Description

Waterproof moisture-permeable film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and particularly relates to a waterproof moisture-permeable film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof moisture-permeable film is a novel high-molecular waterproof material, one side of the waterproof moisture-permeable film can resist the permeation of external liquid water, and the other side of the waterproof moisture-permeable film can effectively transmit water vapor, so that the waterproof moisture-permeable film is called as 'second skin', and is widely applied to the fields of protective clothing, precise electronics, cultural relic protection, pharmacy and the like. When the performance of the waterproof moisture-permeable film is applied to the field of fabrics, the fabrics have the capability of preventing rainwater and snow water in the external environment from permeating from the outside to the inside, and meanwhile, the capability of rapidly transmitting and evaporating sweat in the inside to the outside through the fabrics is realized, so that the microclimate between people and clothes is regulated, and the dryness and the warmth of a wearer are kept.
There are 3 mechanisms by which a fabric achieves its waterproof and moisture-permeable properties: (1) the high-density fabric with the waterproof and moisture permeable functions is designed by utilizing a gap natural diffusion mechanism. Usually, combed high-count cotton yarns or superfine fibers are used as raw materials, and water repellent treatment is carried out, so that the water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric has the effects of water resistance and moisture permeability. (2) A microporous waterproof moisture-permeable mechanism. The huge difference between the diameters of the water vapor and the water drops is utilized to ensure that the diameter of the micropores is larger than that of the water vapor and smaller than that of the water drops, namely the diameter of the micropores is basically 0.2-0.5 mu m, thereby playing a role of intercepting rainwater and discharging sweat. (3) The "pore" hydrophilic group between the macromolecules drenches through a moisture permeable mechanism. Water molecules are transferred from the high-humidity side to the low-humidity side along the hydrophilic groups on the hydrophilic chains in the order of adsorption-diffusion-desorption by virtue of hydrogen bonds and other intermolecular forces, thereby achieving moisture permeability.
Polyurethane or polytetrafluoroethylene materials are mostly used in the prior art to prepare waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics, for example, CN108676144A discloses an aqueous polyurethane dispersion for waterproof and moisture permeable fabric coating, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, a strong hydrophilic hydroxyl side group aggregated into clusters is introduced into a main chain through a special micromolecular chain extender, and a synergistic effect is formed between the strong hydrophilic hydroxyl side group and a weak hydrophilic ether bond on a branched chain, so that the unidirectional movement of water in a fabric from inside to outside is facilitated, the problem of mutual restriction of water pressure and moisture permeability is balanced, and good waterproof and moisture permeability performances are obtained; CN105968305A discloses a waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane material and a preparation method thereof, relating to a polyol modified silicon dioxide hybrid polyurethane material with waterproof moisture-permeable function and a preparation method thereof. A plurality of hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of the polyol modified silica nanoparticles are reacted with isocyanate at two ends of a polyurethane prepolymer to form a polyurethane material with a space net structure. The polyol modified nano-silica with a proper amount can play a role in adjusting the glass transition temperature of the polyurethane soft segment so as to realize the intelligent waterproof and moisture permeable functions. Meanwhile, a proper amount of polyol modified nano silicon dioxide forms physical cross-linking points together with hard segments in polyurethane molecules, so that the spatial network structure strength of polyurethane can be increased, and the water resistance is enhanced; CN101532257A discloses a processing method of a waterproof moisture permeable polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film laminated fabric, which comprises sequentially coating a primer and a topcoat on a polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film to form a polytetrafluoroethylene and polyurethane composite film, and finally bonding the composite film and a fiber fabric by a dot-shaped adhesive. In the method, because the solid content of polyurethane in the primer is lower, the polyurethane can conveniently permeate into the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film; the coupling agent is added, so that the bonding strength of the polyurethane and the polytetrafluoroethylene is improved; the surface coating is added with inorganic pigment, which can endow polyurethane with color and enhance aesthetic effect.
However, the hydrophilic polyurethane film has poor air permeability and is easy to be wetted and deformed when meeting water, and in addition, the polyurethane synthesis needs to select the variety, content, polymerization process and the like of corresponding monomers to obtain the film with waterproof and moisture-permeable performances, so that the complexity of the preparation process of the waterproof and moisture-permeable film is increased; although the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane hydrophobic membrane has excellent waterproof and moisture-permeable performances, the membrane is difficult to naturally degrade, the preparation procedure is complex, and the production conditions are severe.
Disclosure of Invention
