The wastewater is finally separated into dischargeable water (namely, standard water), recoverable oil and a small amount of solid impurities through the treatment mode. The dischargeable water is discharged and the recoverable oil is stored for reprocessing, while a small amount of solid impurities is delivered to the blending system 300 for blending and reuse.

the waste solid is separated by the three-phase separation system 200, enters the mixing system 300 together with solid impurities conveyed by the sewage treatment system 500, is mixed in the mixing system 300, enters the pyrolysis and gasification treatment equipment 400, and is pyrolyzed and gasified in the pyrolysis and gasification treatment equipment 400; wherein the pyrolysis gasification is: the solid waste is completely treated and fully recovered under the condition of no oxygen or lack of oxygen, and the method comprises the following steps: drying, pyrolyzing, gasifying and combusting; the first three processes are carried out in a first combustion chamber, and combustion is carried out in a second combustion chamber; the method is characterized in that: the gas generated by pyrolysis is combusted, the amount of pollution-causing substances contained in the gas is greatly reduced, and the amount of waste gas is correspondingly reduced.

The solid waste is processed by the solidification equipment 900 to form solid blocks for reuse, wherein a small part of the solid waste is conveyed back to the pyrolysis and gasification treatment equipment 400, so that the humidity of the mixture in the pyrolysis and gasification treatment equipment 400 is reduced, and the incineration, pyrolysis and gasification are facilitated; another part of the pyrolysis and gasification substances are low-harmful gases, and enter the gas harmless treatment equipment 700 for treatment, and the discharged gases pass through a quenching treatment component 702, a dry deacidification component 703, a dedusting treatment component 704, a wet deacidification treatment component 705, an activated carbon adsorption treatment component 706 and a whitening treatment component 707 (not limited to these components, and a reasonable part or all of the treatment components can be selected according to specific emissions) in the gas harmless treatment equipment 700, so that the discharged gases are standard-reaching discharge gases; in addition, the pyrolysis and gasification treatment device 400 and the gas innocent treatment device 700 generate a large amount of waste heat in the treatment process, and the waste heat can be recycled and reused through a waste heat recovery system.
The oil sludge pyrolysis and liquid-solid gas reduction harmless treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a control system, wherein the control system is formed by a PLC intelligent control electronic electromechanical instrument control system, and a power system provides an operation power source.
The equipment for pyrolysis of oil sludge and reduction of liquid-solid gas and harmless treatment provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a power system, wherein the power system uses diesel oil or heavy oil (recoverable oil) recovered from oil sludge as fuel, and provides a power source when the whole system cannot maintain self combustion when the calorific value of oil sludge waste is low.

The burner can carry out automatic ignition under the control of the program controller. The burner has the functions of automatic ignition, fire extinguishing protection, fault alarm and the like. The burner can manually adjust the air flow to change the flame size; meanwhile, a pressure regulating valve is arranged in the combustor to ensure the stable air pressure at the outlet; meanwhile, the gas quantity can be adjusted by adjusting the gas supply pressure.
