4) filtering the product obtained in the step 3) by using a filter membrane to obtain radix puerariae clear juice, heating to 90-95 ℃, standing for 15-30 minutes, and then cooling to 40-60 ℃;
5) adding white granulated sugar, isomaltose hypgather, maltodextrin or vitamin C into the product obtained in the step 4) for compounding, so that the soluble solid content reaches 10-40 Brix;
6) spray drying the product obtained in the step 5) to obtain the kudzu root instant powder;
wherein the complex enzyme preparation is selected from one or more of the following components: high temperature amylase, cellulase, glucoamylase, pectinase and protease.
2. The preparation method of the spray-dried radix puerariae instant powder according to claim 1, wherein in the step 1), the weight ratio of the fresh radix puerariae to water is 1: 0.5-1: 3, and the temperature of the water is 90-100 ℃.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice extraction in step 2) is performed by using a juice extractor available from Buchner of Switzerland.
4. The preparation method of the spray-dried radix puerariae instant powder according to claim 1, wherein the filter membrane in the step 4) is a ceramic membrane or an organic membrane, and the aperture of the filter membrane is 50-200 nm.

The preparation method of the spray-dried kudzu root instant powder according to claim 1, wherein the spray-drying in step 6) is realized by using a spray-drying machine, and the working parameters are as follows: the inlet temperature is 120-160 ℃, the outlet temperature is 50-80 ℃, and the feeding speed of the peristaltic pump is 30-40 rpm.
6. The method for preparing the spray-dried kudzu root instant powder according to claim 1, wherein the water content of the product obtained in step 6) is 8-14%.
7. The method for preparing a spray-dried instant pueraria powder according to claim 1, wherein the product obtained in step 6) is hermetically packaged in a powder packaging machine at a size of 20 g/bag.
