应的驱动块驱动端的一侧面设置为第一斜面。
作为优选,所述驱动槽的一侧边角设置为第一圆角,第一圆角与第一斜面相配合。
作为优选,所述阀盖内侧壁上设有固定块,固定块上端设有下轴承,阀盖上内壁上设有上轴承,所述上齿轮转动设置于上轴承与下轴承之间,且上齿轮与阀杆转动相连。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的防漏球阀,该阀在开启或关闭的过程中,带动阀座绕着阀座轴线旋转,使紧贴球体表面的阀座密封面也会转动到会脱离球体表面的位置处,无论处于阀座密封面任何部位的杂物都能被介质冲刷带走,减少阀座密封面的磨损,有效的延长阀座的使用寿命,从而延长阀门的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。本实施例中,该防漏球阀,包括有阀体1、阀盖10、阀杆7及球体26,所述阀体1内设有左右分布的进口通道2与出口通道21,所述球体26通过下阀杆20转动设置在阀体1内连通或阻断进口通道2与出口通道21,所述阀盖10盖设于阀体1上端,所述阀杆7转动穿设于阀盖10上,阀杆7与阀盖10之间设有填料11并由压盖12封住,阀杆7下端与球体26通过键3与键槽传动相连,阀杆7上端设有驱动手柄13;所述进口通道2与出口通道21的内端分别设有与球体26密封配合的阀座25,阀座25设置于阀座套24上,阀座套24可轴向移动和周向转动设置于阀体1的安装槽内,相应的安装槽内设有平面轴承23和预紧弹簧22,平面轴承23内侧与阀座套24相抵接,预紧弹簧22抵接于平面轴承23外侧与安装槽底部之间,预紧弹簧22通过传动平面轴承23、阀座套24以使阀座25紧密贴合球体26;所述阀盖10内转动设有上齿轮8与下齿轮4,上齿轮8与下齿轮4通过调节块6相连,阀盖10内侧壁上设有上齿轮单向转动止回机构,以限制上齿轮8回转,调节块6与阀杆7单向传动相连,下齿轮4与阀座套24传动相连以驱动阀座套24周向转动,具体为下齿轮4与阀座套24形成齿轮传动。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述止回机构包括有止回块14,止回块14可左右移动设置于阀盖10内侧壁的槽口内,止回块14与槽口之间设有止回弹簧15,止回弹簧15用于传动止回块14由槽口内外移,所述止回块14与上齿轮8单向锁止配合,相应止回块14锁止端的一侧面设置为第二斜面31。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述上齿轮8齿牙的一侧边角设置为第二圆角30,第二圆角30与第二斜面31相配合,有效防止卡死。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述调节块6内部设有空腔,该空腔的腔壁上设有一圈驱动槽5,所述阀杆7上设有驱动块18,驱动块18可径向移动设置于阀杆7的槽孔内,且驱动块18与槽孔之间设有驱动弹簧19,驱动弹簧19用于传动驱动块18径向外移,所述驱动块18与驱动槽5单向传动配合,相应的驱动块18驱动端的一侧面设置为第一斜面28。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述驱动槽5的一侧边角设置为第一圆角27,第一圆角27与第一斜面28相配合,有效防止卡死。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述阀盖10内侧壁上设有固定块17,固定块17上端设有下轴承16,阀盖10上内壁上设有上轴承9,所述上齿轮8转动设置于上轴承9与下轴承16之间,且上齿轮8与阀杆7转动相连,提高上齿轮8转动的稳定性。
本发明的开启过程:逆时针旋转手柄13,带动阀杆7逆时针90度旋转,开启球体26时,阀杆7上的驱动块18带动调节块6及上齿轮8与下齿轮4逆时针旋转,由于下齿轮4与阀座套24形成齿轮传动,从而带动阀座套24、阀座25顺时针旋转,使紧贴于球体26表面的阀座25密封面部分旋转至能脱离球体26表面的位置,介质能冲刷掉粘贴于阀座25密封面部位的杂物,在开启过程中,上齿轮8逆时针旋转,上齿轮8齿牙的第二圆角30作用在止回块14的第二斜面31上,推动止回块14内移,预防止回块14卡死上齿轮8转动。
关闭过程:顺时针旋转手柄13,带动阀杆7顺时针90度旋转,关闭球体26时,驱动块18的第一斜面28作用在驱动槽5的第一圆弧上,使驱动块18内移,驱动块18无法带动下齿轮4旋转,防止逆时针旋转,同时,止回块14进入上齿轮8的齿牙之间(止回槽29),进一步的防止调节块6顺时针旋转。
随着球体26来回旋转开启或关闭的过程中,阀座25始终朝顺时针方向旋转,使阀座25与球体26接触的位置发生改变,使紧贴球体26表面的阀座密封面与脱离球体表面的阀座密封面之间发生交替改变,使得无论处于阀座密封面任何部位的杂物都能被介质冲刷带走,减少阀座密封面的磨损,有效的延长阀座的使用寿命,从而延长阀门的使用寿命。

1.一种防漏球阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、阀杆及球体,所述阀体内设有左右分布的进口通道与出口通道,所述球体转动设置在阀体内连通或阻断进口通道与出口通道,所述阀盖盖设于阀体上端,所述阀杆转动穿设于阀盖上,阀杆下端与球体传动相连,阀杆上端设有驱动手柄,其特征在于:所述进口通道与出口通道的内端分别设有与球体密封配合的阀座,阀座设置于阀座套上,阀座套可轴向移动和周向转动设置于阀体的安装槽内,相应的安装槽内设有平面轴承和预紧弹簧,平面轴承内侧与阀座套相抵接,预紧弹簧抵接于平面轴承外侧与安装槽底部之间;所述阀盖内转动设有上齿轮与下齿轮,上齿轮与下齿轮通过调节块相连,阀盖内侧壁上设有上齿轮单向转动止回机构,调节块与阀杆单向传动相连,下齿轮与阀座套传动相连以驱动阀座套周向转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的防漏球阀,其特征在于:所述止回机构包括有止回块,止回块可左右移动设置于阀盖内侧壁的槽口内,止回块与槽口之间设有止回弹簧,所述止回块与上齿轮单向锁止配合,相应止回块锁止端的一侧面设置为第二斜面。
3.如权利要求2所述的防漏球阀,其特征在于:所述上齿轮齿牙的一侧边角设置为第二圆角,第二圆角与第二斜面相配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的防漏球阀,其特征在于:所述调节块内部设有空腔,该空腔的腔壁上设有一圈驱动槽,所述阀杆上设有驱动块,驱动块可径向移动设置于阀杆的槽孔内,且驱动块与槽孔之间设有驱动弹簧,所述驱动块与驱动槽单向传动配合,相应的驱动块驱动端的一侧面设置为第一斜面。
5.如权利要求4所述的防漏球阀,其特征在于:所述驱动槽的一侧边角设置为第一圆角,第一圆角与第一斜面相配合。
6.如权利要求1所述的防漏球阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖内侧壁上设有固定块,固定块上端设有下轴承,阀盖上内壁上设有上轴承,所述上齿轮转动设置于上轴承与下轴承之间,且上齿轮与阀杆转动相连。
