The working principle is that when the device runs, after the machine is preheated, prepared raw materials are added into the mixing chamber 6 from the material inlet 25, the driving motor 4 is started to enable the driving rotor 3 to start to rotate, meanwhile, the driven rotor 7 is driven to rotate together through the meshing of the driving gear 5 and the driven gear 8, and the driving rotor 3 and the driven rotor 7 rotate in a matched mode to start processing the raw materials.
The rotation of the driven gear 8 can drive the rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the rotating shaft 9 drives the cutting rotating body 10 to rotate, the cutting strips in the cutting rotating body 10 start to rotate, magnetic field lines in the induction magnet 11 are cut, the induction magnet 11 starts to generate induction current, the rotating speed of the driven gear 8 is higher, the cutting speed of the cutting rotating body 10 on the induction magnet 11 is higher, the induction current generated by the induction magnet 11 is higher, the induction current is connected with the power device 13 through the lead 12, after processing, the current in an electric loop where the power device 13 and the telescopic cylinder 14 are located is increased, the acting power in the telescopic cylinder 14 is enhanced, the telescopic cylinder 14 starts to push the sliding block 15 to move downwards, the sliding block 15 drives the upper plug 16 to move downwards, and when the rotating speed of the driven gear 8 is constant, the upper plug 16 just completely falls down.
The downward movement of the slide block 15 drives the push rod 17 to move downward, when the push rod 17 contacts with the chute 23, the circular ring 22 is pushed to rotate once, and the rotation of the circular ring 22 drives the ingredient box 24 to rotate. When corresponding additives need to be added into the mixing chamber 6, the rotating speed of the driving rotor 3 is reduced, the cutting speed of the corresponding cutting rotor 10 on the induction magnet 11 is reduced, the acting power inside the telescopic cylinder 14 is reduced, the telescopic cylinder 14 starts to move upwards, the return spring 19 pushes the slide block 15 to move upwards, the slide block 15 drives the upper top bolt 16 to move upwards, the slide block 15 moves upwards to drive the top rod 17 to move upwards, when the ejector rod 17 contacts the chute 23 again, the circular ring 22 is pushed to rotate once more, the rotation of the circular ring 22 drives the ingredient box 24 to rotate again, so that the corresponding ingredient box 24 corresponds to the ingredient port 21, the additive of the ingredient box 24 is added into the mixing chamber 6, when the rotation speed of the driving rotor 3 is increased and then stabilized again, the upper top bolt 16 falls completely again, and the required additives can be added at intervals in sequence in such a reciprocating manner.
