Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the blind of the present embodiment is built in hollow glass to form a hollow glass window, and therefore, the following description will be made by taking the hollow glass window as an example.
Specifically, the hollow glass window mainly comprises a sealed hollow glass 1, a blind 2 arranged in the hollow glass 1 and a blind operating device, wherein the blind operating device comprises a blade retracting mechanism 3 for controlling the lifting and descending of blades 22 of the blind 2 and a blade overturning mechanism 4 for controlling the turning of the blades 22.
The hollow glass 1 is known and comprises glass 10, a first frame 11 positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the glass 10 and a second frame 12 positioned at the left side and the right side of the glass 10, wherein the four frames are cuboid hollow frames, and the interiors of the frames are communicated. The blind 2 is also known and comprises a sill 20, a ladder cord 21, a plurality of vanes 22, etc.
Specifically, the blade retracting mechanism 3 includes a first inner magnet slider 30 located in the hollow glass 1 and slidably disposed along the length direction of the second frame 12, a movable pulley 31 connected to the upper portion of the first inner magnet slider 30, two lifting pull ropes 32, lifting pulleys 33 located above the blind 2 and corresponding to the lifting pull ropes 32 one by one, a fixed pulley 34, and a first outer magnet slider located outside the glass and driving the first inner magnet slider to slide. These specific structures can be referred to as 201110277348.1, and will not be described repeatedly herein.
Specifically, the blade turning mechanism 4 includes an upper page turning wheel 40 located at a junction position of the first frame 11 and the second frame 12, a lower page turning wheel 41 located below the upper page turning wheel 40, a page turning rope 42 winding and connecting the upper page turning wheel 40 and the lower page turning wheel 41, a second inner magnet slider 43 slidably disposed on the second frame 12, a second outer magnet slider (not shown) located outside the glass 10 for driving the second inner magnet slider 43 to slide, a page turning shaft 44 having two end portions fixedly connected to the upper page turning wheels 40 on both sides, two page turning control wheels 45 fixedly disposed on the page turning shaft 44, and two turning seats 46 (the number of the page turning control wheels and the turning seats is determined according to the width of the blind, and the number of the page turning control wheels and the turning seats is correspondingly increased if the blind is wide). Specific above-mentioned structures can be further referred to 201110277348.1, and a repeated description thereof is not provided herein.
In this example, just in order to put together the upset of blind 2 with receive and release, so, not only can realize the upset of blind 2 and receive and release, and further simplified the structure of product, reduce cost by a wide margin also is favorable to the packaging efficiency of product, simultaneously by the combination of movable pulley and movable pulley for blind 2 is very laborsaving in the motion process, consequently, the life of rope sheave is twice as much as the product in the prior art at least.
In particular, the first inner magnet slide 30 and the second inner magnet slide 43 are fixed on the same slide c, so that when the first outer magnet slide is actuated, the second outer magnet moves synchronously, and vice versa.
Meanwhile, an upper connecting seat 5 and a lower connecting seat 6 are respectively arranged on the right side of the junction position of the first frame 11 and the second frame 12 which are positioned on the same side.
An upper page turning wheel 40 (also a fixed pulley) and a fixed pulley 34 are arranged on the upper connecting seat 5, and a lower page turning wheel 41 (also a fixed pulley) is arranged on the lower connecting seat 6.
In this example, one end of each lifting rope 32 is fixed on the bottom beam 20 of the blind 2, and the other end is fixed on the upper connecting base 5 through a lifting pulley 33 positioned above the blind 2, a fixed pulley 34 positioned at the corner and a movable pulley 31. That is, the fixed pulley 34 at the corner plays a role of engagement, and the need to pass through from the inside of the upper connecting holder 5 is avoided to interfere with the lifting rope 32 from the outside.
In this example, the blade turning mechanism 4 further includes a clutch 7 for clutch-connecting the upper page turning wheel 40 and the page turning shaft 44, one end of the page turning rope 42 is fixedly connected to the top of the slide c, and the other end of the page turning rope is fixed to the bottom of the slide c after bypassing the upper page turning wheel 40 and the lower page turning wheel 41, when the slide c is lifted, the page turning rope 42 drives the upper page turning wheel 40 and the page turning shaft 44 which are in cooperation to synchronously rotate, until the blind is rotated to a limit angle, the clutch relatively separates the upper page turning wheel and the page turning shaft; when the sliding seat c is lifted after the blind 2 is turned over, the lifting pull rope 32 moves along with the sliding seat c and drives the blind 2 to fold and unfold, and the page turning up wheel 40 idles along with the movement of the page turning pull rope 42.
