Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a hollow glass built-in sunshade curtain transmission mechanism, in particular to a hollow glass sunshade dimming transmission structure.
Background
The lifting of the existing sunshade curtain built in hollow glass and the adjustment of the transmittance are mostly controlled manually, the operation is inconvenient, the two-point tightness of the stay cord is inconsistent when the stay cord is wound around the winding drum, so that the lower beam of the sunshade shutter curtain is uneven, and in addition, the thickness of the stay cord is inconsistent when the stay cord is wound around the winding drum, so that the lifting heights of the two points are also easily inconsistent, and further the lower beam is uneven.
For a small number of sunshade blinds which adopt electric control lifting and page turning operation, the page turning control and the lifting control are mutually independent structures, which leads to the increase of the manufacturing cost and complicated operation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a hollow glass sunshade dimming transmission structure which can control the lifting and page turning of a sunshade curtain simultaneously and can ensure the stable lifting of a lower beam.
In order to solve the technical problems, the hollow glass sunshade dimming transmission structure provided by the invention comprises an installation seat, wherein the installation seat comprises a first installation groove and a second installation groove which are vertically crossed, the first installation groove is arranged along the vertical direction, a transmission shaft is arranged in the second installation groove along the length direction of the second installation groove, at least two wire drawing seats are sleeved on the transmission shaft, a wire winding wheel for winding a ladder rope is arranged on each wire drawing seat, the wire winding wheel is sleeved on the periphery of the transmission shaft in a non-rotatable manner, a guide wheel is further arranged on each wire drawing seat, a pull wire is wound on each guide wheel, the first end of each pull wire bypasses the corresponding guide wheel and is connected with a lower beam of a sunshade curtain, and a corner seat, a sliding part and a support are fixedly arranged in the first installation groove from top to bottom in sequence; the support is provided with a motor, an output shaft of the motor is connected with a screw rod, the screw rod is in threaded connection with a sliding block, and the sliding block is connected with the sliding part and used for driving the sliding part to do reciprocating linear motion along the axis direction of the screw rod; a movable pulley is arranged on the sliding part, a fixed pulley is arranged on the corner seat, and the second end of the stay wire sequentially bypasses the fixed pulley and the movable pulley and is fixedly arranged in the first mounting groove; the corner seat is connected with a first page turning wheel which is coaxial with the transmission shaft and is in non-rotatable connection, and the bracket is connected with a second page turning wheel; the first end of the page turning rope is fixedly connected with the sliding piece, the second end of the page turning rope sequentially bypasses the first page turning wheel and the second page turning wheel and is fixedly connected with the sliding piece, and the first page turning wheel and the second page turning wheel can be driven by the page turning rope to rotate.
When the sun-shading curtain is used, the motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the sliding block drives the sliding piece to do reciprocating linear motion along the axis direction of the screw rod, and when the sliding piece moves towards the direction close to the corner seat, the lower beam moves downwards under the action of gravity, so that the unfolding action of the sun-shading curtain is realized; when the sliding piece moves towards the direction close to the support, the pull wire drives the lower beam to move upwards, and the sunshade curtain is folded.
