Description

Clamping device for printed circuit board
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a clamp device for a printed circuit board, and more particularly, to a clamp device for a printed circuit board, which fixes a front side, a rear side, a left side and a right side when a rubber member having elasticity is installed on an inclined surface of a clamp for fixing the printed circuit board, and at the same time, one end and the other end of the clamp are always in a stretched state by a compression spring, thereby preventing a bending and a circuit damage caused by spraying a liquid onto the printed circuit board transferred by a transfer conveyor belt for manufacturing the printed circuit board, minimizing an upper protrusion and a fixing area for fixing the printed circuit board, preventing a puddle phenomenon of the dispersed liquid, and effectively removing, washing and drying the liquid.
Background
Generally, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is widely used for all electronic products ranging from home appliances including digital TVs to advanced communication devices as a means for easily connecting a plurality of electronic product devices according to a predetermined frame, and is classified into a general PCB, a module PCB, an assembly PCB, and the like according to applications.
In the process of manufacturing such a printed wiring board, the printed wiring board is transferred in a horizontal direction by a transfer conveyor and subjected to various processes such as washing, drying, exposure, and the like.
In this case, if the printed circuit board sags or is in a bent state due to its own weight and kneading, an accurate process cannot be performed, and therefore, the printed circuit board needs to be maintained in a flat state.
As described above, in order to maintain the printed circuit board flat during the process, the printed circuit board in the process is fixed to the return jig and the printed circuit board manufacturing process is performed in a state where the sagging does not occur.
A typical conventional returning jig is fixed to the upper surface of the returning jig by a pressing plate driven by a hinge in a state where the printed circuit board does not sag.
That is, the printed circuit board may be configured to be clamped at two opposite sides or four opposite sides of the printed circuit board, and the restoring force of the spring may be used for maintenance after the clamping.
However, in the case of using such an elastic body such as a spring, there are problems that foreign substances are generated by repeating mechanical operations, the generated foreign substances adhere to the printed circuit board to cause process defects, and chemicals permeate into the space between the hinges, so that washing and drying cannot be performed, and foreign substances due to magnetic force adhere.
Meanwhile, although not particularly mentioned in the above-mentioned prior art, when the jig performs a mechanical operation, an impact occurs, and by the impact, the alignment state of the returning jig and the printed circuit board is changed, thereby causing a problem that the printed circuit board is mounted in a twisted state or sags.
In view of such a problem, a device for mounting a flexible substrate on a foldback jig is disclosed in patent application No. 10-2013-0040487.
As described above, the conventional apparatus for mounting a flexible substrate by using a folding jig includes: a substrate in a window frame shape; a plurality of magnets embedded in the substrate; a pair of pressing plates which are coupled to the substrate hinge and are formed on the upper portion of the flexible substrate, which is mounted by the attraction of the magnet, on the respective side portions of the side surfaces of the central through hole of the substrate, which are formed in a window frame shape; a hole formed in the substrate, exposing a bottom surface of the pressing plate, and allowing the pressing plate to be rotated upward by inserting an external jig control pin; a returning jig including a plurality of fluid holes that vertically penetrate the substrate and the pressing plate and discharge a fluid for processing the flexible substrate; the fixed frame is used for placing the returning clamp; a movable frame which moves up and down on the lower part of the fixed frame; the jig control pin is fixed to the moving frame, and is inserted through the hole to rotate the pressing plate of the returning jig.
However, the conventional apparatus for mounting a flexible substrate on a general returning jig as described above has a problem that, that is, in the process of clamping the inclined surface of the flexible substrate by the lower clamping protrusion of the pressing plate and the clamping protrusion, the flexible substrate can be prevented from sagging, and particularly, when the etching liquid is sprayed, the flow of the liquid is restricted by the lower clamping protrusion and the upper clamping protrusion of the pressing plate, this causes the kneading (Puddling) phenomenon to be increased, and the portion for fixing the flexible substrate is fixed to the surfaces of the lower clamping projection and the upper clamping projection of the pressing plate, so that it is difficult to remove the chemicals and moisture in the portion fixed in the drying process, thus, a watermark due to non-drying occurs, and at the same time, the space between the hinges cannot be washed and dried due to the penetration of the medicine, and foreign substances due to magnetic force are attached.

When the left and right bent pieces 160b and 160 b' are released from the pressing force and the left and right end portions of the printed circuit board are pressed and fixed, the compression spring 122 of the clamping state maintaining unit 120 is released from the compression in response to the driving of the clamp operating device.
Thereby, the printed circuit board 10 is loaded in the left and right directions, and the tensed state is maintained.
Thereafter, the upper bending piece 150b and the lower bending piece 150 b' are released from the pressing by the driving of the jig operating state, and the upper end and the lower end of the printed circuit board are pressed and fixed.
As described above, since the printed circuit board is fixed to the printed circuit board jig device and moved by the transfer conveyor, the printed circuit board does not directly contact the roller of the transfer conveyor, and thus the circuit can be prevented from being damaged, and the printed circuit board can be prevented from being bent by the liquid ejection.
