Abstract
The invention discloses an absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of solid beverage preparation and comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of nostoc sphaeroides, 30.5% of oligomeric maltose, 14% of maltodextrin, 1.5% of glycerin monostearate, 1.5% of natural tocopherol, 1% of vitamin C, 0.8% of aspartame and 0.7% of food flavor; the nostoc sphaeroids kutz solid beverage has rich vitamins and amino acids, enriches nostoc sphaeroids kutz beverage varieties, improves the drinking taste after deep processing treatment, more conveniently absorbs the nutrition in nostoc sphaeroids kutz, and can fully absorb the nutrition of nostoc sphaeroids kutz on the basis of ensuring the taste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solid beverage preparation, in particular to an easily-absorbed nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nostoc sphaeroides is a name of Nostoc sphaeroides, commonly known as Nostoc sphaeroides, loosestrife, Auricularia aquatica and Auricularia polytricha. Nostoc sphaeroides, Cyanophyceae; the algae is colloidal, spherical or irregular, and has blue green or yellow brown color. The cells are spherical, and are connected into a moniliform group by a plurality of cells, and are coated with colloid. Abnormal cells are located among the cells of the filament, and young algal filaments are often located at the top. Most of them produce chlamydospores during propagation, and they are often strung into chains. Green when wet and grey-black when dry. It is applied to sand or stone in water or damp soil, and has effects of fixing nitrogen, clearing pathogenic fire, improving eyesight, resisting aging, and resisting infection. The nostoc sphaeroides contains rich protein and algae starch, has 7 amino acids of 8 amino acids necessary for human body, has the dry matter protein content of more than 50 percent, the vitamin C which is 15 times higher than that of citrus, the vitamin B which is 26.3ppm and the vitamin E which is 5.8ppm, and also contains elements such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, selenium and the like, is a natural high-grade nutrient and has better medical value.
In recent years, nostoc sphaeroides attracts great attention due to its scarce resource, rich nutritional value, unique biological activity and wide application value, and nostoc sphaeroides has been used as a traditional food for food and medicine for thousands of years, but the research on the main active ingredients is just started in recent years. Technologists systematically research the extraction, separation and optimization of nostoc sphaeroides active substances by using the latest technology of biomacromolecule research and modern separation and analysis means, research the purification of phycocyanin and the primary structure and spatial structure of phycocyanin, and analyze the antioxidant activity of phycocyanin. Therefore, the nostoc sphaeroides is taken as the main raw material, and the nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage which has natural taste and color, high content of nutrient components and bioactive substances, simple components and strong functionality is very necessary. However, the existing nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage preparation method is complicated to operate, and has the problems of poor drinking taste, low amino acid content and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention provides the nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage easy to absorb and the preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of few types of vitamins, poor drinking taste, low amino acid content and the like in the conventional nutritional solid beverage, enrich the variety of nostoc sphaeroides beverage, widen the deep processing path of nostoc sphaeroides, more conveniently absorb the nutrition in the nostoc sphaeroides, and fully absorb the nutrition of the nostoc sphaeroides on the basis of ensuring the taste.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an absorbable nostoc sphaeroids kutz solid beverage comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of nostoc sphaeroides, 30.5% of oligomeric maltose, 14% of maltodextrin, 1.5% of glycerin monostearate, 1.5% of natural tocopherol, 1% of vitamin C, 0.8% of aspartame and 0.7% of food flavor.