An installation frame 50 is formed on the upper connecting base 5, and the axle extending from the left and right direction of the upper page turning wheel 40 is freely rotatably erected on the installation frame 50.
The mounting rack 50 includes a rack body 500, a support plate 501 which is arranged on the rack body 500 and is provided with a downward concave mounting groove from the top, wherein the support plate 501 has two support plates, a wheel groove area is formed between the two support plates 501 and the rack body 500, and the upper page turning wheel 40 is freely erected in the mounting groove of the support plate 501 from the left end and the right end of the wheel groove area and the wheel shaft from the wheel body. Of course, the support plate 501 may be a plurality of blocks, two adjacent blocks form a wheel groove area, and the wheel body is correspondingly disposed in a certain wheel groove area.
Threading holes a are formed in the frame body 500 and at the front and rear sides of the corresponding wheel body, and the page turning ropes 42 passing around the upper page turning wheel 40 pass through the threading holes a respectively. The page turning rope 43 is not interfered by the outside by the arrangement of the thread passing hole a, thereby ensuring the stability of the page turning rope 42 wound on the upper flipping wheel 40.
Thus, the page turning cord 42 and the elevation cord 32 are completely separated and independent from each other, and therefore there is no possibility of interference therebetween.
Specifically, the axis of the movable pulley 31 is perpendicular to the axis of the upper page turning wheel 40, and the turning rope section between the top of the sliding seat c and the upper page turning wheel 40 is positioned between two U-shaped vertical arm rope sections formed by winding the movable pulley 31, fixing one end of the turning rope section on the upper connecting seat and winding the other end of the turning rope section on the fixed pulley 31. In this way, interference can be avoided.
In this example, the fixed pulley 331 is located on the front (or front) of the slide c, and the turning rope portion is located behind the two U-shaped vertical arm rope portions. Therefore, the lifting stay cord and the overturning rope are arranged on two different planes, and the problem that the lifting stay cord and the overturning rope interfere with each other when the lifting stay cord and the overturning rope are integrated with each other in a folding and unfolding mode is thoroughly solved.
Meanwhile, the clutch 7 includes a barrier module 70 fixedly provided on the frame body 500; a connecting shaft 71 with one end butted with the page turning shaft 44 and the other end butted with the left end of the wheel shaft 40a of the upper page turning wheel 40; a connecting piece 72 fixedly arranged on the connecting shaft 71 and a torsion spring 73 sleeved at the left end part of the wheel shaft 40a, wherein when the clutch member 7 is in an engaged state, the connecting shaft 71 and the wheel shaft 40a of the page turning-up wheel 40 synchronously rotate; when the clutch member 7 is in the disengaged state, the connecting pieces 72 abut against opposite sides of the blocking module 70, and the axle 40a of the upper flap wheel 40 is idly disposed relative to the connecting shaft 71.
Specifically, the blind 2 has two limit turning angles, and when two torsion arms of the torsion spring 73 are abutted against the connecting piece 72 from one and abutted against the blocking module 70 from the other, the blind is in a state of one turning limit angle; when one of the two torsion arms of the torsion spring 73 presses the connecting piece 72 on the side of the blocking module 70, the other one is in the state of the turning limit angle, wherein when the blind 2 is in any one of the limit turning angle positions and the slide c is driven to ascend and descend, the torsion arm of the torsion spring 70 is tilted up from the axle 40a of the page turning up wheel 40 and becomes loose, and the axle 40a of the page turning up wheel 40 is rotatably arranged relative to the torsion spring 73.
In this example, the angle formed between the two torsion arms of the torsion spring is about 30 degrees, and the upper page turning wheel is in an extreme position after rotating forwards or backwards for 330 degrees. In addition, the folding and unfolding of the blind cannot be influenced in the overturning process.
