Claims (2)

1. An absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of nostoc sphaeroides, 30.5% of oligomeric maltose, 14% of maltodextrin, 1.5% of glycerin monostearate, 1.5% of natural tocopherol, 1% of vitamin C, 0.8% of aspartame and 0.7% of food flavor.
2. The method for preparing an absorbable nostoc sphaeroides solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of,
(1) firstly, preparing a nostoc sphaeroides phycobiliprotein crude extract and nostoc sphaeroides dry powder:
a. taking fresh nostoc sphaeroides with the particle size of more than or equal to 5mm, cleaning, airing the surface water, and leaching by using a phosphate buffer solution with the concentration of 0.001 mol/L;
b. placing the extracted nostoc sphaeroids kutz in an environment of-9 to-3 ℃ for freezing treatment for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, taking out the nostoc sphaeroids kutz, placing the nostoc sphaeroids kutz at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, repeatedly freezing and thawing for 3 to 5 times, and squeezing the freeze-thawed nostoc sphaeroids kutz under the pressure of 0.02 to 0.04Mpa to obtain crude nostoc sphaeroids kutz bile protein extract and filter residue;
c. salting out the coarse extract of the nostoc sphaeroides gallbladder protein by using ammonium sulfate with the concentration of 0.5mol/L to improve the purity to 60-62 percent; drying the filter residue at 50-55 ℃, and crushing the dried solid into fine powder of 100 meshes and 150 meshes by using a low-temperature crusher to obtain nostoc sphaeroides dry powder;
(2) weighing 15-25 parts of nostoc sphaeroides dry powder, 5-10 parts of nostoc sphaeroides bile protein crude extract, 3-6 parts of xylitol powder, 0.1-0.3 part of fructose, 2-3 parts of apple fruit powder, 1-3 parts of maltodextrin, 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.02-0.05 part of starch sodium octenyl succinate, 0.01-0.03 part of medium-chain triglyceride, 0.05-0.1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester and 0.01-0.05 part of ascorbyl palmitate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) homogenizing the mixture at 65 deg.C and 28Mpa for 4 times;
(4) freezing the homogenized mixed solution for 12h, then drying to obtain a mixture, and crushing the mixture by using a low-temperature high-speed crushing method to obtain nostoc sphaeroides powder solid beverage;
(5) automatically canning the nostoc powder solid beverage with a food-grade packaging material, pressing a cover, heating, coding, packaging and boxing, and storing in a ventilated and dry environment.
