Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses an engine hood, a chassis assembly of an automobile crane and the automobile crane, wherein the engine hood comprises a hood body part (10) and a hood part arranged above the hood body part (10), the hood part comprises a plurality of cover plates (11) detachably mounted on the hood body part (10), the cover plates (11) are sequentially arranged in the direction from the head to the tail of a vehicle with the engine hood, and at least two adjacent cover plates (11) in the cover plates (11) are hinged to enable at least one of the two adjacent cover plates (11) to rotate. The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The present application provides an engine cover, as shown in fig. 1-5, the engine cover comprises a cover body portion 10 and a cover portion arranged above the cover body portion 10, the cover portion comprises a plurality of cover plates 11 detachably mounted on the cover body portion 10, the plurality of cover plates 11 are sequentially arranged along a direction from a head to a tail of a vehicle having the engine cover, wherein at least two adjacent cover plates 11 of the plurality of cover plates 11 are hinged to enable at least one of the two adjacent cover plates 11 to rotate.

The engine cover provided by the application can be used in engineering machinery such as automobile cranes, concrete pump trucks and the like, wherein for the structure of a common automobile crane, the engine is positioned at the middle rear part of the engine hood, in the preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a rectangular front cover plate 21, a middle cover plate 22 and a rear cover plate 23 are sequentially arranged in the direction from the head to the tail of the crane, the engine is located at a position corresponding to the area covered by the middle cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23, the intercooler and the fan are located at a position corresponding to the area covered by the front cover plate 21, the middle cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23 are all mounted on the cover body portion 10 by bolts 13, the intercooler and the fan only need to be occasionally repaired with respect to the engine, the number of times of repair and repair is much less than that of the engine, and the front cover plate 21 can be integrally removed in the repair.
The adjacent sides of the center cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23 are hinged by hinges 14 so that the center cover plate 22 can be rotated after the respective bolt connections are removed, thereby exposing the area covered by the center cover plate 22; after removing the bolted connection between the rear cover plate 23 and the cover body part 10, the center cover plate 22 may be rotated to its position abutting on the rear cover plate 23, and the center cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23 are rotated together, thereby exposing the area covered by the center cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23. When the engine needs maintenance, only the bolt connection between the middle cover plate 22 and the cover body 10 can be removed first, and whether the position needing maintenance can be maintained or not can be observed, if not, the bolt connection between the rear cover plate 23 and the cover body 10 can be continuously removed, so that the area covered by the middle cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23 is exposed.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic view of the rotation of the center cover 22 about the rear cover 23, and in the state shown in fig. 6, the area covered by the center cover 22 can be exposed. In order to fix the middle cover plate 22 and facilitate the operation of the operator, the middle cover plate 22 can be rotated to a position where the rear cover plate 23 is attached. Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of the middle cover 22 rotating around the rear cover 23 and the rear cover 23 rotating around the hood part 10, and also in order to facilitate the fixing of the opened cover, the end of the middle cover 22 remote from the rear cover 23 can be supported on the surface around the hood, and on the other hand this form of support does not take up too much space around the hood.
The engine cover provided by the present application is not limited to such a structure, and the cover and the mounting manner of the cover may be flexibly configured according to the arrangement position of the engine, thereby maximally facilitating the inspection of the engine. Therefore, a more general technical solution can be provided, referring to the structure shown in fig. 4, the front cover plate 21 is connected to the middle cover plate 22 through the hinge 14, the front cover plate 21 can be lifted to expose the area of the front cover plate 21 by removing the bolt connection between the front cover plate 21 and the cover body 10 during use, and then the middle cover plate 22 and the rear cover plate 23 can be continuously lifted through corresponding operations according to selection. In this embodiment, since the front cover plate 21 and the middle cover plate 22 are connected by the hinge, the number of bolts for the bolt connection between the front cover plate 21 and the cover body portion 10 can be reduced accordingly.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the front cover plate 21, the middle cover plate 22, and the rear cover plate 23 can be rotated in the same direction to be opened together, so that one end of the front cover plate 21 is supported on the surface around the hood, and the front cover plate 21, the middle cover plate 22, and the rear cover plate 23 can form a frame-shaped structure together.
