The problem of among the prior art elevating system fragile and unstable when using is solved.

According to the engineering equipment, the multifunctional drilling machine is arranged on the excavator main body, so that the functions of the excavator can be expanded, and an operator operates in the cab, so that the labor intensity can be reduced, and the working environment can be improved.
However, the existing drilling machine is complex in lifting arm connecting structure, not easy to install and maintain, incapable of effectively controlling the working stroke of equipment, long in stroke due to the fact that a single chain wheel is used, and large in material consumption relative to the same installation distance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the track for driving the drilling machine to lift by adopting the double-row chain, which is used for solving the problems that the conventional drilling machine is connected by adopting the lifting arm, the structure is complex, the installation and the maintenance are not easy, the working stroke of equipment cannot be effectively controlled, the single chain wheel is used, the stroke is longer, and the same installation distance consumes more materials.

the power head assembly is fixedly arranged above the power head base, the bottom and the top of the large arm are respectively and fixedly connected with a lower chain guide seat and an upper chain guide seat, and a plurality of chain guide wheels are respectively arranged in the lower chain guide seat and the upper chain guide seat;
one end of the movable pulley block guide rail is connected with the bottom of the large arm, the other end of the movable pulley block guide rail is connected with the lower end of the chain telescopic oil cylinder, and the top end of the chain telescopic oil cylinder is connected with the upper part of the large arm;
the movable pulley group is arranged in a movable pulley block guide rail, and the movable pulley block comprises a first movable pulley and a second movable pulley;
one end of the first double-row chain is fixedly connected to the chain lower guide seat, the other end of the first double-row chain is connected with the lower end of the power head assembly by bypassing the first movable pulley and a chain guide wheel in the chain lower guide seat, and the chain telescopic oil cylinder is further provided with a guide plate;
one end of the second double-row chain is fixedly connected to the guide plate, and the other end of the second double-row chain is connected with the upper end of the power head assembly by bypassing the second movable pulley and a chain guide wheel in the guide seat on the chain.
Furthermore, a drill rod is further arranged on the large arm, a guide sleeve is further arranged at the tail end of the drill arm guide rail, one end of the drill rod is fixedly connected with the power head assembly, and the other end of the drill rod penetrates through the guide sleeve.
Furthermore, the length of the drill rod is smaller than that of the large arm, and the central axis of the drill rod is perpendicular to the central line of the power head base.

The use method of the track for driving the drilling machine to lift by adopting the double rows of chains comprises the following steps:
s1, assembling the double-row chain track: the device comprises a large arm, a power head assembly, a power head base, a movable pulley block guide rail, a chain telescopic oil cylinder, a movable pulley block, a first double-row chain, a second double-row chain and a drill arm guide rail, wherein the drill arm guide rail is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the large arm, the power head base is arranged on the drill arm guide rail and is in sliding connection with the drill arm guide rail, the power head assembly is fixedly arranged above the power head base, the bottom and the top of the large arm are respectively and fixedly connected with a chain lower guide seat and a chain upper guide seat, a plurality of chain guide wheels are respectively arranged inside the chain lower guide seat and the chain upper guide seat, one end of the movable pulley block guide rail is connected with the bottom of the large arm, the other end of the movable pulley block guide rail is connected with the lower end of the chain telescopic oil cylinder, the top end of the chain telescopic oil cylinder is connected with the upper part of the large arm, one end of the first double-row chain is fixedly connected to the lower chain guide seat, the other end of the first double-row chain is connected with the lower end of the power head assembly by bypassing the first movable pulley and a chain guide wheel in the lower chain guide seat, the chain telescopic oil cylinder is further provided with a guide plate, one end of the second double-row chain is fixedly connected to the guide plate, and the other end of the second double-row chain is connected with the upper end of the power head assembly by bypassing the second movable pulley and the chain guide wheel in the upper chain guide seat;
s2, preparation stage: the chain telescopic oil cylinder contracts, the pulley block moves upwards in the movable pulley block guide rail, the first double-row chain and the second double-row chain drive the power head assembly to slide upwards under the drill boom guide rail, the drill rod is driven to apply the gravity to do work, and the drill rod ascends;
s3, in the operation stage, the chain telescopic oil cylinder extends, the pulley block moves downwards in the movable pulley block guide rail, the first double-row chain and the second double-row chain drive the power head assembly to slide downwards under the drill boom guide rail, and the drill rod descends vertically;
s4, replacing the drill rod with large diameter: the drill rod is detachably connected to the drill rod base, the central axis of the drill rod base coincides with the drill rod, the drill rod base comprises a first drill rod base and a second drill rod base, the diameter of the second drill rod base is larger than that of the first drill rod base, a connecting shaft is arranged at the bottom of the second drill rod base, and the connecting shaft is connected with the upper portion of the first drill rod base;
s5, hiding the first drill rod base: the power head assembly is further provided with a telescopic groove and a driving motor for driving the head of the first drill rod base to move in a telescopic mode, the telescopic groove is formed in the power head assembly, the opening of the telescopic groove faces towards the first drill rod base, the telescopic groove is in threaded connection with the first drill rod base, and the driving motor is connected with an external power supply electrode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the hydraulic cylinder drives the movable pulley block to slide up and down in the movable pulley block guide rail to drive the double-row chain to stretch, so that the double-row chain drives the power head base to slide up and down on the guide rail to realize the drilling function of the drill rod. The oil cylinder drives the chain to stretch, so that the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is shortened, and the working stroke of the equipment can be lengthened.
2. The chain connection is easier to install, maintain and replace than the traditional lifting arm.
3. The double chain wheels are adopted, so that the wheel interval is shortened, the transmission is more stable, the material is saved, and the cost is reduced.
4. The drill rod base is divided into a first drill rod base and a second drill rod base, is detachable, and can provide feasibility for replacing a large-diameter drill rod.
5. The second drill rod base is movably hidden inside the power head assembly, so that the drill rod is more convenient to replace, and the whole drill rod is more attractive.