The preparation method of the nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage comprises the following steps,
(1) firstly, preparing a nostoc sphaeroides phycobiliprotein crude extract and nostoc sphaeroides dry powder:
a. taking fresh nostoc sphaeroides with the particle size of more than or equal to 5mm, cleaning, airing the surface water, and leaching by using a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 0.001 mol/L;
b. placing the extracted nostoc sphaeroids kutz in an environment of-9 to-3 ℃ for freezing treatment for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, taking out the nostoc sphaeroids kutz, placing the nostoc sphaeroids kutz at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, repeatedly freezing and thawing for 3 to 5 times, and squeezing the freeze-thawed nostoc sphaeroids kutz under the pressure of 0.02 to 0.04Mpa to obtain crude nostoc sphaeroids kutz bile protein extract and filter residue;
c. salting out the coarse extract of the nostoc sphaeroides gallbladder protein by using ammonium sulfate with the concentration of 0.5mol/L to improve the purity to 60-62 percent; drying the filter residue at 50-55 ℃, and crushing the dried solid into fine powder of 100 meshes and 150 meshes by using a low-temperature crusher to obtain nostoc sphaeroides dry powder;
(2) weighing 15-25 parts of nostoc sphaeroides dry powder, 5-10 parts of nostoc sphaeroides bile protein crude extract, 3-6 parts of xylitol powder, 0.1-0.3 part of fructose, 2-3 parts of apple fruit powder, 1-3 parts of maltodextrin, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.02-0.05 part of starch sodium octenyl succinate, 0.01-0.03 part of medium-chain triglyceride, 0.05-0.1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.01-0.05 part of ascorbyl palmitate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) homogenizing the mixture at 65 deg.C and 28Mpa for 4 times;
(4) freezing the homogenized mixed solution for 12h, then drying to obtain a mixture, and crushing the mixture by using a low-temperature high-speed crushing method to obtain nostoc sphaeroides powder solid beverage;
(5) automatically canning the nostoc powder solid beverage with a food-grade packaging material, pressing a cover, heating, coding, packaging and boxing, and storing in a ventilated and dry environment.
The nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage has the beneficial effects that the nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage is rich in vitamins and amino acids, the nostoc sphaeroides beverage variety is enriched, the drinking taste is improved after the deep processing treatment, the nutrition in the nostoc sphaeroides is more conveniently taken, and the nutrition of the nostoc sphaeroides can be fully absorbed on the basis of ensuring the taste.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an absorbable nostoc sphaeroids kutz solid beverage, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of nostoc sphaeroides, 30.5% of oligomeric maltose, 14% of maltodextrin, 1.5% of glycerin monostearate, 1.5% of natural tocopherol, 1% of vitamin C, 0.8% of aspartame and 0.7% of food flavor.
The preparation method of the nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage comprises the following steps,
(1) firstly, preparing a nostoc sphaeroides phycobiliprotein crude extract and nostoc sphaeroides dry powder:
a. taking fresh nostoc sphaeroides with the particle size of more than or equal to 5mm, cleaning, airing the surface water, and leaching by using a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 0.001 mol/L;
b. freezing the extracted nostoc at-6 deg.C for 2 hr, taking out, standing at room temperature for 12min, repeatedly freezing and thawing for 3 times, and squeezing under 0.03MPa to obtain crude extract of phycobiliprotein of nostoc and residue;
c. salting out the coarse extract with 0.5mol/L ammonium sulfate to increase the purity to 61%; drying the filter residue at 50 deg.C, pulverizing the dried solid into 100-mesh fine powder with low temperature pulverizer to obtain nostoc sphaeroids kutz dry powder;
(2) weighing 25 parts of nostoc sphaeroides dry powder, 10 parts of nostoc sphaeroides bile protein crude extract, 6 parts of xylitol powder, 0.3 part of fructose, 3 parts of apple fruit powder, 3 parts of maltodextrin, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.05 part of starch sodium octenylsuccinate, 0.03 part of medium chain triglyceride, 0.1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.05 part of ascorbyl palmitate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) homogenizing the mixture at 65 deg.C and 28Mpa for 4 times;
(4) freezing the homogenized mixed solution for 12h, then drying to obtain a mixture, and crushing the mixture by using a low-temperature high-speed crushing method to obtain nostoc sphaeroides powder solid beverage;
(5) automatically canning the nostoc powder solid beverage with a food-grade packaging material, pressing a cover, heating, coding, packaging and boxing, and storing in a ventilated and dry environment.