The number of the cover plates provided by the present application is not limited to the above 3, and more cover plates may be provided according to actual situations, for example, in some embodiments in which the size of the cover part of the engine hood is large, referring to the structure shown in fig. 5, the cover part includes 6 cover plates 11, the left 3 cover plates are hinged together, the right 3 cover plates are hinged together, the left 3 cover plates can be opened to the left, the right 3 cover plates can be opened to the right, and when performing maintenance, the corresponding cover plates can be opened according to specific needs.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, a plurality of cover plates 11 are openable in different directions and the endmost cover plate can be supported on the surface around the hood, and two cover plates 11 are each openable to the left and right in fig. 9 and 10, and the cover plate 11 and the surface around the hood are disposed obliquely at an angle in fig. 9, and the cover plate 11 is perpendicular to the surface around the hood in fig. 10. In fig. 11, there are 3 cover plates 11 each opened to the left and right in the drawing and supported on the surface around the hood, and in the opened state, a frame-shaped structure is formed.
In the embodiment of the application, the cover plates 11 are preferably rectangular, and the hinge straight line of the hinge connection between the cover plates 11 is perpendicular to the straight line extending from the head to the tail of the crane, so that the cover plates 11 cannot displace in the width direction when being lifted, interference on parts on two sides of the engine hood is avoided to the greatest extent possible, and a space for people to walk on two sides is reserved, and the lifting device is more convenient and fast.
In order to facilitate the removal of the cover plate 11 or the pulling of the cover plate 11 to make it rotate, as shown in fig. 4, a pull handle 12 may be provided on the cover plate 11, wherein a pair of pull handles may be provided on the cover plate 11 to facilitate the application of force and to balance the force when the cover plate 11 is pulled.
The invention provides a chassis assembly of an automobile crane, which comprises a main body part and the engine cover, wherein the engine cover is arranged on the main body part.
A third aspect of the application provides a mobile crane comprising a bonnet as described above or a chassis assembly of a mobile crane as described above.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention. Including each of the specific features, are combined in any suitable manner. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
Claims (10)
1. An engine cover, characterized in that the engine cover comprises a cover body portion (10) and a cover portion disposed above the cover body portion (10), the cover portion comprises a plurality of cover plates (11) detachably mounted on the cover body portion (10), the plurality of cover plates (11) are arranged in sequence in a direction from a nose to a tail of a vehicle having the engine cover, wherein at least two adjacent cover plates (11) of the plurality of cover plates (11) are hingedly connected to enable at least one of the two adjacent cover plates (11) to rotate.
2. The hood according to claim 1, wherein the hood portion includes a front cover panel (21), a middle cover panel (22), and a rear cover panel (23) arranged in this order in a direction from a head to a tail of a vehicle having the hood, wherein the middle cover panel (22) and the rear cover panel (23) are hingedly connected so that the middle cover panel (22) can rotate about the rear cover panel (23).
3. A bonnet as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said intermediate cover (22) is rotatable into a position of abutment against said rear cover (23).
4. A bonnet as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the side of the rear cover plate (23) remote from the centre cover plate (22) is hinged to the bonnet body (10) so as to enable the rear cover plate (23) to rotate about the bonnet body (10).
5. The hood according to claim 4 wherein when the center cover (22) rotates about the rear cover (23) and the rear cover (23) rotates about the hood body (10), the side of the center cover (22) remote from the rear cover (23) is supportable on a surface around the hood.
6. A bonnet as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said front cover (21) and said intermediate cover (22) are hinged.
7. A bonnet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the hinge axis of the hinged connection is perpendicular to a line extending in a head-to-tail direction of a vehicle having the bonnet, and/or; the cover plate (11) is rectangular.
8. Hood according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that the hood part is provided with a handle (12) and/or; the cover portion is bolted to the cover body portion (10).
9. A chassis assembly for a mobile crane, comprising a main body portion and a hood as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the hood being provided on the main body portion.
10. A mobile crane, characterized in that it comprises a hood according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or a chassis assembly of a mobile crane according to claim 9.
