The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the screw device conveys materials, the weighing sensor sends weight signals of the materials on the weighing section to the signal transmitter, the speed measurement sensor simultaneously sends measured pulse signals to the signal transmitter, the signal transmitter converts the two signals into digital signals after preliminary operation processing, the digital signals are transmitted to the intelligent mixing platform through a standard communication interface, the intelligent mixing platform processes and displays the digital signals to obtain the instantaneous flow and the accumulated flow of the materials passing through the screw device at present, the flow of water injection is controlled through the mixing adjusting unit of the liquid flow automatic adjusting part to form an effective mixing proportion so as to further achieve parameters such as effective mother liquor concentration and the like, meanwhile, the powder blockage early warning part detects the state of the discharged materials at the material receiving port in real time, when the discharged materials signals are abnormal, the warning information is transmitted to the intelligent mixing platform, and the blanking machine blockage warning module in the intelligent mixing platform sends warning signals to be linked with a warning bell and a warning lamp which are externally connected, the voice calling, the alarm lamp flashing, the telephone of the person on duty through the network, the network remote alarm and the like are carried out for alarming.
The rotary screw is used as a tool for propelling and conveying materials, the materials are continuously conveyed in the closed pipe, and the control and the metering of the conveying process are simultaneously carried out. And a laser detection sensor is arranged at the feeding port, so that the feeding state and the flow concentration of the powder are monitored and early warned in real time. The liquid input passage adopts an electromagnetic flow meter and a valve body automatic regulating module to analyze and control the liquid flow, the intelligent mixing platform automatically monitors and conveys various parameter indexes of mixed liquid mother liquor, and the intelligent mixing system for powder discharging and intelligent mixing is finally achieved by intelligently regulating the mixing ratio of liquid and discharged powder according to various requirement indexes of the mixed liquid. The invention can effectively solve the problems in the prior art, is a technical innovation of one-time expansibility in the prior art, and has good popularization and use values.

An intelligent metering, mixing and early warning system is characterized by comprising an air-conveying, dispersing and discharging device (1), a powder discharging flow automatic control component (2), a powder blockage early warning component (3), a liquid flow automatic adjusting component (4), a front-end control cabinet (5) and an intelligent mixing platform (6); the intelligent mixing platform (6) transmits instantaneous flow values of powder and liquid to the powder blanking flow automatic control component (2) and the liquid flow automatic adjustment component (4) through a front-end control cabinet (5) through data analysis; the powder blanking flow automatic control component (2) controls the flow speed of powder according to an instruction, and the liquid flow automatic regulation component (4) controls the flow speed of liquid according to an instruction; the powder blockage early warning component (3) is responsible for detecting the discharging state of powder in real time, and when the discharging flow reaches an early warning or warning threshold value, early warning and warning are carried out, and warning information is transmitted to the intelligent mixing platform (6).