Example 2
This example provides an absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage and a preparation method thereof, which is different from example 1 in that the preparation method of nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage comprises the following steps,
(1) firstly, preparing a nostoc sphaeroides phycobiliprotein crude extract and nostoc sphaeroides dry powder:
a. taking fresh nostoc sphaeroides with the particle size of more than or equal to 5mm, cleaning, airing the surface water, and leaching by using a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 0.001 mol/L;
b. freezing the extracted nostoc sphaeroids kutz at 0 ℃ for 2.5 hours, taking out, standing at room temperature for 14min, repeatedly freezing and thawing for 5 times, and squeezing the frozen and thawed nostoc sphaeroids kutz under the pressure of 0.04Mpa to obtain crude extract of nostoc sphaeroids kutz bile protein and filter residue;
c. salting out the coarse extract with 0.5mol/L ammonium sulfate to increase the purity to 62%; drying the filter residue at 55 deg.C, pulverizing the dried solid into 150 mesh fine powder with low temperature pulverizer to obtain nostoc sphaeroids kutz dry powder;
(2) weighing 20 parts of nostoc sphaeroides dry powder, 8 parts of nostoc sphaeroides bile protein crude extract, 5 parts of xylitol powder, 0.2 part of fructose, 3 parts of apple fruit powder, 2 parts of maltodextrin, 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.04 part of starch sodium octenylsuccinate, 0.02 part of medium chain triglyceride, 0.08 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.03 part of ascorbyl palmitate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) homogenizing the mixture at 65 deg.C and 28Mpa for 4 times;
(4) freezing the homogenized mixed solution for 12h, then drying to obtain a mixture, and crushing the mixture by using a low-temperature high-speed crushing method to obtain nostoc sphaeroides powder solid beverage;
(5) automatically canning the nostoc powder solid beverage with a food-grade packaging material, pressing a cover, heating, coding, packaging and boxing, and storing in a ventilated and dry environment.

An absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of nostoc sphaeroides, 30.5% of oligomeric maltose, 14% of maltodextrin, 1.5% of glycerin monostearate, 1.5% of natural tocopherol, 1% of vitamin C, 0.8% of aspartame and 0.7% of food flavor.
2. The method for preparing an absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of,
(1) firstly, preparing a nostoc sphaeroides phycobiliprotein crude extract and nostoc sphaeroides dry powder:
a. taking fresh nostoc sphaeroides with the particle size of more than or equal to 5mm, cleaning, airing the surface water, and leaching by using a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 0.001 mol/L;
b. placing the extracted nostoc sphaeroids kutz in an environment of-9 to-3 ℃ for freezing treatment for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, taking out the nostoc sphaeroids kutz, placing the nostoc sphaeroids kutz at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, repeatedly freezing and thawing for 3 to 5 times, and squeezing the freeze-thawed nostoc sphaeroids kutz under the pressure of 0.02 to 0.04Mpa to obtain crude nostoc sphaeroids kutz bile protein extract and filter residue;
c. salting out the coarse extract of the nostoc sphaeroides gallbladder protein by using ammonium sulfate with the concentration of 0.5mol/L to improve the purity to 60-62 percent; drying the filter residue at 50-55 ℃, and crushing the dried solid into fine powder of 100 meshes and 150 meshes by using a low-temperature crusher to obtain nostoc sphaeroides dry powder;
(2) weighing 15-25 parts of nostoc sphaeroides dry powder, 5-10 parts of nostoc sphaeroides bile protein crude extract, 3-6 parts of xylitol powder, 0.1-0.3 part of fructose, 2-3 parts of apple fruit powder, 1-3 parts of maltodextrin, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.02-0.05 part of starch sodium octenyl succinate, 0.01-0.03 part of medium-chain triglyceride, 0.05-0.1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.01-0.05 part of ascorbyl palmitate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) homogenizing the mixture at 65 deg.C and 28Mpa for 4 times;
(4) freezing the homogenized mixed solution for 12h, then drying to obtain a mixture, and crushing the mixture by using a low-temperature high-speed crushing method to obtain nostoc sphaeroides powder solid beverage;
(5) automatically canning the nostoc powder solid beverage with a food-grade packaging material, pressing a cover, heating, coding, packaging and boxing, and storing in a ventilated and dry environment.
